Abstract

In the administrative process for information on the rank and retirement of personnel from the Sabhara Directorate of the North Sumatra Regional Police, they still apply a manual system, where personnel must know when they will be promoted or retired, resulting in personnel neglect due to too much work. The promotion and retirement process takes a long time, because it requires consideration and approval from the leadership. From this problem, the author applies a system for determining the promotion and retirement process at the North Sumatra directorate automatically with notifications (alarms) for personnel who will be promoted and retired based on a desktop with Windows operating system. This application was created to assist the North Sumatra Regional Police Directorate in processing rank and pension data from members of the police quickly and accurately, to realize smooth operations..

From these various tasks, DITSAMAPTA has problems in collecting data and placing personnel to carry out their main daily tasks, so that things often occur such as multiple assignments to one personnel, several main tasks are not fulfilled due to errors in reporting the number of personnel in real terms, and other tasks related to the assignment or placement of personnel, this is because DITSAMAPTA in its personnel data collection is still manual, resulting in inaccurate information and confusion in deciding the policies of leaders in the field. Given these problems, a study was conducted to monitor the activities of DITSAMAPTA personnel which aims to provide convenience in finding information on any personnel on duty, standby, not entering the office such as: sick, permits, leave and so on. Monitoring of personnel activities is carried out using a website-based application. The website is a platform to make it easier to find information and facilitate communication. The application applies the UCD (User Centered Design) method where the system can provide more accurate and precise according to user needs.

Abstract

The building is an important part of the wedding ceremony. Especially if the event owner does not have sufficient land. So far, it's been difficult for the community to decide which wedding hall they want. Both in terms of location, building design, rental prices etc. The purpose of this research is to apply the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method to recommend building rental services. The criteria used to select a building are location, price, facilities, parking space capacity, and number of guests. The alternatives used are Adi Mulia Hotel Medan, Caffe Bel Mondo Medan, Andaliman Hall, Aceh Sepakat, Al-amjad Convention Hall, Wisma Mahina Center, Mutiara Suara Nafiti Convention Hall, Namaken Hall, Al-Maruf Multipurpose Building, and the Dharma Wanita Petisah Building. The results of applying the MAUT method show that the Al-Amjad Convention Hall is most recommended as the building that best fits the given criteria.
