Abstract

Penelitian ini mengukur tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa atas layanan pendidikan yang disediakan di Politeknik Negeri Pontianak dengan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa. Kualitas layanan ditanyakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas layanan yang dikembangkan oleh Parasuraman dkk yaitu Reliability (Keandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Assurance (Jaminan), Tangibles (Bukti Langsung) dan Emphaty (Empati). Kuesioner dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 75 butir pertanyaan yang mewakili lima dimensi kualitas layanan. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 468 mahasiswa yang tersebar dari delapan Jurusan yang ada di Politeknik Negeri Pontianak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa secara keseluruhan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan pendidikan di Politeknik Negeri Pontianak sebesar 78,50 dan masuk dalam kategori PUAS. Selanjutkan berdasarkan hasil pengukuran tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berdasarkan lima dimensi kualitas layanan tersebut, dimensi Tangible mendapatkan nilai kepuasan paling rendah sebesar 73,49, dimensi Assurance mendapatkan nilai yang tertinggi sebesar 81.19. Hasil penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa yang paling rendah terdapat pada indikator kejelasan pemberian informasi pelayanan akademik, kelengkapan fasilitas olahraga dan layanan internet di kampus. Perlunya peningkatan kualitas layanan pendidikan diantaranya melakukan peningkatan kualitas dengan menambah fasilitas yang dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa, memperbaiki layanan informasi akademik, meningkatkan akses internet dilingkungan kampus, serta menambah koleksi buku perpustakaan di Politeknik Negeri Pontianak.

Abstract

Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Pontianak memiliki tiga program studi yang diminati oleh calon mahasiswa. Banyak hal yang membuat calon mahasiswa berminat untuk masuk ke salah satu prodi tersebut. Salah satunya karena adanya mata kuliah yang mengajarkan tentang aktivitas dalam public speaking. Aktivitas public speaking ini antara lain praktik presentasi di hampir semua mata kuliah, praktik master of ceremony, presenter, debat, diskusi kelompok. Namun kenyataannya belum semua ilmu dan ketrampilan yang diberikan bisa dipraktikkan secara optimal oleh mahasiswa. Ada beberapa alasan yang menyebabkan mahasiswa belum optimal dalam aktivitas public speaking-nya antara lain keterampilan komunikasi dan kepercayaan diri yang masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keterampilan komunikasi dan kepercayaan diri terhadap kemampuan public speaking mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Pontianak. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa di tiga prodi di semester 2,4, 6 dan 8 melalui link yang disebarkan secara online. Responden yang mengisi kuesioner ini sebanyak 300 orang. Setelah pengisian data kuesioner, maka data tersebut akan dilakukan analisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisa regresi berganda diketahui bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan varaibel keterampilan komunikasi dan kepercayaan diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan public speaking mahasiswa jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Pontianak. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kemampuan public speaking mahasiswa adalah variabel kepercayaan diri. Sehingga disarankan bagi mahasiswa untuk semakin aktif dalam perkuliahan terutama mata kuliah praktik yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan komunikasi dan kepercayaan diri sehingga dapat menunjang kemampuan public speaking mereka.

Abstract

One of Indonesian Goverment policies in Educational sectors is to reinforce vocational education pattern policy named Vocational High School with Dual Responsibiluty System. Current research is learning effectiveness of Dual Resposbility Sustem at Vocational schools located in Pontianak, which aimed at investigates empirically all the variables affect Dual Responsiility System  partially and also to find out the determinate factors on Dual Responsibility System. Survey with questionnaire is deployed for data collecting with 135 respondents valid for further analyzed. Validity, reliabilty and classic assumption were used for measurement and Likert Scale for variable measurement as well. Data analysis and variable analyzes, current study highlights that teachers competency andlearning facility shows a significant impact on Dual Responsibility System. In another hands, the finding shows also showed that exogent variable has asignificant impact on endogen with R Square 52,6%,  0,430. This research suggests that each vocational schools to apply ARCS in motivating the students as well as the innovation, maintenance of learning facilities usage. Moreover, it’s also suggest that goverment especially Educational Department of Pontianak to evaluate the effectiveness of Dual Responsibilty System Implementation in Vocational High Schools in Pontianak.

Abstract

This research used Theory of Planned Behavior’s model to explain factors that caused people to do online shopping by adopting Limayem et al. (2000) research. Limayem’s study explain about factors that caused online shopping behavior especially intention to do online shopping which determined by perception of the consequences of behavior, attitude towards online shopping, personal innovation, subjective norms and control behavior.The main construct of this research also adopted Limayem’s study, namely : intention and behavior to do online shopping. Intention to do online shopping consist of five constructs which are attitude towards online shopping, subjective norms, personal innovation, perception of the consequences of behavior, and control behavior.The main purpose of this research is to examine whether attitude towards online shopping, subjective norms, personal innovation, perception of the consequences of behavior, and control behavior have a positive effect to intention to do online shopping and whether intention to do online shopping have a positive effect to online shopping behavior. Empirical hypothesis are used to proof the main purpose, by using correlation as the data testing tool.The result shows that the 1st hypothesis is proven, which means there is a positive effect of attitude towards online shopping, subjective norms, personal innovation, perception of the consequences of behavior, and control behavior to intention to do online shopping. It is show by signification number 0.000. The result from 2nd hypothesis is also proven, which confirm the positive effect intention to do online shopping with online shopping behavior. But one of the construct was dropped from the early data processing caused by unsatisfactorily validity.

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution whose main form of activity is to make loan to the public. However, the implementation of credit distribution does not always run smoothly as bank are usually faced with the risk of non-performing loans. Therefore, Bank Mandiri Mikro Pontianak rescued non-performing loans by improving credit quality through credit restructuring. The credit restructuring carried out is an effort to realize the stability of the banking financial system as regulated in government regulations in the provisions of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Regulation Number 11/POJK.03/2020 concerning National Economic Stimulus as a Countercyclical Policy for the Impact of the 2019 Coronavirus Disease Spread. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that lead to non-performing loans and how to resolve these non-performing loans during the COVID-19 pandemic at Bank Mandiri Mikro Pontianak. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique is qualitative with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research findings have revealed that non-performing loans during the covid-19 pandemic were caused by external bank factors originating from unintentional elements by the debtor, and the settlement of non-performing loans with credit restructuring was carried out by extending the term and reducing interest arrears. The outputs produced in this research are scientific publications in national journals.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of online reviews on consumer attitudes and buying interest in automotive products by adopting research by Sudirman (2018). Sudirman’s research examines the influence of online YouTube reviews about Toyota Rush on consumers buying interest mediated by consumer attitudes.The main construct of this study is electronic word of mouth variables in the form of online reviews of automotive products and consumers attitudes and buying interest. The objective of this research are: Firstly, whether there is a positive influence from electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) in the form of online reviews on social media platform: YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp on consumer attitudes towards automotive products. Secondly, whether there is a positive influence of consumer attitudes towards automotive products on buying interest in automotive products. And the thirdly, whether there is a positive influence of electronic word of mouth in the form of online reviews on social media platform: YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp on consumer buying interest in automotive products.To find out whether the goal is proven or not, hypothesis is used then tested empirically using regression with the help of SPSS Program.The result show that it is proven that there is a positive influence of e-WOM on consumer attitudes towards automotive products. This research also proves that there is a positive influence of consumer attitudes towards automotive products on the purchase intention of automotive products. This research does not prove that there is a positive effect of e-WOM on consumer interest in buying automotive products, but proves that the influence of e-WOM on buying interest in automotive products mediated by the variable of consumer attitudes towards automotive products.

Abstract

Anak merupakan amanah yang harus dijaga dan dilindungi dari segala macam tindakan kekerasan dan diskriminasi. Hadirnya Peraturan Wali Kota Pontianak Nomor 23 Tahun 2019 Tentang Perlindungan Anak Korban Kekerasan adalah regulasi yang diimplementasikan sebagai upaya dalam melindungi anak dari tindakan kekerasan, akan tetapi di Kota Pontianak  pada tahun 2022 terjadi peningkatan kasus kekerasan fisik pada anak yang membahayakan pada tubuh anak, serta nyawa anak. Jika permasalahan ini terus terjadi maka akan berdampak buruk bagi anak dan anak tidak akan merasa aman berada di lingkungannya, sebab tindakan kejahatan bisa dilakukan oleh siapa saja dan kapan saja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Peraturan Wali Kota Pontianak Nomor 23 Tahun 2019 tentang Perlindungan Anak Korban Kekerasan khususnya pada Bab IV tentang Pelayanan Korban Tindak Kekerasan pada Anak Korban Kekerasan Fisik di Kota Pontianak oleh DP2KBP3A Kota Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peraturan Wali Kota Pontianak Nomor 23 Tahun 2019 tentang Perlindungan Anak Korban Kekerasan telah diimplementasikan namun belum berjalan optimal dilihat dari masing-masing indikator pada variabel implementasi kebijakan publik. Pada masing-masing indikator melihat bahwa kebijakan ini sudah diimplementasikan oleh para pelaksana kebijakan, akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa kendala serta hambatan mengingat banyaknya kasus kekerasan pada anak di Kota Pontianak tidak didukung dengan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia, finansial serta sarana dan prasarana dalam memberikan perlindungan kepada anak korban kekerasan fisik. Disisi lain, faktor lingkungan dan kondisi sosial yang tidak mendukung juga menjadi faktor pemicu terjadinya kekerasan fisik pada anak.

Abstract

Polnep sudah menggunakan berbagai media sosial untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada sivitas akademika. Namun faktanya masih banyak sivitas akademika yang tidak mengetahui akun-akun media sosial tersebut. Mereka hanya mengetahui akun Instagram Polnep saja, padahal informasi yang disampaikan Humas Polnep bisa diakses disemua akun media sosial yang ada. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara awal diketahui bahwa respon sivitas akademika belum begitu memuaskan untuk penggunaan media sosial yang dilakukan Humas Polnep. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan media sosial dan persepsi sivitas akademika terhadap kualitas pelayanan Humas Polnep secara partial dan simultan serta variable mana yang paling besar pengaruhnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden yang menjawab kuesioner sebanyak 406 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji t dan Uji F, regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh pengaruh penggunaan media sosial dan persepsi sivitas akademika terhadap kualitas pelayanan Humas Polnep secara partial dan simultan sebesar 52,3 % serta variable persepsi sivitas yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas pelayanan humas Polnep. Luaran target penelitian ini adalah jurnal terakreditasi pengembangan atau pengayaan bahan ajar dalam mata kuliah yang berhubungan dengan public relations(Humas), Kehumasan dan protokoler dan Pelayanan Prima.
