Teenagers as social beings, have a great need to interact or socialize with other people. Social relations with other people are formed through the process of communication. Social adjustment as a process of self-adjustment takes place continuously, where in one's life one will be faced with two realities, namely self and the surrounding environment. Almost throughout a person's life always need other people to be able to interact with each other. This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and social adjustment in XII students at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga. This type of research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The population in this study were 117 students of SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga, who were taken using the cluster technique.correlation analysis Pearson with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be stated that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication and social adjustment of class XII students at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga

Contribution to the academic level of students is influenced not only by intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence contribute to it. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the learning achievement of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Bringin. This study used a quantitative approach using a comparative causal method. The sample in this study were 72 class VIII students who were determined using a systematic random. Data collection techniques are by using questionnaires and special documentation studies on learning achievement variables. Based on data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained on the partial test that emotional intelligence has no significant effect on student achievement, further from the partial test results the results of the study state that there is a significant influence between Spiritual Intelligence and learning achievement. In the simultaneous processing of data processing it can be stated that there is a significant influence of Spiritual Intelligence and emotional intelligence on student achievement at SMP Negeri 2 Bringin. Data processing regarding the magnitude of the effect can be stated that Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a contribution to student achievement of 10.5%, while the remaining 89.5% is influenced by other variables not examined.

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of self-confidence on academic procrastination of guidance and counseling students class of 2020 at FKIP Satya Wacana Christian University. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a significant effect of self-confidence on academic procrastination of 2020 guidance and counseling students at FKIP Satya Wacana Christian University. This research is a quantitative research with comparative causal research. The subjects in this study were 48 Guidance and Counseling students class of 2020. Data collection used a questionnaire. The results of the study show the value of Sig. of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.050) and t count > t table (-) (8.990 > 2.013). Self-confidence has an Rsquare value of 0.637, which means that the contribution of the self-confidence variable to the academic procrastination variable is 63.7% and the rest (37.3%) is influenced by other factors. The regression coefficient (x) is -0.795, this means that for every 1% increase in self-confidence, the student's academic procrastination value increases by -0.795. Thus it can be concluded that self-confidence has a significant effect on the academic procrastination of guidance and counseling students class of 2020 at FKIP Satya Wacana Christian University so that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.Keywords: Self-Confidence; Academic Procrastination

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap peak performance atlet voli Surya Muda Salatiga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah causal comparative. Sampel dalam penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling, dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 110 orang atlet sesuai dengan populasi penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik skala dengan 5 alternatif jawaban, yang mewakili 43 item variabel peak performance dan 24 item variabel self efficacy. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya pengaruh self efficacy terhadap peak performance atlet voli Surya Muda Salatiga. Hasil tersebut dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan juga thitung > ttabel (6,437 > 1,981). Pada penelitian ini juga diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,277 yang artinya bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh sebesar 27,7% terhadap peak perfomance atlet voli Surya Muda Salatiga, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood. Adolescence is marked by the search for identity, then in adulthood self is obtained little by little absorbed in the order of chronological age and spiritual age. This study aims to determine the effect of parenting style on the learning discipline of class XI students of the Fashion Design Department of SMK Negeri 1 Bancak. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach with comparative causal methods. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, so that the sample in this study amounted to 72 students of class XI, the Department of Fashion. Data collection tool using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it was stated that the majority of parents applied permissive parenting with a percentage of 40.3%, and student learning discipline was in the sufficient category with a percentage of 53.8%. Based on simple linear regression analysis, it is stated that there is a significant effect of parenting style on student learning discipline, where parenting style has a contribution of 11.1%

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of interpersonal communication on students dating violence in XII Tata Busana class of SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga. This type of research uses a causal comparative approach. The population of this research is students of XII Tata Busana class at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga for the academic year 2022/2023 with a total of 40 students. The research sample was taken using total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression technique with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant negative influence of interpersonal communication variables on students dating violence. These results are evidenced by the acquisition of a tcount value which has a negative sign of -2.408 and a significance value (p) of 0.021 <0.05 is obtained

This study aims to determine the effect of tutoring on understanding the learning styles of class XII students at SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga. This type of research is causal comparative research. In this study, the population was 84 students of class XII at SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga and the sample was taken using total sampling technique. Data collection in this study was revealed using a closed questionnaire instrument and the research data were analyzed using a simple linear regression technique with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of tutoring on understanding the learning styles of class XII students at SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga. These results are proven by obtaining tcount > ttable (10.870 > 1.987) and a probability value (p) of (0.000 <0.05)

Confident people tend to build stronger relationships because they can express themselves without worrying about being rejected or criticized. Conversely, a lack of self-confidence can prevent a person from building healthy and mutually beneficial relationships. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication in class XI students. This research is quantitative research with 67 class XI vocational school students as research subjects. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection in this study used a scale of self-confidence and interpersonal communication. The research data was analyzed using Kendall's Tau-b correlation with the help of an application IBM SPSS Statistic 23.0. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication as evidenced by the obtained r value = 420 and p value = 0.000.

This study aimed to determine the significance of the relationship between empathy and social support of peers with pro-social behavior in Class XI at SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga. The type of research used is a correlational study to find the close relationship between the Empathy variable (X1) and pro-social behavior and the close relationship of the Peer Social Support variable (X2) with pro-social behavior (Y). Then investigate the relationship between the variables Empathy (X1) and Social Peer Support (X2) with pro-social behavior. The population of the study included the entire class XI of SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga, a total of 462 students. Sample determination in this study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique to determine the number of samples in each class. To determine the sample, the researcher used an error rate of 5%, so the sample the researcher took was 198 students per department of Class XI. The researcher's data collection technique used a scale with 28 items declaring empathy, 33 items declaring peer social support, and 35 items declaring social behavior, with 5 response alternatives. . The data obtained were then analyzed using Kendall's tau_b technique using the statistical program IBM Statistic SPSS version 25.0. The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between empathy and pro-social behavior, as evidenced by obtaining a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an r value = 0.531. In addition, the results of research on social support from peers with pro-social behavior showed a significant relationship of 0.000 < 0.05 and r value = 0.505. Meanwhile, the research results on empathy and social support of peers with pro-social behavior showed a significant relationship with the result r = 0.661.
