Abstract

Infeksi nosokomial merupakan infeksi yang diperoleh atau yang terjadi dirumah sakit berkaitan dengan pemberian layanan kesehatan difasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan tindakan perawat diperlukan untuk mencegah infeksi nosokomial dengan melakukan cuci tangan, menggunakan alat pelindung, mengelola alat kesehatan, desinfeksi lokasi tindakan, melakukan perawatan dan penutupan luka serta pengelolaan sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tindakan perawat dalam pencegahan infeksi nosokomial khususnya pada luka pasca bedah. Desain penelitian ini deskriptif murni dengan sampel penelitian adalah perawat yang bekerja di ruang RB 2A dan 2B RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan berjumlah sebanyak 44 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan responden sudah bekerja selama lebih dari tiga tahun yaitu 34 responden (77,3%) dengan tingkat pendidikan responden terbanyak adalah  D3 yaitu 21 responden (47,7%) dan berpenghasilan yang lebih dari Rp. 1.500.000 ada 32 responden (72,2%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan perawat dalam pencegahan infeksi nosokomial pada luka pasca bedah dalam katagori baik yaitu 44 orang (100%). Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan  melakukan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi terjadinya infeksi dan peranan profesional perawat dalam pengendalian infeksi dan juga faktor kebutuhan gizi pasien. Kata kunci: Tindakan Perawat, Pencegahan, Infeksi Nosokomial.

Abstract

Abstract: One of factor that influence low students achievement that was students hard to understand math material subject. Students do not understand the concepts in a material. That's why the author need to did the research by Probing Prompting. This learning technique is able to able to improve direct communication with teachers in developing new knowledge that can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes, especially on the material properties of flat wake. The main objective of this study is to examine the improvement of mathematics learning outcomes among students who obtain Probing Prompting learning through techniques with students who got conventional learning. This research was conducted in SDN 184 Pekanbaru in class Vb as the control class and class Va as a class experiment with using the method Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Result data were analyzed using t test with significance level α = 0.05. The results of the data analysis, based on the t-test average difference thitung = 1.946 with ttable = 1.995 and students achievement in the experimental class earned an average of 59.4 became 83.05 on the average score of the posttest. While the control group gained an average of pretest of 58.5 become to 76.9 from an average of the posttest. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the average at the beginning of the test and the final test. Correlational test can be obtained from r = 0.655, the value of the correlation coefficient determinant (r2) was 0.43 meaning that the effect of applying the technique Probing Prompting the mathematics students achievement is 43% while 57% are influenced by other factors contained in the self and the environment these students. The result of this research showed that there was different average from both of classes but based on statistic there was no difference toward increase students achievement math between students who got Probing Prompting learning techniques with students who got conventional learning.Keywords: Technique Probing Prompting, Students Achievement

Abstract

Potensi budaya dan kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan pariwisata menjadi bagian dari produk kreativitas manusia yang memiliki nilai ekonomi. Kota batam memiliki potensi yang luar biasa dan berkelanjutan dengan meningkatkan tampilan wisata agar menarik kunjungan wisata yang datang. wilayah pesisir, wilayah pesisir yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi suatu objek wisata khususnya pariwisata adalah wilayah Batu Besar Nongsa. Untuk meningkatkan pariwisata pada suatu Kawasan maka harus ada infrastruktur yang mendukung. Infrastruktur pada sebuah destinasi wisata merupakan sumber daya alam dan sumber daya buatan manusia yang mutlak dibutuhkan oleh wisatawan ketika melakukan perjalanan wisata di sebuah destinasi wisata sehingga diperlukan kajian secara detail tentang kesiapan infrastruktur sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan yang ada pada destinasi wisata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kearifan local sumber daya masyarakat tempatan dan sarana prasarana infrastruktur untuk menunjang perekonomian di kampung tua Batu Besar kota Batam. Proses pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi langsung kelapangan melihat permasalahan pada kondisi eksisting, dengan menggunakan metode analisis Deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT.

Abstract

Health facilities are a kind of public infrastructure essential for enhancing community health standards. According to statistical data from the city of Batam, the population of the Nongsa Keluran Batu Besar sub-district was 29,198 in 2020. The majority of respondents perceived the quality of medical personnel services for the general public in Batu Besar Village as satisfactory, evidenced by 50% of respondents. The quality of administrative services for the general public in Batu Besar Village was also deemed satisfactory, as indicated by 45% of respondents. Furthermore, the quality of pharmacist services for the general public in the Batu Besar sub-district was regarded as moderately satisfactory, supported by 47.5% of respondents. The quality of BPJS services for the general people in the Batu Besar sub-district is commendable. This is substantiated by the proportion of responses, which is 52.5%. The level of nursing services for the general people in the Batu Besar sub-district is commendable. This is evidenced by the number of replies, which is 70%. A majority of respondents, 65%, perceived the equipment facilities for the general public in Batu Besar Village as satisfactory, while 60% regarded the room facilities as reasonably good. A majority of respondents, constituting 40%, perceived the public parking facilities in Batu Besar Village as highly satisfactory.
