Abstract

Perekonomian Indonesia akhir-akhir ini mengalami perlambatan. Keadaan ini berdampak pada pengangguran yang terjadi di Indonesia pada umumnya dan Sumatera Selatan khususnya. Selain Pertumbuhan inflasi dan upah diduga juga ikut berpengaruh terhadap pengangguran. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dan upah berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengangguran sedang inflasi berpengaruh positif terhadap pengangguran yang terjadi di Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

In the midst of the digital revolution, the role of higher education has assumed a heightened significance in a nation's overall development. The accreditation of study programs within higher education institutions holds paramount importance in assuring the quality of tertiary education. This article underscores the significance of accrediting the Informatics Management Study Program at Sriwijaya State Polytechnic (Polsri) as a means to enhance the quality of higher education. By means of socialization and discussions, the various stakeholders associated with the Informatics Management Study Program acquire a profound comprehension of the accreditation process and the requisite standards to be met. The outcomes of this research substantiate that these steps not only foster an improved understanding but also promote collaboration among the stakeholders. Consequently, they are better prepared to confront external evaluations with heightened preparedness and self-assurance.

Abstract

Waste Bank is a participatory solution for community-based waste management that provides positive economic and environmental impacts. At a waste bank, community members can deposit separated waste such as plastic, paper, cans, and bottles, as savings. The waste is weighed and assessed based on its type, then its value is converted into savings, similar to a conventional bank. To support the development of waste banks, effective and efficient management of customer data is essential, which can be facilitated through digital applications. This waste bank management application streamlines administrative processes, transaction tracking, and data management related to waste collection activities. The application offers several core features to support data recording and management activities, including customer data management, waste deposit logging, transaction tracking, and waste collection driver coordination. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the prototype of the Bank Sampah Sakur Palembang customer data management application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The evaluation was conducted with ten respondents who are potential users, consisting of administrative staff and customers. The analysis results show that the prototype received a SUS score of 87, which falls into the excellent and acceptable categories. These findings indicate that the application has a high-quality user interface, is easy to use, and has strong potential for further implementation to support the digital operations of waste bank. These results highlight the application's potential for supporting digital transformation in community-based environmental management systems

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop dengan tema Media Pembelajaran Kreatif dan Inovatif di SMK Karya Andalas. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah kebutuhan guru untuk mengembangkan media ajar yang lebih interaktif, kreatif, dan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi pembelajaran. Workshop berlangsung selama dua hari dengan sasaran guru-guru SMK Karya Andalas. Pada hari pertama, peserta memperoleh materi mengenai berbagai tools pembuatan media pembelajaran, dengan penekanan pada pemanfaatan aplikasi Genially. Pada hari kedua, peserta melakukan praktik pembuatan media ajar sesuai mata pelajaran masing-masing dan mempresentasikan hasilnya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan sebelum pelatihan seluruh peserta (100%) belum pernah menggunakan Genially dalam pembelajaran. Setelah kegiatan, mayoritas guru (73,3%) mampu memahami berbagai fitur Genially dan menghasilkan produk media ajar berupa presentasi, infografis, serta kuis interaktif. Pada kegiatan peserta antusias dan mampu menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis Genially yang dapat digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan ini diharapkan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam merancang pembelajaran kreatif dan memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital ke dalam media ajar.

Abstract

To maximize data processing, the role of technology is very important, including in recording customer savings data at Bank Sampah Sakura. Sakura Waste Bank, especially the management, records customer savings data every day. So far, the process of processing customer savings data at Bank Sampah Sakura is still recorded manually and simply, so that there is socialization of the implementation of a website-based customer financial data processing system to Sakura Waste Bank partners. The stage of this activity is to conduct workshops to see partners' needs and then carry out socialization and evaluation of activities. From the results of the evaluation carried out on partners, it is known that partners' understanding in processing customer savings data after socialization is 82% .
