Abstract

This study aims to determine the interpersonal communication of PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar. The learning activity of PAI students at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar, as well as the influence of teacher interpersonal communication on the learning activities of PAI students at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar by using quantitative descriptive types. And the data analysis method is simple linear regression with SPSS 25 program and the frequency percentage formula. The total population is 864 students, while the sample taken by the author is a random sample of 10% of the population, namely 86 respondents. Interpersonal communication of PAI teachers based on the perceptions of students, the total average of interpersonal communication of PAI teachers is 39.16, which means that the interpersonal communication of PAI teachers is in the high category and the learning activity of PAI students in SMA. Negeri 8 Makassar is a total of 64 questionnaires. ,35 means that based on the perceptions of students, active learning. PAI students are in the high category. The results of the analysis using simple linear analysis in the SPSS program show a simple regression formula which is known that the learning activity of students is influenced by 1,269 points of teacher interpersonal communication plus a constant value of 18,631. The other 3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan wawasan dan membekali pengetahuan serta kemampuan kepada masyarakat di Kelurahan Allepolea khususnya para anggota Majelis Taklim tentang pentingnya dakwah melalui Pelatihan Daiyah bagi pemberdayaan Majelis Taklim Assakinah pada khususnya dan masyarakat Kelurahan Allepolea pada umumnya, sehingga dapat menambah pengetahuan, wawasan dan tentunya bernilai sosial di masyarakat serta bernilai ibadah disisi Allah SWT. Sasaran pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah Pengurus dan anggota Majelis Taklim Kelurahan Allepolea Kabupaten Maros dengan dua metode yakni teori dan praktikum tentang dakwah. Adapun pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan pelatihan  menggunakan metode ceramah yakni dengan Teknik ceramah dan tanya jawab, serta dilanjutkan dengan metode praktikum. Dengan pelatihan daiyah ini diharapkan para pengurus dan anggota Majelis Taklim dapat mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi perubahan sosial di masyarakat yang diakibatkan oleh perkembangan teknologi baru, dan situasi serta dapat menyesuaikan dengan materi dan metode yang dipilih dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwahnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melalui pelatihan daiyah bagi Pengurus Majelis Taklim Kelurahan Allepolea Kecamatan Lau Kabupaten Maros Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan wawasan dan membekali pengetahuan serta kemampuan dalam hal keterampilan kepada masyarakat yang bertempat di Kelurahan Allepolea khususnya para anggota Majelis Taklim Assakinah dengan memberikan kegiatan dalam bentuk Manajemen Pembinaan melalui Pelatihan Penyelenggaraan Jenazah, sehingga diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan, wawasan dan tentunya bernilai sosial di masyarakat serta bernilai ibadah disisi Allah SWT. Sasaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah Pengurus dan anggota Majelis Taklim Kelurahan Allepolea Kabupaten Maros dengan menggunakan dua metode yakni teori dan praktikum tentang Penyelenggaraan Jenazah. Adapun pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah / presentasi dan tanya jawab, serta dilanjutkan dengan metode praktikum bagi para peserta pelatihan yakni anggota Majelis Taklim Assakinah. Dengan pelatihan penyelenggaraan Jenazah ini diharapkan para pengurus dan anggota Majelis Taklim dapat mandiri dalam pengurusan jenazah dan tidak lagi kesulitan untuk mencari dan memanggil tenaga dari luar dengan mengeluarkan biaya transpor yang tidak sedikit.

Abstract

Pemimpin memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai-nilai dalam organisasi seperti motivasi dan kinerja anggota kelompok. Oleh karena itu apabila kepemimpinan kepala madrasah rendah, maka akan berdampak pada rendahnya tingkat kinerja seorang guru, yang mana ada guru yang kinerjanya kurang memuaskan, tidak berprestasi, yang merasa tidak dihargai atas apa yang telah dikerjakan, tidak puas dengan pekerjaan yang telah dikerjakan dan dikerjakan. tidak berani mengambil resiko, kondisi ini menunjukkan adanya rasa tidak puas dalam kinerja bagi seorang guru. Keberhasilan suatu lembaga pendidikan sangat ditentukan oleh peran pemimpinnya, karena kepala madrasah sebagai pimpinan dalam lembaga harus mampu memimpin lembaga tersebut menuju pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Kepala madrasah harus mampu melihat perubahan norma pendidikan dan kehidupan globalisasi. Dengan demikian kepala Madrasah saat ini mensyaratkan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk memimpin secara efektif baik dari sisi biaya maupun wewenang. Oleh karena itu, jika pimpinan madrasah tidak paham, maka tidak semuanya akan terjadi. "Agar terjadi" hari ini, kepala Madrasah harus memainkan peran visioner, agen perubahan, panutan, dan manajer.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the character-based education management Javanese culture as well as enabling and inhibiting factors in TK Negeri Pembina Surakarta. This study uses qualitative research, research design using qualitative descriptive method. Implementation of this research is in the TK Negeri Pembina Surakarta. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Source of the data obtained through interviews and documentation. As a guest speaker in this study was the Principal Teachers and Parents / guardians of students. The validity of the data used in this research is triangulation and source triangulation method. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion we concluded that: 1) The management of education-based character of Javanese culture in TK Negeri Pembina Surakarta carried out by adjusting the curriculum and educational materials charged Javanese culture integrates the material elements of the arts, languages and social systems of Javanese culture, delivering materials charged the value of honesty, humility, discipline, courtesy, cooperation, caring, and responsibility; and deliver material which imparts the principles of respect, harmony, character wise and honest, introspective, low self-esteem, as well as upload form-ungguh and good manners as a form of character Java. 2) The supporting factors in the management of Javanese culture-based character education is education offices and local governments, provision of facilities, committee and parents of students, school management, as well as students coming from the Java community. Factors inhibiting Javanese culture-based education is the lack of standard guidelines for the implementation of educational programs that charged Javanese culture, interests learners to Javanese culture, as well as operate and circumstances on ignorance educators learn less supportive media to use.

Abstract

This study discusses the ''Leadership Strategy of the Principal in Supervision of Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMPN 1 Petasia, North Morowali Regency'' with the main problems located in: (1) How is the technique of vital authority in directing Islamic learning? Educational Educators at SMPN 1 Petasia (2) What are the elements that hinder and support vital initiative procedures in conducting learning management for madrasah teachers at SMPN 1 Petasia. This study is expected to be able to decide on the leading initiative technique in supervising Islamic Religious Education educators at SMPN 1 Petasia, North Morowali Regency. This type of examination uses a fascinating subjective technique approach. The strategies used in gathering information are perception, meeting, documentation, and triangulation. The consequences of this review show that the methodology used by school principals in supervising the learning of Islamic Religious Education teachers is very large, namely based on their duties and responsibilities as school principals, deliberation in making decisions, applying discipline, using a democratic type or style of leadership. , also uses techniques namely individual supervision, direct supervision and roundabout, and gathering supervision. The inhibiting variables seen by the principal in carrying out supervision are the main administrative obligations which are very thick with the aim of managing and cannot be carried out routinely differences in beliefs, and management. carried out during the pandemic only in the form of reports. The supporting factors for school principals in carrying out supervision are infrastructure facilities and administrative completeness.

Abstract

Understanding education briefly means formal education whose learning methods are carried out within the scope of formal schools, formal schools are limited by teaching materials, atmosphere, and the level of education to be taken. Using this brief understanding, it means that education is limited, namely where education takes place when it is carried out, subject matter, goals to be achieved, and scope of activities. The following article discusses the use of the snowball throwing cooperative learning method to improve student achievement in the PAI class at SMP Negeri 2 Burau. The main problem that needs to be solved is whether the snowball throw method of cooperative learning for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Burau in East Luwu can improve their learning outcomes. The data processing methodology used is Classroom Action Research, with a focus on data analysis for Class VIII C consisting of 27 students, data processing procedures, and data analysis instruments. The two-month study begins on March 22 and ends on May 22, 2022. On average there are 3 meetings per cycle, but on average there is only one meeting per cycle, so there are 7 meetings in total. And the KKM level monitored in schools is 75. The results of cooperative learning to throw snowballs in class VIII C increased from pre-class to level II. The average pre-cycle learning completeness is 52.59, and the incomplete category is 24 students or 88.88%, and 3 students complete or 11.11 percent. Then on the page, I, the percentage of students who successfully complete the course is 70.37, and the percentage of students who do not successfully complete the course is 12 or 44, or 55. Then, in Part II, the percentage of workers is 88.88, with around 23 workers in the Trained category (or 85.18%) and about 4 workers in the Untrained category (or 14.81%). The conclusion is that the application of the snowball throw type of cooperative learning method can help Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Burau, East Luwu Regency improve the learning outcomes of the class.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) knowing the role of the madrasah head in improving teacher performance at Guppi Gunung Jati Madrasah Aliyah; (2) knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance at the Guppi Gunung Jati Madrasah Aliyah.This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Methods of data collection through observation, interviews and documentation in an effort to find out the role of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance at Guppi Gunung Jati Madrasah Aliyah.The results of this study indicate that the madrasa head has carried out his role in improving teacher performance as: (1) the madrasa head as a leader, motivator, educator and supervisor. (2) Factors supporting the madrasah head in improving teacher performance, namely (a) the quality of teachers who wish to develop their abilities, (b) the establishment of good communication, (c) the collaboration between educators and the head of the madrasa. The inhibiting factors for the role of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance are: (a) there is still a lack of civil servant education staff, (2) teachers are less able to divide their time between homework and school work, (c) innate abilities. The conclusion of this study is that the role of the head of the madrasah in improving teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Guppi Guning Jati has been carried out well through the program made by the madrasah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Negeri 7 Makassar, mengetahui hambatan kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profesional guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan model pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Negeri 7 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru,wakasek kurikulum,wakasek sarana dan prasarana, wakasek kesiswaan dan siswa. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dijadikan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian dapat diringkas sebagai berikut:Strategi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru yaitu pelatihan MGMP, seminar, pelatihan guru, program guru penggerak dan sekolah penggerak. Hambatan pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan adalah sebagian guru kurang tertarik pada pengembangan diri karena merasa sudah cukup karena mendekati masa pensiun serta sebagian besar terjebak dalam rutinitas. Model lesson study digunakan sebagai model pengembangan.
