Abstract

Economy is a factor that plays an important role in human life. As a result of the emergence of Covid-19 has an impact on all aspects of life, one of which is in the economic field. Problems that arise include the disruption in labor conditions, namely the increasing number of unemployment. Entrepreneurship can help reduce unemployment. To start entrepreneurship can not be instant but targeted by the existence of interest. The number of entrepreneurship ratios in Indonesia itself is still quite low compared to other ASEAN countries. In addition, economic activity refers to the extent to which economic actors have and understand knowledge about the economy. The level of understanding of economic literacy in each community is different. In fact, the level of financial literacy which is part of the national economic literacy is still relatively low. This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy on interest in entrepreneurship. This study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 38 Jakarta in February - June 2022. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 38 Jakarta, totaling 120 students. The number of samples as many as 92 students were taken using simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The linear regression value for this study is Y = 62.46 + 0.212X. Based on the results of statistical calculations, it is known that there is an influence between economic literacy on students' entrepreneurial interests.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan esensialitas kepemimpinan etis dalam memanajemen sebuah sekolah, khususnya sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif analisis deskriptif. Objek dalam penelitian ini ialah gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) IT Napala, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa implementasi aspek kepemimpinan di SMK IT Napala, Bogor, Jawa Barat mencapai nilai rata-rata 82,81. Skala implementasi tertinggi ada pada aspek inspirasional dengan nilai 87,50. Sedangkan nilai terendah terdapat pada aspek perangsang intelektual dengan nilai 79,20. Adapun tingkat keetisan pemimpin di SMK IT Napala, Bogor, Jawa Barat tergolong tinggi. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai rata-rata indikator keetisannya sebesar 85,83. Nilai indikator keetisan terbesar ada pada indikator kejujuran dengan nilai 95,80. Sedangkan nilai terendah ada pada indikator altruisme dan kepedulian dengan nilai masing-masing 79,20. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa SMK IT Napala dijalankan dengan penuh keetisan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa betapa esensialnya kepemimpinan etis diterapkan di dalam sebuah sekolah agar manajemen sekolah dapat berjalan dengan baik dan selaras, sehingga bukan tidak mungkin sekolah unggul akan dapat dicapai karena baik guru maupun muridnya dapat mencapai prestasi yang maksimal akibat dukungan yang maksimal dari kepala sekolahnya

Abstract

Global environmental issues such as climate change, ecosystem degradation, and increased waste demand sustainable education strategies to foster pro-environmental awareness and attitudes continuously. Continuing education is an important approach to strengthening environmental education management, as it can shape broader public understanding, skills, and participation. This study aims to analyse the influence of continuing education on environmental education management in educational institutions that have implemented sustainability-based programmes. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The research population comprises educators, educational staff, and participants in environmental education programmes. The Lemeshow technique determined the sample, resulting in 68 respondents selected through purposive sampling based on their active involvement in sustainable education programmes. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, while data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method using SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that continuing education positively affected the effectiveness of environmental education management. Sustainable education has been proven to strengthen the capacity of individuals and institutions to manage environmental education in a consistent, focused, and sustainable manner. These findings confirm that the success of environmental education management depends not only on policies or curricula but also on the quality of the implementation of continuing education carried out systematically. The implications of this research provide a theoretical and practical basis for developing continuing education strategies in supporting environmental education management in various contexts.
