Abstract

Background : MOCAF is a cassava flour product processed using the principle of modifying cassava cells by fermentation. The growing microbes cause characteristic changes of the resulting starch in the form of increased viscosity, gelability, rehydration, and ease of solubility.Objective : This study aims to determine the physical characteristics and acceptance of Kue Baruasa with substitution of MOCAF flour for PMT pregnant mothers in District Moncongloe Maros Regency.Method : This research is a quasi-experimental research. The sample is Kue Baruasa substitution of MOCAF flour with concentration of 100%, 75%, 50% and 0%. The panel of received power consists of 35 students and 10 pregnant women. The research was conducted in food laboratory of Poltekkes Kemenkes Makassar Nutrition Department, Laboratory of State Polytechnic of Ujungpandang and District of Moncongloe of Maros Regency. Result : The results showed that the lowest level of hardness was found in Kue Baruasa with concentration of 75%. There were no color differences in the four groups of samples (p = 0.434). There were differences of taste in the four groups of samples (p = 0.010). There were differences of aroma in the four groups of samples (p = 0.010). There was a difference of texture in all four groups of samples (p = 0,009). The nutritional content of the Mosaic Cookies is lower than the nutrient content of pregnant PMT biscuits distributed by the Ministry of Health.Conclusion : It is suggested that Barca Substitute Cake substitution of MOCAF 50% gets better reception by panelist and the nutrient content of Kue Baruasa still needs to be improved in order to reach the standard of PMT for pregnant mother.Keywords : Mocaf, PMT, Pregnant mothers

Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar, bagian dari Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM),menghadirkan peluang transformasi literasi melalui program literacy camp di sekolah dasar (SD)di Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi transformasi literasi melalui program LiteracyCamp yang diinisiasi oleh Kampus Mengajar di sekolah dasar di Sulawesi Selatan. Program inidirancang sebagai strategi inovatif untuk meningkatkan perkembangan multi literasi siswa, yangmeliputi literasi baca tulis, literasi digital, literasi sains, literasi numerasi, dan literasi finansial.Dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif, program ini melibatkan mahasiswa sebagaifasilitator yang membantu guru dalam mengimplementasikan metode pengajaran yang kreatifdan interaktif. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalamanmahasiswa dan siswa dalam literacy camp, menganalisis dokumen program, dan mewawancarai pemangku kepentingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Literacy Camp efektif dalammeningkatkan minat baca, pemahaman konsep sains, kemampuan numerasi, dan kesadarandigital di kalangan siswa. Selain itu, program ini juga membantu meningkatkan keterampilansosial dan kerjasama antara siswa, guru, dan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwaintegrasi program Literacy Camp dalam kurikulum sekolah dasar dapat menjadi modelpembelajaran yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan untuk mengembangkan multi literasi siswa diSulawesi Selatan.Kata kunci: Transformasi literasi, Literacy Camp, Kampus Mengajar, multi literasi, sekolah dasar,Sulawesi Selatan

Abstract

Research Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of environmental costs and environmental performance on return on assets in energy companies listed in the Sharia Securities List. Research Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis with secondary data, analysis tools are regression panel data. Research Results: The results show that simultaneously show that the variables of environmental costs and environmental performance together have a positive and significant effect on return on assets in energy companies listed in the Sharia Securities List. while partially showing that environmental cost variables have a negative and significant effect on return on assets in energy companies listed in the Sharia Securities List, while environmental performance variables have a negative and insignificant effect on return on assets in energy companies listed in the Sharia Securities List. Implications of Research Results: The implication of research results is that companies should do the need to increase environmental costs and environmental performance in an effort to increase sustainable company profitability.

Abstract

Ulkus diabetikum merupakan komplikasi serius dari Diabetes Melitus yang disebabkan oleh gangguan vaskular dan neuropati, yang dapat menyebabkan luka kronis, infeksi, hingga amputasi. Perawatan luka modern terbukti efektif dalam mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka dan menurunkan risiko komplikasi lanjutan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menggambarkan implementasi perawatan luka modern pada pasien ulkus diabetikum dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan integritas jaringan. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus deskriptif dengan subjek satu pasien ulkus diabetikum. Instrumen penelitian berupa format pengkajian luka. Pengumpulan Data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian klien dapat melakukan perawatan luka modern selama tiga kali dalam 3x24 jam terjadi peningkatan granulasi, berkurangnya jaringan nekrotik, berkurangnya eksudat dan bau luka, serta tidak ditemukan tanda-tanda infeksi pada luka maupun kulit sekitarnya. Implementasi perawatan luka modern terbukti efektif, evaluasi menunjukan perbaikan signifikan terhadap integritas jaringan. Kesimpulan Perawatan luka modern efektif mempercepat penyembuhan ulkus diabetikum dengan meningkatkan granulasi, mengurangi jaringan nekrotik, eksudat, dan bau luka, serta mencegah infeksi pada area luka. Saran Perawat diharapkan menerapkan perawatan luka modern secara rutin dan rumah sakit perlu menyediakan fasilitas serta bahan balutan modern untuk mendukung proses penyembuhan optimal.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the independent learning method in improving students’ learning motivation in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak for Grade XI at MA Ma’had Dirasatil Islamiah Wal’arabiah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to analyze the learning process by applying the independent learning method in Aqidah Akhlak classes and to determine whether the independent learning method can improve the learning motivation of Grade XI students at MA Ma’had Dirasatil Islamiah Wal’arabiah Taqwa Makassar. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles. The procedure in this Classroom Action Research consists of four main components: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The relationship among these four components is considered as one cycle. The research subjects were 27 Grade XI students, consisting of 14 male students and 13 female students. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results of the study show that before conducting Cycle I, a pre-test was administered to determine the students’ initial abilities. In the pre-cycle stage, 10 students achieved mastery with a percentage of 30.04%, meeting the minimum score of 70. Meanwhile, 17 students (60.74%) did not achieve mastery, and the average score was only 61.21, categorized as low. In Cycle I, 12 students achieved mastery with a percentage of 44.44%, while 15 students (55.56%) did not achieve mastery. The average score increased to 71.51, categorized as moderate. In Cycle II, all 27 students achieved mastery with a percentage of 100%. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the independent learning method can improve the learning outcomes of Grade XI students at MA Ma’had Dirasatil Islamiah Wal’arabiah Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa dan iklim inklusivitas sekolah di tingkat SMP (SMP/MT) di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional diterapkan pada 52 sekolah dengan data laporan pendidikan yang tersedia. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara literasi (p = 0,017) dan numerasi (p = 0,019) dan iklim inklusivitas sekolah. Analisis multivariat melalui regresi logistik mengidentifikasi numerasi sebagai variabel yang paling berpengaruh (p = 0,023; OR = 11,106), meskipun kontribusinya untuk membentuk iklim inklusif hanya sekitar 2,2%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian literasi dan numerasi tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor akademik tetapi juga oleh kualitas lingkungan belajar yang aman, mendukung, dan menghormati keragaman. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya memperkuat praktik inklusif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dasar siswa dan menawarkan wawasan penting bagi sekolah dalam merancang strategi peningkatan literasi dan numerasi yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
