Abstract

Setting the inflation rate may look simple but certainly not easy. This can be evidenced by frequent melencengnya inflation target has been set by Bank Indonesia. To overcome this, the 2004 Law No. 3 Article 7 were excluded, thus changing the policy framework of inflation targeting lite be a full-fledged inflation targeting. This means that Bank Indonesia will focus on regulating the rate of inflation only. The purpose of this study to determine whether the rate of inflation to be more easily controlled in the period of full-fledged inflation targeting. The method used is the autoregressive model estimation. The results showed that the application of full-fledged inflation targeting has not had a positive impact in regulating the rate of inflation. Abstract

Agriculture is a dominant sector in Indonesia, mostly because many people work in this sector, especially in agricultural centers such as East Java Province. However, it is ironic that the farm sector does not have a considerable contribution to Indonesia's national income. This study aimed to measure rice farming's efficiency in East Java and determine whether education, access to credit, farmer group membership, age, and agricultural extension affected rice farming efficiency. The data source comes from the Central Statistics Agency (Agricultural Business Household Income Survey) in 2013 for East Java Province. The number of samples used was 8603 farmer households. The research method uses Stochastic Frontier Analysis. The results showed that the average efficiency for the Cobb-Douglas production function was 0.764, while the average efficiency for the translog production function was 0.759. The Cobb-Douglas production function is not suitable for this study; the translog production function is considered more appropriate. The variables of education, access to credit, membership of farmer groups, age, and agricultural extension significantly influence rice farming's technical efficiency in East Java. The extension variable has the most significant effect.

Abstract

Penulisan ini dilatar belakangi oleh PT. PLN (Persero) mengeluarkan produk baru yaitu Listrik Pra Bayar (LPB). Akan tetapi banyak konsumen yang awam atau tidak mengerti sama sekali tentang produk baru dari PT. PLN, maka PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pamekasan mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk barunya, padahal konsumen membutuhkan informasi untuk mengetahui keberadaan produk baru ini. Dalam hal ini sosialisasi LPB melalui sistem promosi dianggap tepat sebagai alat yang mudah untuk menginformasikan LPB ke konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh promosi (Advertising, Personal Selling, Direct Marketing) terhadap minat pelanggan untuk menggunakan listrik prabayar di PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pamekasan. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling sebanyak 99 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda (multi linier regression). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (Advertising, Personal Selling, Direct Marketing) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat pelanggan untuk menggunakan listrik prabayar di PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pamekasan. Variabel yang lebih dominan memiliki pengaruh signifikan adalah direct marketing. Hasil ini mengindikasikan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pamekasan harus memaksimalkan semua program direct marketing-nya karena hal ini terbukti paling efektif dalam meyakinkan pelanggan agar beralih ke listrik prabayar.

Abstract

Inflasi termasuk masalah krusial bagi negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi masalah inflasi, Bank Indonesia selaku pelaku kebijakan moneter mencoba untuk menganut sistem inflation targeting. Setiap tahun Bank Indonesia mengumumkan target inflasinya dengan harapan inflasi aktual juga akan mengarah kesana, akan tetapi, hasil yang diperoleh kurang sesuai harapan karena target inflasi Bank Indonesia seringkali melenceng. Menarik untuk membahas sebenarnya sejauh mana target inflasi bisa mempengaruhi laju inflasi. Banyak perbedaan pendapat terkait hal tersebut. Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap bagaimana pengaruh target inflasi terhadap laju inflasi aktual terutama di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Selain target inflasi, ada variabel lain yang akan diteliti pengaruhnya terhadap laju inflasi aktual yaitu inflasi periode sebelumnya, ekspektasi inflasi dan Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Hasil penelitian menunjuk- kan bahwa inflasi periode sebelumnya, ekspektasi inflasi dan GDP berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap laju inflasi. Sebaliknya, target inflasi Bank Indonesia tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laju inflasi di Indonesia. Hal tersebut terjadi bisa dikarenakan kurangnya kredibilitas Bank Indonesia di mata masyarakat Indonesia, terutama dalam penerapan inflation targeting.

Abstract

Hubungan kredibilitas bank sentral dan persistensi inflasi masih menjadi kontroversi, padahal kepastian hubungan ini sangat penting untuk merumuskan kebijakan anti inflasi yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat persistensi inflasi dan menguji dampak kredibilitas bank sentral terhadap persistensi inflasi di Indonesia sejak penerapan inflation targeting framework dengan menggunakan model New Keynesian Phillips Curve Hybrid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persistensi inflasi pada periode Full-Fledged Inflation Targeting (2006:1-2012:3) lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan periode Inflation Targeting Lite (2000:1-2005:4). Sementara itu, kredibilitas bank sentral berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap persistensi inflasi pada saat Indonesia menerapkan Full-Fledged Inflation Targeting, sedangkan pada saat Indonesia masih menerapkan Inflation Targeting Lite, kredibilitas bank sentral tidak berpengaruh terhadap persistensi inflasi. Ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku inflasi di Indonesia masih bersifat backward looking pada masa penerapan Inflation Targeting Lite dan berubah menjadi forward looking setelah mengadopsi Full-Fledged Inflation Targeting. Perubahan ini ada kaitannya dengan meningkatnya kredibilitas bank sentral pada periode Full-Fledged Inflation Targeting.

Abstract

Abstract Branta Pesisir Village is one of the coastal areas in Pamekasan district. Branta Pesisir Village has high economic potential, but the poverty of fishermen still occurs amidst the abundance of marine resources. This research was conducted to find out about the marketing system of fishery products and its relation to poverty alleviation of fishermen in the Branta Pesisir Village using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the weather greatly influences the rise and fall of fish prices, due to changes in weather, fishermen cannot go to sea, resulting in fewer fish catches, so that fishermen's poverty still occurs and makes it difficult for fishermen to fulfill their daily lives. So far, the marketing system for fishery products is still very simple, fishermen do not have direct access to factories. Fish marketing through intermediaries such as agents, collectors, and baskets. They tend to be able to manipulate the price of fish to get more profit.

Abstract

Pamekasan handmade batik is a work of art that must be preserved and its existence is not forgotten. The purpose of this study was to measure the knowledge of the Pamekasan community regarding the types of handmade batik in Pamekasan Regency, the marketing of Pamekasan handmade batik, and to prove the extent to which the Pamekasan community still uses Pamekasan handmade batik as a form of cultural preservation. The method used is qualitative research. The results show that batik marketing is not only through selling in the market but also being sold online, either using Facebook, Instagram or other social media. In addition, most Pamekasan people do not know the types of Pamekasan batik motifs. The existence of Pamekasan batik is still very well maintained, many Pamekasan people still use Pamekasan batik in their daily life or when attending certain events. However, the batik used is stamped batik, not handmade batik.

Abstract

Dungkek Village is an area with very abundant potential for anchovies. However, so far, fishermen and suppliers of anchovies have often experienced problems with capital. Using quantitative research, this research will measure the level of financial literacy and its impact on the welfare of anchovy suppliers in Dungkek Village, Sumenep Regency. The total research sample (sample size) was 42 research respondents. This research will be carried out in 2022 in Dungkek Village, Sumenep Regency. Education level, financial literacy, and work experience will be independent variables. Meanwhile, the welfare of rice anchovy suppliers is used as the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression analysis will be used to determine the influence of work experience, education level, and financial literacy on the welfare of anchovy suppliers based on a recapitulation of questionnaire answers obtained from respondents. Based on the research results, the level of work experience has the most dominant influence in improving supplier welfare. Meanwhile, the level of education and financial literacy also have a big influence. The effect of financial literacy is significantly positive on the welfare of rice anchovy suppliers. Higher financial literacy can improve the welfare of rice anchovy suppliers.

Abstract

The market is a part of life that is needed by humans whose development is adjusted to the customs of customary norms in a certain area. so that the market becomes a means of economic activity that supports and facilitates the needs of the community. In a more modern sense a market is a mechanism that allows supply and demand both in a physical and non-physical sense. Traditional markets have always been known as a unique market among the community in meeting household needs and also have an important role in advancing economic growth in Indonesia. Because it can open business opportunities by involving the livelihoods of the community it also has an advantage in competing naturally. With goods sold, merchants can be bargained by the buyer, so that the price that occurs is the agreement of the seller and the buyer. Traditional markets are usually carried out with management without modern technological devices and they have more middle and lower class traders who are scattered, both in villages, small cities and big cities with an average operating period from dawn to noon or evening. The results of this research show the independent variables consisting of Price (X1), Quality (X2), Physical Environment (X3). to the dependent variable, namely consumer loyalty (Y), the R value of 0.656 or 65.6%, that is, the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is unidirectional and strong. Meanwhile, R squared or the determinant of R is 0.430 or 4.30% simultaneously, while the rest (100% -56.6% = 34.4%) is influenced by other factors examined in this study.Keywords : Price; Quality; Physical Environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the mobile giro post service on customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan. The research sample used 83 respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results showed that the variables efficiency, reliability, fulfillment and privacy together had an effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan. As for the results of the t test calculation, the efficiency, reliability and fulfillment variables have no effect on the customer satisfaction variable. Meanwhile, the privacy variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords : Efficiency; Reability; Fulfillment; Privacy; Customer Satisfaction.
