Abstract

This study used a qualitative approach in descriptive form, and aimed to determine the kinds of motivations of the community to take part in the study at the Taklim Majlis Nurul Huda, Boto Village, Semanding District, Tuban, and to find out the level of community motivation to take part in the Majlis Taklim Nurul Huda Boto Village. This research is a field research, which directly examines the place of research in the majlis taklim Nurul Huda Mosque located on RT.01 RW.01 Boto village. The subjects in this study were pilgrims from the Taklim Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Boto Village, namely the data sources were 35 worshipers and 3 administrators and 5 teachers or caregivers of the Majlis Taklim Nurul Huda. While the object of this research was the motivation of the community to attend the recitation in the mjelis taklim Nurul Huda, Boto village, Semanding. Then in the technique of collecting data by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires, to caregivers of the majelis taklim, administrators of the majlis taklim, the congregation and the people who live around the taklim assembly. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the motivation of the community to follow the recitation is very diverse. Like biogenetic motivation, sociogenetic motivation and theogenetic motivation. That is to increase the knowledge of religion, socialize with fellow citizens, also be an example of the example of the surrounding community in participating in the recitation, following the recitation can make themselves happy and comfortable, can strengthen the relationship, feel close to Allah SWT, and get inner peace, then following the recitation has become a necessity for a devout Muslim to Allah SWT, and added diligently to worship to Allah SWT after attending the recitation activity in the majlis taklim Nurul Huda, Boto Village. And regarding the level of motivation of the community to take part in the recitation in the Taklim assembly of Nurul Huda, Boto Village, it was classified as high and quite good seen from the biogenetic, sociogenetic and theogenetic theories.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang optimalisasi peran komite sekolah dalam peningkatkan manajemen berbasis sekolah di MTs Negeri 3 Tuban. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Mengetahui partisipasi komite dalam peningkatan manajemen berbasis sekolah di MTs Negeri 3 Tuban, 2) Mengetahui bentuk optimalisasi komite sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen berbasis sekolah di MTs Negeri 3 Tuban, 3) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat peranan komite sekolah dalam partisipasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di MTs Negeri 3 Tuban.Penelitian yang penulis lakukan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam perjalanan mengumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisisnya, teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa data-data yang tertulis atau lisan dari orang dan perilaku yang diamati sehingga dalam hal ini penulis berupaya mengadakan penelitian yang bersifat menggambarkan secara menyeluruh tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Managemen Berbasis Sekolah di MTs Negeri 3 Tuban dikatakan cukup baik, itu dapat dilihat dari segi input, proses, dan outputnya. Peran komite sekolah/madrasah dalam meningkatkan pelayanan di MTs Negeri 3 Tuban, meliputi: 1) sebagai pemberi pertimbangan (advisory agency): Komite MTs Negeri 3 Tuban sebagai mitra kerja kepala sekolah telah memberikan pertimbangannya dalam setiap rencana dan program yang telah disusun oleh sekolah. 2) sebagai pendukung (supporting agency) peran komite sekolah sebagai badan pendukung bagi upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan MTs Negeri 3 Tuban, dapat berupa dukungan finansial, tenaga, dan dukungan pikiran. Misalnya, komite ikut membantu dan menunjang sarana dan prasarana sekolah. 3) sebagai pengotrol (controlling agency) komite MTs Negeri 3 Tuban melakukan kontrol atau pengawasan pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah atau perencanaan pendidikan di sekolah. 4) sebagai mediator (executive) komite sekolah sebagai penghubung atau mediator antara pemerintah, sekolah orang tua dan masyarakat memiliki arti, bahwa aspirasi orang tua dan masyarakat ataupun ada penyampaian sekolah terhadap orang tua siswa semuanya itu melalui komite sekolah.

Abstract

In the book Parenting Suggestion by A. Hamam Rosidi, S.Pd, MA, he clearly explains how we can solve children's problems using suggestion therapy, and reveals the secrets of effective suggestion in educating children. Based on the background of the problem, this research is expected to provide answers to the formulation of the problem (1) What is the concept of suggestion therapy in early childhood? (2) How is the concept of suggestion therapy for early childhood according to A. Hamam Rosidi in the Parenting Suggestion book? Based on the formulation of the problem, this study aims (1) to find out the concept of suggestion therapy in early childhood (2) to find out the concept of suggestion therapy for early childhood according to A. Hamam Rosidi in the Parenting suggestion book. This research uses library research and character study approach through qualitative research methods. The results of this study led to the conclusion that the concept of suggestion therapy in early childhood is to find out the child's problems, perform hypnosis by penetrating the critical factor, give suggestions and bring the child out of the hypnotic state. While the concept of suggestion therapy in early childhood according to A. Hamam Rosidi is to build closeness with children and know the secrets and effective time to give suggestions to children.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama dan moral pada anak usia dini merupakan suatu pondasi yang kokoh dan sangat penting keberadaannya. Didalam hadist riwayat Bukhari, Ibnu Habban dan Baihaqi menjelaskan bahwasanya orang tua sangatlah berperan penting dalam perkembangan agama dan moral anak. Keluarga ataupun orang tua merupakan pendidikan yang utama pada saat ini dalam siklus kehidupan masa pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia saat ini. Artikel ini akan menjelaskan tentang pentingnya pendidikan agama dan moral bagi anak berspektif hadis di tengah-tengah pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia. Bagaimana pentingnya pendidikan agama dan moral bagi anak usia dini berspektif hadis, dan bagaimana cara menanamkan pembiasaan pendidikan agama dan moral kepada anak sejak usia dini di tengah-tengah pandemi virus Covid-19 di Indonesia. Hal tersebut bertujuan agar anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi manusia yang memiliki karakter yang baik sejak usia dini. Karena pendidikan agama dan moral penting untuk membantu anak dalam memasuki tahap selanjutnya.
