Abstract

Purpose – Sebagai sebuah alternatif, bank (lembaga keuangan) syariah telah memformulasikan sistem interaksi kerja yang dapat menghindari aspek-aspek negatif dari sistem kerja bank konvensional, yaitu dengan menerapkan beberapa sistem, dimana harus diciptakan bank (lembaga keuangan) syariah yang tidak bekerja atas dasar bunga melainkan atas sistem bagi hasil, antara lain yang dikenal dalamfiqh mu’amalahsebagai transaksi mudharabahatauqiradh.Design/methodology/approach – Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membuat gambaran atau deskripsi tentang suatu keadaan secara obyektif. Analisis kualitatif pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara induktif yakni pengambilan kesimpulan umum berdasarkanhasil observasi yang khusus. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bivariat yaitu analisis yang dilakukan terhadap dua variabel yaitu variabel terikat dan variabel bebasFindings–Pada waktu melakukan akad tidak semua nasabah memahami maksud pembiayaan mudharabah dan nisbah bagi hasilnya. Ketidakpahaman nasabah mengenai maksud dan prosedur dalam akad pembiayaan mudharabah ini menurut peneliti bisamenimbulkan sengketa antara pihak BMT dengan nasabah. Tidak semua nasabah mengerti mengenai prosedur penyelesaianapabila terjadi sengketa antara pihak BMT dengan nasabah. Sebagian nasabah tidak memahami bahwa akad yang dilakukan menimbulkan hak dan kewajiban yang mempunyai akibat hukum bagi kedua belah pihak.Research limitations/implications – penelitian ini hanya dalam pembahasan dengan objek penelitian BMT Al Rifa’ïe perlu adanya pengembangan penelitian dengan menambahkan objek penelitian yang sama yaitu BMT-BMT yang ada di sekitar untuk menggeneralisasi teori yang di munculkan.Originality/value–dalam penelitian ini penekanan terhadap penyelesaian masalah konflik yang terjadi dalam sengeketa transaksi diperjelas dengan memunculkan kasus yang sesuai dengan teori yang ada, sehingga menghasilkan penyelesaian sengeketa yang terjadi

Abstract

      This research aims to analyze and describe human resource development strategies in the Ceramics business group in Dinoyo District, South Konawe City. The results of this research can be practically useful for developing human resources in the agate business. This research is descriptive. The population and sample in this research were 55 business actors involved in the ceramics business in Dinoyo District, South Konawe City. Data was obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.The findings of this research indicate that the appropriate strategy to use in developing human resources in the Ceramics business group in Dinoyo District, South Konawe City, is a divestment strategy whose application is to carry out a selection process for human resource activities such as eliminating the process of making pendants or necklaces because these products are less popular with the public so that these activities can be transferred to a more useful talent development process so that in the future the craftsmen become more developed and creative to produce more varied and innovative ceramic products.

Abstract

Cv OSSEE bergerak dibidang distribusi barang yang berdiri pada tahun 2010. CV OSSEE telah mengembangkan bisnisnya lebih jauh dengan menambahkan produk-produk buatan perusahaan. Untuk itu sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas khususnya pada departemen manufaktur, dimana kualitas produksi sangat ditentukan baik oleh produk yang dihasilkan maupun proses produksi yang dilakukan. Pada kasus CV OSSEE di departemen produksi pada bulan Juli-Desember tahun 2014 didapat nilai indikator produktivitas dengan menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) adalah: 3.42, 3.92, 5.29, 3.00, 2.07, dan 1.92 dengan nilai rata - rata 3.27 (berada diatas nilai standar 3,00), dan Rasio produktivitas terendah terdapat pada rasio 1 perbandingan antara total produk aktual terhadap waktu kerja. Penyebab rendahnya rasio 1 antara lain: tidak diberlakukan tata tertib, kurangnya pelatihan, sanksi yang kurang tegas dan faktor k3 (kesehatan, keamanan dan keselamatan kerja) yang masih kurang diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. Produktivitas yang baik akan mampu meningkatkan presentase jumlah produksi yang dihasilkan, waktu kerja efektif dari sebuah proses produksi yang semakin singkat, waktu kerja dari suatu proses kerja maka produktivitas akan meningkat.

Abstract

The economic potential of East Java Province is supported by many sectors that are sources of regional income. The problem that forms the basis of this research is that the recapitulation data related to the largest corruption crime in the 2022 period ranks second after the central government. The research-related objective is to analyze the financial performance of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in East Java Province in 2021-2022. Descriptive quantitative is the type of research used with the 2021-2022 APBD financial report being the source of assessment data. The research sample is the entire population covering 38 regencies/ cities in East Java Province. Research data analysis techniques include; Expenditure variance analysis, expenditure growth analysis, independence ratio, dependency ratio, degree of decentralization, expenditure variance analysis, and expenditure efficiency ratio. The results of the study explained that East Java Province in 2021-2022 based on revenue variance analysis is in the favorable variance category with a percentage of 106.91%, revenue growth analysis is classified as downward growth with a percentage value of -3.21%. The independence ratio shows a participatory relationship pattern with a percentage of 51.24%, the dependency ratio is medium with a percentage of 61.51%.

Abstract

This research aims to provide material consideration for IKM owners in particular and the Malang City Department of Cooperatives, Industry, and Trade (Diskopindag) in general. This information may be used to develop plans to increase the growth of SMEs going global. This study gathered data from searching for literature papers and distributing questionnaires. Literature review and dissemination of questionnaires to be completed by respondents Based on this idea, a sample of 400 respondents was disseminated online and offline over the internet using enumerators in this study. According to the findings of the study, SMEs utilize social media to inform and connect with their customers. The tool is really successful in informing me about IKM products and allowing me to communicate directly with customers. Furthermore, IKM forms alliances with e-commerce companies to expand digital product marketing platforms and food delivery convenience. The challenges that SMEs encounter when implementing digital marketing include inconsistent internet connections, delivery delays, and internal difficulties caused by a shortage of human resources as a result of huge orders generated by social media advertising.

Abstract

  Purpose – Compensation strategies play a crucial role in enhancing both job satisfaction and human resource productivity. A well-designed compensation package, encompassing competitive salaries, benefits, and performance-based incentives, can motivate employees, foster a sense of value, and ultimately contribute to increased output and organizational success. Therefore, careful consideration of compensation strategies is paramount for achieving optimal workforce performance and fostering a positive work environment. Design/methodology/approach – This study investigates the impact of compensation strategies on enhancing employee job satisfaction and human resource productivity. The design employs a quantitative approach, utilizing surveys and statistical analysis to assess the correlation between various compensation models and employee outcomes. Data will be collected from a sample population within relevant industries to provide empirical evidence supporting the proposed relationship. Findings – The study's findings suggest a significant correlation between compensation strategies and both employee job satisfaction and human resource productivity. Specifically, well-structured and competitive compensation packages appear to positively impact employee morale and motivation, subsequently leading to enhanced performance and output. Further research is warranted to explore the nuances of specific compensation models and their long-term effects on organizational success. Research limitations/implications – This study, while providing insights into the relationship between compensation strategies and both job satisfaction and human resource productivity, is limited by its specific context. Generalizability to other industries or organizational cultures may be constrained. Further research should explore the long-term impacts of the implemented compensation strategies and consider the influence of mediating variables like employee engagement. The findings offer practical implications for organizations seeking to optimize their compensation models for enhanced workforce performance, highlighting the need for tailored approaches based on organizational context. Originality/value – This study investigates the strategic implementation of compensation as a mechanism to enhance both job satisfaction and human resource productivity. The research posits that a well-designed compensation strategy, tailored to employee needs and performance, can significantly contribute to a more satisfied and productive workforce. Consequently, the findings offer valuable insights for organizations seeking to optimize their human capital through effective compensation practices.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the development of pawning institution. It seems slowly developed and hardly to compete with other pawning institutions. Therefore, some factors causing this problem are needed to be understood. Against this problem, the author feels necessary to examine some factors with important effect on syariah pawning, such as differentiation, IT-Performance, organizational culture, and innovation. Research type is explanatory research, in which it explains the causal relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. Population of research is manager with authority of strategic decision making in the syariah pawning institution in Malang City. Sample is taken by census technique. Data will be subjected to Multiple Regression Analysis. Result of research indicates that Differentiation, IT-Performance, Organizational Culture, and Innovation infuence sustainable competitive advantage. It may be concluded that higher level of Differentiation, IT-Performance, Organizational Culture, and Innovation in the pawning institution can produce higher sustainable competitive advantage for pawning institutions in Malang.Keywords: IT-Performance, Organizational Culture Sustainable, SCA

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of sensory experience (SE), satiety value (SV), menu selection (MS), hygiene (HYG), and price (PRC) on customer satisfaction (CS) and customer loyalty (CL) within the context of small and medium-sized culinary enterprises. Using regression analysis, the findings reveal that MS and HYG are the dominant predictors of CS, while SE, SV, and PRC also contribute positively, though to a lesser extent. CS is confirmed as a strong predictor of CL, highlighting that higher satisfaction directly fosters repeat patronage and positive word-of-mouth. However, the introduction of cyber marketing (CM) shows a negative direct effect on CL and no moderating influence on the CS–CL relationship, indicating that current digital marketing strategies remain insufficient in strengthening loyalty. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing core service quality dimensions, particularly menu variety and hygiene, while redesigning digital marketing initiatives to complement customer experiences and build sustainable loyalty.
