This study aims to analyze the recruitment system of operator-level employees at PT Ditraco Bangun Sarana Internasional, identify the utilization of technology in the recruitment process, and determine efforts to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment system. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving relevant informants, including the Human Resources Department. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity ensured through triangulation techniques. The results showed that the recruitment system at PT Ditraco Bangun Sarana Internasional consists of several stages, including workforce planning, sourcing candidates, administrative selection, written tests, interviews, and employee placement. The use of digital platforms supports the recruitment process by expanding job vacancy information and facilitating candidate searches. However, several obstacles remain, particularly related to the limited number of qualified applicants and the effectiveness of recruitment information dissemination. Therefore, optimizing digital recruitment strategies and improving recruitment procedures are needed to obtain operator employees who meet company requirements.
