Abstract

The market is a place where transactions of goods are carried out by more than one seller and buyer. Traditional markets and modern markets are often located in one area close together. This will have an impact on traditional market traders. The impact of the existence of modern markets on traditional markets is in terms of a decrease in the income of traditional traders. This study aims to determine the impact of the presence of the Maju Bersama modern market on the income of MMTC traditional market traders. This research was carried out at the MMTC market, Percut Sei Tuan district in August 2021 with a total sample of 30 traditional market traders at MMTC who were taken by purposive sampling method. While the data collection method using questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that there was an influence on the income of traditional market traders at MMTC Market, Percut Sei Tuan District with the existence of the Maju Bersama modern market. The income of traditional market traders after the presence of the Maju Bersama modern market resulted in a decrease in income of 7.51%. The average income of traditional traders before the Maju Bersama modern market was Rp 2,063,333, and after the Maju Bersama modern market it was Rp 1,908,333. Sales of traditional traders after the existence of the Maju Bersama modern market decreased by 11.26%. The decline in sales of traditional traders has more impact on fruit sales, while buyers still choose to buy vegetables at traditional traders.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana angka kecukupan pangan rumah tangga yang terdiri dari penilaian Angka kecukupan Energi (AKE), Pangan merupakan kebutuhan yang paling mendasar bagi setiap makhluk hidup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi dan tenaga agar bisa melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola konsumsi pangan rumah tangga berdasarkan aspek kuantitas dan kualitas. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode food recall 2 x 24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komsumsi energi rumah tangga Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Persentase rumah tangga miskin sangat rawan dan rawan pangan sebanding dengan anggota rumah tangga miskin yang tergolong bergizi buruk yakni 21.3%. Demikian juga persentase rumah tangga miskin yang mengalami defisit energi pada Tabel 5 (44.6%)

Abstract

Pembangunan bandara kualanamu diharapkan memberikan dampak positif bagi masayarakat sekitar anatara lain adalah untuk membuka lahan pekerjaan bagi mayarakat sekitar dan diharapkan memodenisasikan masyarakat sekitar. Tetapi ironisnya harapan pemerintah tersebut tidak menjadi kenyataan karena realitas yang terjadi adalah para petani dan masyarakat lainnya menjadi pihak yang dirugikan. Maka dari itu peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai Analisis Dampak Aktivitas Bandara Kualanamu Terhadap Pembangunan Kawasan Pertanian Dikecamatan Pantai Labu Dan Kecamatan Beringin. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode analisis data dengan dua pendekatan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 52 (lima puluh dua) responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini Secara simultan menyatakan kehadiran Bandara Kualanamu berdampak terhadap kehidupan sosial masyarakat sekitar, pergeseran pekerjaan dan perekonomian desa disekitar Kualanamu. Secara parsial disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat memberikan apresiasi atas kehadiran Bandara Kualanamu. Secara parsial Bandara Kualanamu tidak berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan sosial masyarakat sekitar. Secara parsial Bandara Kualanamu berdampak terhadap perekonomian desa disekitar Kualanamu. Beberapa dampak yg dirasakan masyarakat terhadap keberadaan Kualanamu ialah aktivitas ekonomi Masyarakat, Infrastruktur semakin berkembang, pendidikan (terdapat sekolah perhotelan yg penyerapan tamatannya saat ini 65 % di bandara kualanamu), dan penambahan jumlah penduduk.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To find out the Inpari 32 Superior Rice Seed Procurement System at UD. Damai Tani (2) To find out about UD's partnership. Damai Tani with Farmer Groups (3) To find out the income of rice farmers and owners at UD. Peasant Peace. This research was conducted in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, which was determined purposively. The sampling method was carried out using the Proportional Random Sampling method with 39 respondents. The results of the study revealed that the average income of inpari 32 s rice breeders in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, was IDR 6,164.42 per planting season and the income of UD Damai Tani owners was IDR 45,406,000 from the rice price agreed upon by farmers. Paddy with Owner UD. Damai Tani, namely Rp. 200 from the market price and production received by the owner of UD. Damai Tani is only 5,000 kg/ha. However, rice farmers can sell the rest of their production to middlemen at a much higher price.

Abstract

North Sumatra has an area of around 14% of the total area of oil palm plantations in Indonesia or second only to Riau and the total area in 2009 could produce CPO of 3.18 million tons or around 17% of the total national CPO production. Increased production of oil palm plants found in Asahan district, should be directly proportional to the synergy of the development of oil palm plantations based on sustainability. Sustainable oil palm plantation development (Sustainable) is development that has a positive impact on the social, economic and cultural aspects of the communities around plantations, regionally and nationally. A comparative analysis of the impact of the development of oil palm plantations before and after can be done using t-test analysis of the contribution of farming before and after the development of oil palm plantations. The results of the t-test analysis of the contribution of farming before and after the development of oil palm plantations are: Before the development of oil palm plantations% other farm income from total farm household income (rubber, rice, livestock) by 38%, After the development of oil palm plantations% income oil palm farming to total farm household income of 62%. In this study, 62% of the total income of the farming family is obtained, so it is said that the contribution of large oil palm plantations is in accordance with the contribution criteria of 50-75% (large).
