Abstract

Abstact-The purpose of this reseach was to make measurement system of the sunshine duration based on microcontroller ATMEGA8535 which used LDR sensor. This system was expected to measure light intensity and sunshine duration with good performance and design specifications. The collection of data was done directly and indirectly measurement. Direct measurements were done to get output voltage, light intensity and sunshine duration. Indirect measurements were done to get accuracy and precision of system. Performance specifications of this system were built by power supply, LDR sensor, voltage divider circuit, microcontroller ATMEGA8535, and LCD. While design specification consist of five result. First, output voltage was logaritmic of light intensity. Second, on the first day there were three intervals duration of sunshine with a total sunshine duration was 184 minutes, while on the second day there were three interval duration of sunshine with a total sunshine duration was 440 minutes. Third, the accuracy measuring of the light intensities was 97.145%. Fourth, the precision measuring of the light intensities was 0.965. Fifth, the accuration measuring of the sunshine duration was 93.64%. Keyword: System, Sensor, LDR, Sunshine Duration, Microcontroller

Abstract

Era globalisaisaatini, peran E-Government sangat dibutuhkan dalam sistem pemerintahan, karena dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah dalam penyampaian informasi dan diharapkan mampu menghadapi perubahan sesuai dalam UU No 11 Tahun 2008. E-government adalah istilah yang sangat popular saat ini, dimana secara umum E-government adalah upaya mengaplikasikan pelayanan kepemerintahan melalui sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Implementasi E-Government dalam upaya peningkatan potensi Pekon Sukamulya merupakan salah satu media untuk digunakan dalam mempermudah penyampaian informasi dan potensi desa. Dimana sebelumnya system yang digunakan masih manual sehingga proses yang butuhkan sangat lambat dan tidak menutup kemungkinan data yang dimasukan kurang akurat dan tepat. Dengan adanya system ini diharapkan mampu meminimalisir kesalahan data dan waktu pengerjaan yang lebih cepat. Penulis membangun aplikasi yang bertema “implementasi E-government pada Pekon Sukamulya berbasis webmobile. Pada proses pembuatan E-Government ini menggunakan metode SDLC dan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studipustaka. Pada metode SDLC memiliki beberapa tahap Yang meliputita hapan perencanaan, analisis, desain, dan implementasi sistem. Dalam pembuatan web mobile menggunakan tehnikt erstruktur menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan basis data MySQL.

Abstract

Telur asin banyak digemari oleh masyarakat Kota Makassar dan merupakan salah satu produk dari teknologi hasil ternak. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan telur asin yaitu metode pemeraman. Dalam proses ini tentunya tingkat kebersihan masih sangat rentan sehingga diperkirakan peluang terkontaminasi beberapa jenis bakteri sangatlah besar khususnya bakteri Salmonella sp. Bakteri ini dapat meginfeksi saluran cerna, menimbulkan gejala klinis yang bervariasi bahkan apabila tidak tepat dalam penanganannya dapat menyebabkan kematian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat bakteri Salmonella sp pada telur asin mentah dan yang telah dimasak di Pasar Tradisional Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasi laboratorik untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Salmonella sp pada telur asin mentah dan yang telah dimasak di Pasar Tradisional Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 16 sampel telur asin masak dan mentah dari 4 wilayah Pasar Tradisional Kota Makassar yaitu Pasar Pa’baeng Baeng, Pasar Hartaco, Pasar Sentral, dan Pasar Tello. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Bakteriologi Jurusan Teknologi Laboratorium Medis Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Makassar dapat disimpulkan bahwa ditemukan adanya bakteri Salmonella sp pada 2 sampel (12,5%) dari 16 sampel telur asin mentah dan masak di Pasar Tradisional Kota Makassar.Kata Kunci : Salmonella Sp, Telur Asin Mentah, Telur Asin Masak

Abstract

Screening tests of tuberculosis transmission on family members living in housemates are attempts to increase the discovery of tuberculosis cases and are important in the control of tuberculosis. Positive TB event figures at the community Hall of Public Lung Health (BBKPM) in Makassar the defense is experiencing a tendency to increase so that the risk of transmission will increase especially against family members because of the transmission of TB through droplet infection. The activities of this Community devotion to improving the capacity of health workers in the efforts of the prevention of tuberculosis disease by enhancing the early detection ability of tuberculosis disease transmission in family members of housemates. The method of this dedication by conducting the Tuberculin test in the family contact of patients with active TB in BBKPMM. This activity is conducted from July to October 2019. Diagnosis of examination is conducted by nurses and medical laboratory energy analysts. The family member of the patient who is used as a participant in this activity is a family of active TB sufferers in the treatment room of the second floor in BBKPMM. Results of the test tests of tuberculosis from 45 members of the household contacts of patients with active Lung Tuberculosis obtained 22 people (49%) Positive and 23 people (51%). The results of this activity as an input for the BBPKMM will do follow up for the positive family members of the sufferer.

Abstract

Transfusi darah merupakan suatu rangkaian proses pemindahan darah dari seseorang donor kepada resipien. Darah disimpan di lemari es dengan suhu 2 - 6°C. Dalam proses penyimpanan darah akan mengalami perubahan – perubahan komponen darah seperti jumlah leukosit, eritrosit, dan trombosit. Tujuan penelitian Untukk mengetahuii pengaruhhwaktu simpan darah terhadap jumlahhleukosit, eritrosit, trombosit, pada whole blood darah donor sebelum dan sesudah disimpan selama 1 hari, 3 hari, 5 hari dan 7 hari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Experimen, dan analisis data yang di peroleh dari hasil pemeriksaan leukosit, eritrosit dan trombosit menggunakan uji Paired T test. Sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 4 golongan darah A, B, AB, O. sampel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat pengaruh waktu simpan terhadap penurunan jumlah leukosit, eritrosit, dan trombosit dimana terjadinya penurunan jumlah leukosit dengan rata – rata penurunan sebesar 0,17 103/µl, kemudian jumlah eritrosit memiliki rata – rata penurunan sebesar 0,3 106/µl dan jumlah trombosit memiliki rata – rata penurunan sebesar 5,25 1010/µl. Dan untuk peneliti selanjutnya yang sama dimasa akan datang untuk menambah jumlah sampel atau melukukan pemeriksaan secara duplo agar mengetahui perbandingan yang lebih jelas terhadap jumlah komponen darah

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of workload, work stress, organizational culture and work environment on job performance. This research was conducted at the sub-branch office of the Bank Sumut Syariah which is located in the Deli Serdang area, namely in Lubuk Pakam, Limau Manis, and Hamparan Perak. Researchers took the entire population with a total of 35 people as research respondents. This research method uses quantitative research using an associative approach, data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on job performance. It can be seen from the results of data processing the Workload variable tvalue 2.374 > ttable 2.042. As for the variables Work Stress,­ 2.042, Organizational Culture variable value of 1.069 < t­table 2.042, t value the Work Environment variable is 0.783 < ttable 2.042. The results of the simultaneous test hypothesis show that Workload, Work Stress, Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously affect Job Performance. This can be seen from the calculated Fvalue of 3.908 > Ftable 2.68.

Abstract

Background: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by a complex interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors. Psychosomatic symptoms, such as depression, anxiety, and stress, are common in individuals with SLE and can significantly impact disease activity and overall well-being. This meta-analysis aims to explore the biopsychosocial mechanisms linking psychosomatic symptoms and SLE. Methods: A systematic search of PubMed, Embase, PsycINFO, and Web of Science databases was conducted from January 2013 to December 2024. Studies examining the relationship between psychosomatic symptoms and SLE were included. Data were extracted and analyzed using random-effects models to calculate pooled effect sizes. Results: Six studies met the inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis revealed a significant association between psychosomatic symptoms (depression, anxiety, and stress) and SLE disease activity (pooled effect size: r = 0.42, 95% CI: 0.31-0.53, p &lt; 0.001). Furthermore, dysregulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, pro-inflammatory cytokine activity, and impaired coping mechanisms emerged as key biopsychosocial pathways linking these factors. Conclusion: This meta-analysis highlights the significant impact of psychosomatic symptoms on SLE and identifies potential underlying mechanisms. These findings underscore the need for integrated biopsychosocial interventions in SLE management, targeting both physical and psychological well-being to improve patient outcomes.

Abstract

Indonesia is a center of convection and acts as a driving force for global atmospheric circulation due to its geographical position. Moreover, Kototabang Hill is one of the national strategic areas in the equatorial atmospheric observation room with limited cloud cover data so that tools and development are needed to meet these data needs. Sky Camera for the purpose of observing clouds (Cloud Camera) is urgently needed to complement the need for cloud cover data to support observation and research activities in the field of the atmosphere. The Cloud Camera design is done by modifying the CCD Camera with several supporting devices including fish eye, solar tracker, sun filter and dome. Evaluation of the urgency of these enhancements is discussed in this paper. Among the four combinations of using supporting instruments (dome and sun filter) for the Cloud Camera device, the best image obtained is the device that uses a sun filter and without a dome.
