Abstract

In the midst of the digital revolution, the role of higher education has assumed a heightened significance in a nation's overall development. The accreditation of study programs within higher education institutions holds paramount importance in assuring the quality of tertiary education. This article underscores the significance of accrediting the Informatics Management Study Program at Sriwijaya State Polytechnic (Polsri) as a means to enhance the quality of higher education. By means of socialization and discussions, the various stakeholders associated with the Informatics Management Study Program acquire a profound comprehension of the accreditation process and the requisite standards to be met. The outcomes of this research substantiate that these steps not only foster an improved understanding but also promote collaboration among the stakeholders. Consequently, they are better prepared to confront external evaluations with heightened preparedness and self-assurance.

Abstract

Strategic management is crucial in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Education Communication Information Technology Centre (UPTD BTIKP) of South Sumatra Disdik, given technological changes and demands for quality education services. This study was conducted using a qualitative method with objects in UPTD BTIKP highlighting the implementation of strategic management, identifying challenges in its integration into daily practice. The analysis shows a significant positive impact on employee performance through active involvement in strategy formulation and implementation. Recommendations include improving coordination, optimising information technology, and increasing employee capacity. The findings can serve as a foundation for similar educational organisations to strengthen strategic management, create a dynamic work environment and improve sustainable performance. Manajemen strategik sangat krusial dalam Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Balai Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi Pendidikan (UPTD BTIKP) Disdik Sumsel, mengingat perubahan teknologi dan tuntutan layanan pendidikan berkualitas. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan objek di UPTD BTIKP menyoroti penerapan manajemen strategik, mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam integrasinya ke dalam praktik sehari-hari. Analisis menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan pada kinerja pegawai melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam perumusan dan implementasi strategi. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan koordinasi, optimalisasi teknologi informasi, dan peningkatan kapasitas pegawai. Temuan ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi organisasi pendidikan serupa untuk memperkuat strategi manajemen, menciptakan lingkungan kerja dinamis, dan meningkatkan kinerja berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Training of Trainers (TOT) Digital Public Relations (DPR) aims to improve the quality of public relations in institutions. The digital age has changed the way we communicate and interact, thus making Digital PR very important. TOT Digital PR provides PR practitioners with the understanding and skills to operate in a digital environment. The program also focused on developing instructional skills. The results of this training successfully provided participants with the ability to manage public relations in the digital era. The training encouraged the improvement of institutional public relations and the use of DPR for more effective communication. As such, TOT DPR assists institutions in utilizing more competent human resources in the ever-evolving digital age.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, UKM berperan sentral dalam menggerakkan roda ekonomi, terutama sektor perikanan tambak yang kaya potensi alam. Namun, di Palembang, pelaku usaha seperti pengelola tambak ikan sering terhambat oleh keterbatasan pemasaran daring, meski tren wirausaha nasional terus melonjak—belum mencapai ambang batas optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dirancang untuk melatih pemilik UKM tambak ikan dalam menguasai pemasaran digital, mencakup platform media sosial (Instagram, TikTok), marketplace (Lazada, GoFood), dan tools mobile. Melalui workshop ceramah plus praktik hands-on, peserta diajari memanfaatkan Canva guna merancang visual promosi inovatif: banner iklan ikan patin segar, story interaktif proses panen, hingga stiker kemasan yang memikat pembeli milenial. Antusiasme peserta terlihat dari partisipasi aktif, dengan survei pasca-pelatihan menunjukkan lonjakan pemahaman 75% soal teknik SEO konten dan engagement rate. Diskusi kelompok mengonfirmasi kemampuan mereka menerapkan materi secara langsung. Intinya, inisiatif ini membuktikan bahwa pemasaran digital memperkuat posisi kompetitif UKM tambak ikan, dengan potensi peningkatan omzet melalui konten autentik dan targeting presisi. Peserta siap transformasi usaha mereka menjadi lebih visible di pasar virtual.
