Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on NPF BPR Sharia during the study period from January 2017 to July 2019. The analytical method used is multiple regression with the COVID-19 pandemic as a dummy variable. The results of this study indicate that the Covid 19 pandemic has no significant effect on the Net Performing Finance of Islamic BPRs during the study period. Islamic BPRs apply sharia principles, namely the provision of funds or bills that are equalized to the results in mudharabah, istishna, murabahah and musyarakah, so that the impact of the Covid pandemic does not have a significant effect on the NPF of Islamic BPRs

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on the NPL of BPR in Indonesia registered with the Financial Services Authority during the study period from January 2017 to July 2020. The analytical method used is multiple regression with the Covid 19 pandemic as a dummy variable before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that the Covid 19 pandemic has a significant and positive effect on the NPL of BPR in Indonesia. The Covid 19 pandemic is an extraordinary event that has caused economies around the world, including Indonesia, to experience a sharp decline. As a result, entrepreneurs, labor and other sectors of the economy lose income and profits, this has resulted in the inability of borrowers consisting of entrepreneurs to return funds to BPR in Indonesia.Keywords : NPL, Pandemic Covid 19, BPR.

Abstract

The APBD aims to coordinate financing within local government and create transparency in local government budgets. The components of the APBD consist of regional income, regional spending and budget financing . In the process of preparing the APBD, the structure and contents of the APBD are adjusted to the needs of government administration and regional government revenues within one fiscal year. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a research design of hypothesis testing studies . In sample research, this research uses purposive sampling with the aim of obtaining a representative sample according to the criteria, namely the Provincial Government which has the highest SILPA in 2021. The dependent variable Budget Forecast Errors has an average of 1.39 and a maximum value of 9.45. The minimum value is 0.91 and the standard deviation value is 1.79. These results can be explained that the Regional Original Income variable has a high average value when compared to the standard deviation, which is 103.74 greater than 12.84. The independent variable Balancing Fund has an average value of 100.62, a maximum value of 106.85, a minimum value of 95.66, and a standard deviation value of 3.26. These results can be explained that the average value of the Other Legal Regional Income variables is relatively high when compared to the standard deviation, which is 114.74 greater than 43.78. The independent variable Direct Spending has an average value of 91.21, a maximum value of 115.34, a minimum value of 58.88, and a standard deviation value of 13.42.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dana desa yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan, dan pertanggungjawaban di Desa Bela Kecamatan Bajawa Kabupaten Ngada dan faktor penghambat dalam pengelolaan dana desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengelolaan dana desa dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan,dan pertanggungjawaban sudah dijalankan dengan baik sesuai mekanisme Peraturan Menteri dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018. Namun pada tahap pelaporan belum dilaksanakan secara baik karena tidak sesuai dengan batasan waktu pelaporan. Artinya pelaporan mengalami keterlambatan karena kurangnya bukti keuangan sehingga proses SPJ (Surat Pertanggungjawaban) belum bisa dilakukan. SPJ ini merupakan bentuk tanggungjawab keuangan desa yang harus dipertangungjawabkan dengan baik kepada pemerintah yang berwenang atau Bupati. Faktor penghambat dalam pengelolaan dana desa adalah kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki perangkat desa dan belum dilaksanakannya SPJ ( surat pertanggungjawaban) oleh bendahara lama pada tahun 2020 sehingga menghambat proses pengelolaan dana desa tahap selanjutnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengelolaan dana desa untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Mata Air. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengelolaan dana desa yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tahapan pengelolaan dana desa dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan dana desa sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018. Untuk faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan dana desa yakni Partisipasi masyarakat, sarana dan prasarana operasional sebagai faktor pendukung. Sumber Daya Manusia yang rendah sebagai faktor penghambatnya. Dengan hasil akhir bahwa masyarakat merasakan program-program yang ada seperti bantuan-bantuan yang dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan material mereka dalam artian juga mengembangkannya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan.

Abstract

This research entitled analysis of BRILink user satisfaction in Kupang City (case study of Nusa Cendana University Students) is based on the government's efforts to facilitate access to financial services throughout Indonesia and increase public financial access, namely with a branchless banking program in which efforts to create innovation and expansion financial inclusion called BRILink. This research aims to explain the influence of service quality and transaction experience on user satisfaction, namely Nusa Cendana University students, as well as the benefits obtained for both the author, Bank BRI, and subsequent researchers. The research uses quantitative methods using analysis tests to determine the influence of quality and transaction experience. or not regarding the suitability of BRILink users. Based on the research conducted, it has been found that there is only one variable out of the two dependent variables that influences the independent variable, namely the transaction experience variable which influences the user satisfaction variable

Abstract

The purposive of this research is to determine the use of credit taken by street vendors in Ruteng city which they take from BRI bank and to find out the reasons they take credit from BRI bank. The method for determining the research informants uses a purposive method. The data collection methods used consisted of: interviews, and observations and documents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The object of this research is the use of credit by street vendors in the city of Ruteng around the location of the Ruteng Regional Hospital and UNIKA Santu Paulus Ruteng. These utilization interests are divided into 3 interests, namely for production, consumption and investment purposes. First, for production purposes, namely to fulfill and increase business capital for trading, a means to make business activities smoother and business performance better than before, expanding business and work opportunities. Second, for consumption purposes, namely meeting personal consumption needs such as paying children's school fees, house rental costs, house renovation costs. Third, for investment purposes, namely to buy jewelry and buy a motorbike
