This study aims to prepare SOP for organizational management at Bengkayang Regency Education Office. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the following steps: (1) preliminary study, (2) planning, and (3) implementation. The subject of this research is Bengkayang Regency Education Office. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The results of interviews and observations were analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the preliminary study show that the Bengkayang Regency Education Office does not yet have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for organizational management. SOP preparation is carried out by making field notes on mentoring activities and compiling SOP formats. Meanwhile, the implementation of SOP preparation assistance is carried out in six stages, namely the preparation stage, the formation of an implementation team, planning, drafting, testing SOP drafts, and implementing SOP. SOP is needed to regulate quality assurance of organizational management.

Business competition in this fast-paced information age has become very tight. especially in the field of education. Thus the organization must have a business strategy that is very mature in order to face the competition. The application of information systems and technology has become one of the most influential business strategies for staying in competition. Bina Nusantara Ungaran Vocational School has implemented an information system and technology, but apparently it has not run optimally because some parts have not yet implemented an information system. In this study discusses how to plan an IS / IT strategy using the Tozer version method with supporting analysis such as Value Chain Porter's, Five Force Porter's, SWOT, Critical Success Factor, and McFarlan's Strategic Grid. Which produces a portfolio of SI / IT that is aligned with the vision and mission to support the business processes that are run and make Bina Nusantara Ungaran Vocational School excel in field of education.

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the implementation of academic supervision in the 3T area in Bengkayang Regency; (2) the influence of academic supervision in the 3T (frontier, outermost, and least developes) areas in particular in Bengkayang Regency on improving teacher competence and professionalism. This research is a mix method research with the Sequential Exploratory model which is a combination research method between qualitative methods first and then strengthened by quantitative methods. The research subjects in this study were school supervisors, school principals and teachers in the Bengkayang Regency area, which were included in the 3T category. The instruments used in this study were interview guides, questionnaires and also observations. The results showed that (1) the process of academic supervision carried out in the 3T area in Bengkayang Regency could not be implemented according to the provisions proposed by the government, because there was limited access to locations with long distances between schools. Another problem with the academic supervision process in the 3T area is the lack of evaluation or feedback given by supervisors to teachers, so that the shortcomings of teachers cannot be conveyed properly. (2) The academic supervision program that has been implemented in Bengkayang Regency has no significant effect on increasing teacher competence and professionalism. Many other factors influence the competence and professionalism of teachers in the Bengkayang Regency area.

The World Health Organization (WHO) stated that COVID-19 was a pandemic that has spread to all countries in the world. It has resulted on limited interaction activities and social groups meetings. The education sector is directly affected by the policy of limiting community physical interaction, so that the learning process is fully transformed into the form of online learning. The purpose of this research is to find out the challenges and opportunities in the online learning process that has been implemented during the covid-19 pandemic. The method in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method by describing the online learning process that has been implemented. The subjects in the study were students and teachers of Satya Wacana Lab High School Salatiga. Analysis of the data used in this study is to triangulate data consisting of data from observations, interviews and field observations. The results of the study showed that the online learning process had challenges in terms of the availability of qualified technology such as electronic devices in the learning process, internet networks, and students’ and teachers’ readiness in facing online learning. While the opportunities from the online learning process that have been implemented are directly familiarizing students to practice independently in the learning process, and from the teacher's side, encouraging teachers to master technology and innovate in the learning process so that it would be more varied and effective.

The aim of this study was to find out the effect of education services quality, school cultures, and school images toward parental satisfactions. This study is a quantitative study using path analysis to find out the effect of each variable on parental satisfactions. This study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation instruments. The subjects on this study were parents. The results on this study showed that there were positive influences of educational services quality, school cultures, and school images on parental satisfactions. it shows the effect of 60.7% and 40.3% is influenced by other factors. The findings on this study are educational service satisfactions which has the biggest role in parental satisfactions, followed by school cultures and school images.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the principal's academic supervision on the professional competence and pedagogic competence of elementary school teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach, using statistical methods and descriptions. The data analysis technique used the Spearman rank RHO correlation test. Three instruments are used in this study, namely educational supervision instruments, professional competencies, and pedagogic competencies. This study used 10 random samples with the sample criteria being elementary school teachers. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong, significant, and positive relationship between the implementation of academic supervision and the professional competence and pedagogic competence of elementary school teachers

Kompetensi profesional guru sekolah dasar dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Pandemi tidak hanya mempengaruhi daerah yang sudah maju, tetapi juga daerah tertinggal seperti Kabupaten Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat. Sebelum pandemi COVID-19, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik sudah menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan jumlah pengawas, lokasi sekolah yang berjauhan, alokasi waktu untuk melakukan supervisi, dan biaya pelaksanaan supervisi. Atas dasar itu, perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan supervisi akademik bagi guru sekolah dasar pada saat di daerah tertinggal selama pandemi, sehingga ada solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan supervisi akademik guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Sanggau pada saat pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan dinas pendidikan, kepala sekolah, pengawas sekolah dasar dan guru. Penelitian ini berhasil menemukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakefektifan pembinaan akademik pada saat terjadi pandemi di Kabupaten Sanggau. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah kebijakan pemerintah daerah terkait dengan pembatasan kegiatan tatap muka di sekolah dan pengalihan supervisi tatap muka pengawas dan guru ke supervisi online. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi manajemen supervisi akademik adalah kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah dan perubahan pola komunikasi

Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan, kompetensi dan kinerja guru dirasa penting dalam upaya menjadikan pembelajaran lebih berkualitas. Peningkatan kompetensi guru khususnya kompetensi profesional guru dapat dengan melakukan kegiatan supervisi akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi atau hubungan antara supervisi akademik dengan kompetensi profesional guru di SD Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode statistika dan deskripsi. Hasil penelitiannya adalah terdapat hubungan antara pelaksaan supervisi akademik dengan peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru di SD Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa. Hubungan yang terjalin antara dua variabel ini merupakan hubungan yang sangat kuat, signifikan, dan juga berarah positif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji korelasi rank spearman yang dilakukan, dimana nilai koefisien korelasi menghasilnya nilai sebesar 0,945 yang berarti kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai signifikansi menunjukkan hasil 0,001 < 0,05 artinya hubungan antara dua variabel signifikan, dan arah hubungan menunjukkan positif.

One of the competencies that a teacher must have is professional competence. This professional competency includes the ability of teachers in mastering learning materials, learning models, understanding learning concepts so that they can apply them in the learning process. This professional competency needs to be developed, therefore the principal has a way or effort in helping to improve the professional competence of teachers, namely by conducting academic supervision. This academic supervision aims to provide assistance, guidance, direction and assessment to teachers. This research aims to find out the relationship between academic supervision and professional competence of teachers. This research is an experimental research correlation with quantitative approach. The methods used in this study are statistical and descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentation studies. The sampels used in this study were 8 people, namely 1 principal and 3 teachers from Kanisius Harjosari Primary School and 1 principal and 3 teachers from Marsudirini 77 Salatiga Primary School. The results of this study showed that the correlation between academic supervision and professional competence amounted to 0,026 ehich means that there is a relationship or correlation with the correlation strength of 0,768 which belongs to the category is very strong and the relationship of academic supervision with professional competence is in the same direction.

This research aims to determine the relationship between academic supervision and teacher pedagogical competence. The subjects of the study included 3 class teachers from Elementary School of 1 Plumbon and 3 class teachers from Elementary School of 3 Sambungmacan. This research was a quantitative study and this study used the correlation method. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire method where the data were analyzed, namely test instruments in the form of validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing in the form of Spearman Rank correlation. Through the Spearman Rank correlation test, it shows good results in the form of a correlation coefficient value of 0.868, where the correlation coefficient value is included in the criteria for a very strong relationship level. This shows that there is a very strong relationship between the variable of academic supervision and the variable of teacher pedagogical competence.
