Abstract

Web applications are most widely used by the user in the cooperative information portal. This web application type is used as a communication tool to distribute information to the general public relating to the the organization or company. State Polytechnic Sriwijaya develop information portal that is used to distribute information related to academic activities in the form of announcements and news that happens in the State Polytechnic Sriwijaya. Portal of information held by the State Polytechnic Sriwijaya has not implemented the quality factor of reusability in Web application development cycle. The purpose of this research is to implement JQuery as the application of the quality factor of reusability at the Polytechnic of Sriwijaya information portal. JQuery is applied on the portal interface to allow users to use the information portal. Results obtained from this study that more information portal interesting and attractive. Abstract

In the midst of the digital revolution, the role of higher education has assumed a heightened significance in a nation's overall development. The accreditation of study programs within higher education institutions holds paramount importance in assuring the quality of tertiary education. This article underscores the significance of accrediting the Informatics Management Study Program at Sriwijaya State Polytechnic (Polsri) as a means to enhance the quality of higher education. By means of socialization and discussions, the various stakeholders associated with the Informatics Management Study Program acquire a profound comprehension of the accreditation process and the requisite standards to be met. The outcomes of this research substantiate that these steps not only foster an improved understanding but also promote collaboration among the stakeholders. Consequently, they are better prepared to confront external evaluations with heightened preparedness and self-assurance.

Abstract

Pempek Teras Prabumulih mempunyai permasalahan sebagai berikut: 1) Pemilik UMKM Pempek Teras Prabumulih hanya mengandalkan promosi dari mulut ke mulut (mouth of mouth) dan media sosial Whatsaap. Kurangnya brand awareness dari Pempek Teras sehingga membutuhkan pembuatan konten digital creative yang menarik dan interaktif agar dapat menjaring konsumen, 2) Pemilik UMKM Pempek Teras Prabumulih belum memiliki pengetahuan bagaimana cara membuat digital content creative yang akan diupload di Instagram untuk meningkatkan brand awareness produk yang dijualnya. Adapun tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah sebagai berikut:1. Persiapan: a) Studi pustaka & riset lapangan (pengumpulan data-data dan informasi dari mitra, mengidentifikasi permasalahan mitra, penentuan permasalahan prioritas mitra, mencari alternatif solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra). b) Pembuatan proposal. c) Pengajuan proposal. 2. Pelaksanaan: a) Mengurus perizinan untuk penelitian lapangan, b) Menganalisis dan mengolah data dan informasi yang didapatkan dari mitra, pembuatan metode/model pemecahan masalah yang terbaik dari berbagai macam alternatif pemecahan masalah yang ada. c) Memberikan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya mempromosikan produk pempek Teras menggunakan media sosial dan pelatihan tentang pembuatan digital content creative d) Penulisan laporan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian, penggandaan, penyerahan laporan.
