Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of technological advances, financial literacy, and perceived convenience on the decision to use digital transactions (e-wallets) for consumers at PD Sahabat Pameungpeuk Garut Shop. This study used a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach, sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling technique and using the slovin formula. This research was conducted using a survey method using a Likert scale questionnaire which was distributed to 100 respondents to consumers at the PD Sahabat Pameungpeuk Garut Shop. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results showed that the correlation between the X variables all showed a positive and significant correlation. While partially technological progress shows negative results on the decision to use e-wallet digital transactions, then for financial literacy and perceptions of ease it produces a positive and significant value on the decision to use e-wallet. Simultaneously that between technological advances, financial literacy, perceived convenience has a significant effect on the decision to use e-wallet digital transactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh e-trust dan e-satisfaction terhadap continuance intention pengguna OVO di Karawang. Strategi pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-verifikatif. Survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 100 pengguna OVO di Karawang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian menemukan hubungan yang menguntungkan antara e-trust dan e-satisfaction. Terdapat hubungan positif yang substansial antara e-trust dan continuance intention (0.330, t-hitung = 3.668 > 1.984). Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan secara statistik antara E-Satisfaction dan continuance intention (t-test = 4.778 > 1.984, p = 0.431). Dengan f-hitung 39.918 > f-tabel 3.09, atau nilai signifikan 0.000 (0.05), temuan dari uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa e-trust dan e-satisfaction memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap niat berkelanjutan pengguna OVO di Karawang.

Abstract

With the increasing growth conditions of food companies, it is important for companies to set appropriate prices to be able to compete with other companies. Therefore, the calculation of product prices must be done correctly and precisely to get maximum profit. Likewise by the malarat cracker factory in Karawang, which currently still uses estimates in determining the cost of goods produced. This study aims to attain an understanding of comprehensive production cost computation through the implementation of the full costing method. The data employed in this research emanates from corporate information acquired through data collection processes and document analysis. The employed method of data analysis is characterized as quantitative-descriptive. The outcomes of the study reveal the existence of disparities in the production cost estimates formulated by the company through the utilization of the full costing method. This circumstance arises due to the company's calculations failing to encompass the entirety of cost factors utilized within the company's operations. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of word of mouth and social media on consumer purchasing interest at the "Kenalin Ini Kopi" cafe. The research method used is quantitative by applying descriptive verification analysis. Research data sources involve the collection of secondary and primary data. The sample for this research was 100 students from Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that word of mouth supported by social media promotions has a significant effect on consumer purchasing interest at the "Kenalin Ini Kopi" cafe. The implication of these findings is that the "Know This Coffee" cafe can improve their promotional strategy by collaborating with influencers and creating interesting videographic content to reach consumers more widely. In conclusion, this research contributes to understanding the influence of word of mouth and social media in increasing consumer buying interest in the coffee shop industry. As a result, "Know This Coffee" cafes and similar stakeholders can optimize their marketing strategies to achieve greater success in an increasingly. Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi hubungan antara pemahaman investasi dan modal minimal dengan minat mahasiswa Manajemen Keuangan 2019 di Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang untuk terlibat dalam investasi pasar modal. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa terpilih. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemahaman investasi dan persepsi terhadap modal minimal terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman investasi memiliki korelasi signifikan dengan minat mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal, sementara persepsi terhadap modal minimal juga memiliki pengaruh yang berarti. Implikasi dari temuan ini membantu dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat mahasiswa Manajemen Keuangan 2019 dalam mengambil langkah menuju investasi pasar modal, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi pendekatan pendidikan yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap investasi dan meyakinkan mereka untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal.

Abstract

The capital market is a mechanism or place where various financial instruments are traded. These instruments include stocks, bonds, mutual funds and derivatives. The main objective of the capital market is to facilitate the flow of funds from parties who have surplus funds (investors) to parties who need funds (companies or government) for operational or investment activities. Understanding the Capital Market, here tells how the Primary Market and Secondary Market issue securities for the first time. The function of the Market is as a source of funding, investment, setting share prices, reselling securities. Talking about variables that discuss audit delay, namely the period of time between the closing date of the company's fiscal year and the date of completion of the audit report by an independent auditor. Audit delay is a major concern because it has an impact on the timeliness of presenting financial reports to stakeholders. This research aims to analyze the influence of Sovability, Profitability and Company Size on Audit Delay in Property and Real Estate Companies on the IDX 2018-2021. The data used in this research is secondary data taken from real estate and Property financial reports. This research is research Quantitative with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a clear picture of the influence of Solvency, Profitability and Size Companies regarding Audit Delay. And the results of this study become a reference for investors in making more measured decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh brand ambasador dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor yamaha fazio di dealer XYZ Karawang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif melalui pendekatan survei terhadap konsumen. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah menggunakan probability pusposive sampling melalui slovin dimana jumlah populasi sebanyak 134 dijadikan sampel sebanyak 100 konsumen. Alat analisis yang digunakan regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara simultan brand ambasador dan promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen sepeda motor yamaha fazio di dealer XYZ Karawang sedangkan secara parsial brand ambasador dan promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen sepeda motor yamaha fazio di dealer XYZ Karawang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna mengeksplorasi dan mengenali peran manajemen sumber daya manusia di BAZNAS Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang dipilih ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan field research, yang ditujukan guna memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang kondisi di lapangan. Pendataan yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan deskriptif untuk menilai dampak peran manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap peningkatan kinerja staf pegawainya dalam BAZNAS Kabupaten Karawang. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan yakni peranan manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerjanya bagi staf pegawai. Dengan kata lain, manajemen sumber daya manusia miliki pengaruh besar bagi kinerja pegawai di BAZNAS Kabupaten Karawang. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia memberikan berdampak positif juga signifikan pada kinerja pegawai. Disarankan agar BAZNAS Kabupaten Karawang menambah jumlah staf di bagian sumber daya manusia guna menaikkan tingkat efektivitas penyelesaian pekerjaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of research related to “futures options” using a bibliometric approach based on Scopus data with the keyword “futures options,” covering 280 journal articles for the period 1973-2024. The analysis was conducted using Biblioshiny in R-Studio for bibliometrics and VOSviewer for keyword network visualization. Results showed that dominant themes included implied volatility, stochastic volatility, and price dynamics with a focus on hedging strategies, risk, and derivatives market dynamics. The network visualization revealed modern themes such as sustainability and climate change, indicating the potential integration of these financial instruments with global sustainability issues. Inter-author collaboration was high, averaging 2.22 authors per document, with 22.5% of documents involving international authors. The study also noted high relevance with the average citations per document reaching 24.81 and an annual growth rate of 2.76%. Temporal analysis showed a significant increase since the 1980s, a peak in 2010-2020, and a decline in 2020-2024, influenced by shifts in research focus or the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Visualization through VOSviewer identified five main clusters, with implied volatility having strong connections to hedging and stochastic volatility, while new themes such as sustainability are still in the early stages of exploration. The study concludes that while the futures options theme is mature, there are opportunities for exploration in lesser explored topics such as the integration of sustainability issues and cross-regional analysis, providing a comprehensive picture of the research landscape and future directions.
