Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen terhadap kinerja guru, menganalisa pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja guru dan menganalisa pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen dan disiplin terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah penerima tunjangan profesi di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan responden adalah 60 orang guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah penerima tunjangan profesi pada Kecamatan Tanjunganom Kabupaten Nganjuk. Variable bebas dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Disiplin sebagai variable bebas. dan kinierja Guru sebagai variable tak bebas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, dimana nilai sig. dari sistem informasi manajemen adalah 0,000 kurang dari 0,005. Disiplin berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru , dimana nilai sig. dari disiplin adalah 0,018 kuang dari 0,005. Sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah penerima tunjangan profesi pada Kecamatan Tanjunganom Kabupaten Nganjuk , dengan nilai sig.0,000 kurang dari 0,005.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of variable Teacher Working Groups on Teacher Professionalism in the Education Office of Blitar City, to determine the significance of the influence of Motivation on Teacher Professionalism in the Education Office of Blitar City. This research method is quantitative, data collection techniques with questionnaires and documentation. Instrument validity is done by Product Moment analysis, while the reality test uses Cronboch Alfa formula. The results of the study were the Teacher Working Group had a significant effect on the professionalism of formal PAUD Teachers in the Education Office of Blitar City, Motivation had a significant effect on the Professionalism of Formal PAUD Teachers in the Education Office of Blitar City. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of handling public complaints through social media and sms center in Blitar City. Testing the significance of the effect of service quality on community satisfaction on social media users and sms center as a means of public complaints in the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Blitar City. Which service quality variable dominantly influences community satisfaction on social media users and sms center as a means of public complaints in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Blitar City. The research methodology used descriptive questionnaires, interviews and multiple linear regression tests on 5 (five) independent variables namely tangibles X1, X2 reliability, responsiveness X3, assurance X4 and attention (empathy). ) X5 against Y dependent community satisfaction variable. The results of the study concluded that the Guarantee, Physical Evidence, Empathy and Responding variables simultaneously (together) had a significant influence on community satisfaction and spatially only the four variables had an influence on community satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Achievement Motivation Against Organizational Effectiveness, Influence of Teacher Work Discipline on Organization Effectiveness and Influence of Achievement Motivation and Teacher Work Disipli on Organizational Effectiveness Sample a total of 61 Permanent Teachers and Non-Permanent Teachers consisting of teachers at Islamic State Junior High School of Pare Kediri District took part in this research. This quantitative quantitative study uses regression analysis techniques. The results obtained show that: Motivation achievement significantly and affect the effectiveness of the organization, Teacher Work Discipline influence on organizational effectiveness and Achievement Motivation and Teacher Work Discipline together significantly affect the effectiveness of the organization Achievement Motivation and Teacher Work Discipline is one factor that can affect the effectiveness of the organization. The higher the discipline of Teacher work and achievement Motivation will make the organization effective.
