Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of website quality on student satisfaction and loyalty at the Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Kadiri (STMIK Kadiri). This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to STMIK Kadiri students who are still active, totaling 120 people from 2017 to 2019. The analysis technique uses path analysis and hypothesis testing. For data processing using the program Eviews and IBM SPSS statistics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh work-family conflict (X1), family-work conflict (X2) dan work-life balance (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) perempuan pada PT Merpati Mas Nusantara Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik purposive sampling karena sampel yang digunakan dengan kriteria tertentu yaitu sebesar 50 karyawan perempuan yang terdiri dari 46 sudah menikah dan 4 janda. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 for windows. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa uji t variabel work-family conflict (X1) berpengaruh positif dan sigiifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), variabel family-work conflict (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), variabel work-life balance (X3) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Nilai F hitung sebesar 3,802 dengan sig. 0,016. Dari hasil analisis tersebut disimpulkan bahwa work-family conflict, family-work conflict dan work-life balance berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan perempuan PT Merpati Mas Nusantara Kediri.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance, stres kerja, dan kompensasi Auto 2000 Kediri Hasanudin sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan Auto 2000 Kediri Hasanudin. Dengan mengetahui hubungan tersebut, diharapkan perusahan Auto 2000 Kediri Hasanudin mampu mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan dari variabel-variabel yang telah disebutkan sehinga kinerja karyawan Auto 2000 Kediri Hasanudin semakin meningkat. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini, menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi bengkel Auto 2000 Kediri Hasanudin digunakan sebagai responden. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Serta Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan uji statistic melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji f dengan menggunkan SPSS 25 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang digunakan, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work-life balance dan stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kompensasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Auto 2000 Kediri Hasanudin.

Abstract

This study aims to perform analysis and find put of inflation, debt-to-equity ratio and total assets turn over on stock prices. An analysis of firms in the energy sector that were registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The entire population in this study consists of 83 firms. The chosen sample consisted of 6 financial reports altogether, cosen from a total of 9 companies using the purposive sampling technique. Using software Eviews 9, the panel data analysis method helps with this research. Based on research findings, it can be concluded that, Debt-to-equity ratio has negative impact on stock price, however inflation and total asset turn over do not have a significant impact. According to simultaneous test or F test, the independent variable simultaneously had statistically impact on the stock price, with a Adjusted R2 of approxiamately 0.173906, or 17.39%

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price discounts and sales promotions on customer loyalty. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Satria Jaya Motor customers and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. The population in the study was 253 customers with a sample of 155 customers taken in March-April 2023. Data analysis techniques used included Test Validity, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test each variable was declared reliable because it had a Cronbach's Aplha value > 0.60. Then in the t test it is known that the price discount (X1) and sales promotion (X2) variables have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that these two variables partially have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). Then the F test shows that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which shows that price discounts and sales promotions have a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty to Satria Jaya Motor.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of advertising attractiveness and service quality on decisions to use transportation services at PT. PHD Trans. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to transportation service users at PT. PHD Trans and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. The population in this study was 450 service users and the sample was 212. Data analysis techniques used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test , and Test of the Coefficient of Determination R2. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test each variable was declared reliable because it had a Cronbach's Aplha value > 0.60. Then, in the t test, it is known that the variables of advertising attractiveness (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that these two variables partially have a significant effect on the decision to use the service. Then the F test shows that the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, which shows that the attractiveness of advertising and service quality simultaneously influence the decision to use transportation services at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki ruang batasan pada aspek manajemen operasional untuk mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku agar mengefisiensi biaya persediaan pada The Bake Corner. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data sekunder dari data persediaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Just In Time (JIT). Tempat penelitian di The Bake Corner. Objek yang diteliti adalah telur. Hasil Implementasi dengan metode Just In Time (JIT), menunjukkan bahwa pemesanan optimal sebesar 1.039 kg dengan frekuensi pemesanan sebesar 7 kali dan jumlah pengiriman sebanyak 6 kali. Dengan total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 13.966.174.

Abstract

The value of the company is reflected in the share price of the company which is reflected in the bargaining power of the shares. Company growth is one indicator or measurement of how the company is developing or grow in a certain period. This study was conducted to examine the effect of price earning ratio, profitability and company size on company value with capital structure as a moderation variable in PT. Unilever Tbk Period 2015-2022. The sampling technique in this study is using the purposive sampling method. The population in this study was 1 company with a sample of 32 financial statements. This study used quarterly data with a total of 32 samples and used SPSS 25 as a statistical test tool to test descriptive statistical tests. Classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression test and residual test. The results showed that the price earning ratio, profitability and size of the company had a positive effect on the value of the company. Capital structure weakens the relationship between price earning ratio, profitability and company size to company value.
