Abstract

Digital transformation in church congregational visiting services is a challenge for GKI Delima where there are problems with data accuracy, coordination and reporting processes. The use of appropriate technology can be the best solution to overcome existing problems. The purpose of this community service program is to develop an Android-based application to improve the process of church congregational visiting services at GKI Delima. The stages of implementing this activity start from the planning, design-development and implementation stages. Application development refers to the RAD (Rapid Application Development) and using Android Studio. The results of the development of mobile apps for the GKI Delima congregation as part of the digital transformation process were able to improve the quality of the congregation's treatment process to become more effective and efficient. The scheduling and coordination process becomes faster and easier. Data is more accessible and faster in the process of updating data. The process of reporting and documenting the results of congregation visits has become easier, faster, safer, and paperless. The process of digital transformation in the congregation's visiting service at GKI Delima has had a positive impact on improving the quality of the congregation's visiting process to make it easier, faster and safer.

Abstract

Memasak merupakan aktivitas penting yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi tetapi juga meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Masyarakat modern sering menghadapi kesulitan dalam mencari dan membeli bahan masakan yang sesuai dengan resep secara manual, yang dapat mengurangi motivasi untuk mencoba resep baru. Meskipun aplikasi memasak berbasis teknologi semakin berkembang, mayoritas belum menyediakan fitur belanja bahan yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi seluler yang mengintegrasikan resep masakan dan belanja bahan berbasis Mobile Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC) untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas resep dan kenyamanan pengguna dalam memperoleh bahan. Tahapan pengembangan mencakup: Identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, Perancangan antarmuka awal dan struktur database, Pengembangan fitur aplikasi, Pengujian untuk memastikan fungsi fitur, Implementasi awal aplikasi. Hasil pengujian Black-box dan pengujian berbasis pengguna menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang dirancang. Pengguna merasa puas dengan kemudahan pencarian resep, kelengkapan informasi resep, dan kelancaran proses checkout untuk belanja bahan. Meskipun demikian, beberapa saran untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, seperti penambahan fitur personalisasi dan peningkatan antarmuka aplikasi, diusulkan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, kreativitas, dan motivasi pengguna dalam memasak, serta menjadi alat praktis yang mendukung gaya hidup

Abstract

The recipe and grocery shopping application is designed to increase the ease of users in accessing cooking recipes and shopping for groceries in an integrated manner. This research aims to analyze the business processes involved in the application using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) approach. Analysis is carried out to understand the workflow structure, identify potential efficiencies, and produce performance improvements before and after system implementation. The research results show that the application of this application is able to direct processes that were previously manual and fragmented, such as searching for recipes, making shopping lists, and ordering groceries. The BPMN model is used to visualize changes in business process flow, enabling comprehensive evaluation of aspects of time efficiency, error reduction, and increased user satisfaction. This research concludes that the BPMN approach is effective in analyzing and optimizing business processes in recipe and grocery shopping applications. These findings contribute to the development of similar applications, especially in designing systems that are more efficient and responsive to user needs.

Abstract

The village of Margamulya Tj. Kait is one of the foster villages of LPPM Ukrida. From the results of interviews and direct observations, there are several main issues faced by partners, including: limited access and dissemination of financial information and village profiles to external parties as well as to the villagers themselves. Community service is conducted by utilizing technology to develop a digital village community ecosystem where social media-based platforms serve as everyday communication, socialization, and collaboration tools. The implementation method is carried out through: (1) development of social media platforms; (2) training on platform usage. With the developed social media platform program, the target output is achieved through the evaluation of activities, where the benefit of interaction between village officials and villagers, as well as the dissemination and access to important information, becomes easier. Keywords: digital platform; village digitalization; digital village; margamulya village
