Abstract

Description:Processing of medical records of patients in health centers Pacitan Pringkuku has not been computerized so that the data are missing and are found to double the data. It would require a information system patient medical record in health centers are computerized Pringkuku Pacitan to resolve the issue. The concept of information system design refers to the data processing activities of the medical records of patients in health centers. There are several stages in the development of information system design, namely the stage of system analysis, design, testing and implementation. The system is made ​​with a single user system and use the Netbeans Java program, Power Designer, and Windows XP as the operating system. The research method used in the design of information systems is the method of observation, interviews, and literature. While the purpose and benefits of this information system design that generate a computerized patient medical records. With this information system, the health center will be facilitated Pringkuku Pacitan in the processing of medical records of patients so as to minimize the errors if medical records are needed or wanted. Keywords: Information System Of Patient Medical Record Deskripsi:Proses pengolahan data rekam medis pasien di Puskesmas Pringkuku Kabupaten Pacitan selama ini belum terkomputerisasi sehingga data sering hilang dan sering ditemukan data yang ganda. Maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis pasien di Puskesmas Pringkuku Kabupaten Pacitan yang terkomputerisasi untuk menyelesaikan premasalahan  tersebut. Konsep perancangan sistem informasi ini mengacu pada kegiatan mengolah data-data rekam medis pasien yang terjadi di Puskesmas. Ada beberapa tahap dalam pengembangan  perancangan sistem informasi ini, yaitu tahap analisis sistem, desain, pengujian dan implementasi. Sistem ini dibuat dengan sistem satu user dan menggunakan program Java Netbeans, Power Designer, dan Windows XP sebagai operasi sistemnya. Metode penelitian  yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan kepustakaan. Sedangkan  tujuan dan manfaat dari perancangan sistem informasi ini yaitu menghasilkan sistem informasi rekam medis pasien yang terkomputerisasi. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, pihak Puskesmas Pringkuku Kabupaten Pacitan akan dimudahkan dalam proses pengolahan data rekam medis pasien sehingga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan jika data rekam medis tersebut dibutuhkan atau dicari. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan atribut produk yang meliputi kualitas, harga dan kemasan dengan keputusan pembelian gipang Garuda Mass di Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Rank Spearman menggunakan SPSS 22, dengan pengujian hipotesis uji t . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa elemen Atribut Produk yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan keputusan Pembelian Gipang Garuda Mass adalah Kualitas (X1) dan Harga (X2). Sedangkan elemen yang tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan keputusan Pembelian Gipang Garuda Mass adalah Kemasan (X3).

Abstract

The halal cosmetics industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with increasing consumer awareness of products that comply with religious principles. Halal cosmetic products, which are free from haram ingredients and processed according to sharia, are increasingly in demand, not only by Muslim consumers but also globally. However, challenges arise related to halal claims without clear certification, diversity of ingredients, and lack of transparency in the production process. This study aims to analyze halal cosmetics as a marketing strategy for da'wah using a qualitative approach. The results show that despite the large market opportunity, challenges in ensuring product halalness and fierce competition remain. Therefore, it is important for manufacturers to focus on consumer education and transparency, as well as prioritizing Islamic values in marketing to build trust and strengthen brand identity.

Abstract

In various educational worlds, of course, we learn foreign languages, one of which is English. English is challenging and can cause anxiety, one of which is in writing. English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners often face many challenges when it comes to developing their writing skills. The recent research aims to discuss EFL students’ anxiety in writing descriptive text. This study used narrative inquiry. A narrative inquiry explore the experiences and feelings of an EFL students’ writing anxiety. The research participants are two students. These two students were taken from 1 Senior high school student and one was taken from Junior high school. Data collection uses semi-structured interview with 45 minutes. The interviews were held at a private Islamic boarding school in Probolinggo East Java. Data Analysis uses thematic Analysis. The results of this study reveal that students' writing anxiety level is still relatively high, therefore, teacher motivation and guidance to students must be increased so that students can deal with or evaluate writing anxiety experienced by students. Finally, in learning English as a second language (ESL), it is important for students to have adequate vocabulary knowledge so that they are not confused and anxious to write English texts.
