Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) perilaku mahasiswa menggunakan smartphone dimasa pandemi (2) tingkat pencapaian hasil belajar mahasiswa, dan (3) hubungan perilaku belajar terhadap tingkat pencapaian hasil belajar mahasiswa selama pembelajaran dengan menggunakan smartphone dimasa pandemi, Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian di analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis product moment dari uji korelasional dan uji hipotesis, Tingkat pencapaian hasil belajar mahasiswa mencapai 4.0375 yang tergolong dalam kategori baik, dan (3) Terdapat hubungan perilaku belajar terhadap tingkat pencapaian hasil belajar mahasiswa selama pembelajaran dengan menggunakan smartphone dimasa pandemi mencapai 0,449 yang signifikasn pada taraf 5% persen. Koefisien determinasi mencapai 0,202 sehingga kontribusi perilaku belajar terhadap penggunaan smartphone mencapai 20,2% hubungan penggunaan smartphone terhadap perilaku dan hasil belajar mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a model of Interactive Learning-based elearning-assisted program Edmodo on Subject of Design Instructional, this research is expected to produce (1) Generate Model Interactive Learning Based eLearning proper use, easy to learn and can be used for individual learning and learning material that refers to competencies that have been established, (2) To know the results of the implementation of Model Interactive learning Based elearning subject on the design of instructional as well as the right strategies used in learning design instructional, (3) To determine the effectiveness of Model Interactive learning Based e-learning subject of developed in instructional design and to determine the model of interactive learning that is effective and efficient. This research was conducted three stages. In the first stage in the first year to do an analysis of the interactive learning model that is most appropriate to use in learning instructional design, through a survey of preliminary studies, including the identification of learning needs and determine the competency standards subjects, analysis of learning. Identified characteristic and early behavior of students, basic competence and indicator writing, writing reference benchmark tests, preparing instructional strategies, develop learning materials. Then proceed with the initial design manufacture moodel based learning, instructional design based e-learning, and develop story board.

Abstract

Abstract: Improving the Quality of Student's Thesis Toward the Application of Quality Culture in Prodi PLS FIP UNIMED.The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research in which the research is done with various stages which are done such as: preparation stage, implementation stage and reporting stage. The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine whether students need guidelines in the writing of thesis; (2) to find out whether the student code of ethics needs to be included in the guidelines; and (3) to find out whether the quality of thesis can be improved through thesis writing guidance and student code of ethics. Analysis of research results conducted by researchers is through a qualitative approach. This approach is done by asking the opinion of the experts and lecturers concerned to be able to produce a handbook of thesis writing of students of School of External Education-Faculty of Education Sciences based on the results of discussions with the committee team, experts and lecturers concerned.Keywords: Quality Improvement Thesis, Quality Culture.Abstrak : Peningkatan Kualitas Skripsi Mahasiswa Menuju Pengaplikasian Budaya Mutu di Prodi PLS FIP UNIMED. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan berbagai tahapan yang dilakukan diantaranya : tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pelaporan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : (1) untuk mengetahui apakah mahasiswa memerlukan pedoman dalam penulisan skripsi; (2) untuk mengetahui apakah kode etik mahasiswa perlu dicantumkan dalam pedoman.; dan (3)untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas skripsi dapat ditingkatkan melalui pedoman penulisan skripsi dan kode etik mahasiswa.Analisis hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan cara meminta pendapat para pakar dan dosen yang bersangkutan untuk dapat menghasilkan suatu buku pedoman penulisan skripsi mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Luar Sekolah-Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan yang berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan tim panitia, pakar dan dosen yang bersangkutan.Kata Kunci : Peningkatan Kualitas Skripsi, Budaya Mutu.

Abstract

Decision making in order to improve the performance of educational staff and compare it with practices that occur in the field, to make decisions both operational decisions and strategic decisions that have an impact on the future of education units, especially students, educators and education staff. This research method uses qualitative. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The results show that decision-making in order to improve the performance of educational staff carried out by the principal of the Santa Lusia Sei Rotan Elementary School has been going well so far, this can be seen from the process and stages carried out by the principal of the decision-making school, namely the observation stage, collecting data, planning and identifying problems related to education in schools, then conducting deliberations among teachers, to adopt a policy, carrying out interpersonal approaches to teachers to carry out organizing activities, providing ideas and brilliant ideas, involving teachers in training activities and competitions. The strategy carried out by an education unit leader or school principal requires a decision-making process in order to improve the performance of educational staff, namely identifying a problem, clarifying and prioritizing goals, creating choices, assessing choices, comparing predicted consequences. on each choice with goals, choose the option with consequences with goals.
