This study is to determine the factors that influence the income of rice farmers in the Pagar Jati Village of Lubuk Pakam sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency. The sampling method used is the proportionate stratified random sampling method. According to information from the Chairperson of Gapoktan (Farmers Group Association) and the Chair of the farmer group in the pre- research implementation, in Pagar Jati Village, Lubuk Pakam Subdistrict there were 477 farmers working on lowland rice which were joined in 8 farmer groups. Data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis that will be used is descriptive and quantitative methods. Descriptive method aims to describe and interpret data that is pleased with the situation that occurs systematically, factually and accurately about the facts and the relationship between variables to get the truth. To determine the hypothesis, the quantitative method is used technically by using a multiple linear regression econometric model. From the results of the study it can be concluded that based on the Deli Serdang UMK (City Minimum Wage) in 2016, the income of lowland rice farmers in Pagar Jati Village, Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency is relatively high, Rp. 3,071,250, - per month and the factors that influence the income of lowland rice farmers in Pagar Jati Village Lubuk Pakam District Deli Serdang Regency are fertilizer prices and farmer education levels, while the age of farmers, the experience of farmers and the number of family dependents do not affect the income of rice farmers rice fields.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment affect the performance of employees. The proposed hypothesis is the influence of leadership on the performance of the employee, the work environment influence on employee performance and simultaneously also in his second test as well. Samples were production employees at PT.Sinar Sosro Tajung Morawa Medan totaling 30 respondents. The sampling technique was random method. Methods of data collection using random methods, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression and also using some test that is test validitas, realibity test, t test and f. Based on test results obtained Data Regression that that leadership and work environment greatly affect the performance of the employee, his great influence up to 86% to show that leadership and work environment in Tanjung Morawa at PT.Sinar Sosro very positive effect.

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influenced the demand for ornamental plants in Bangun Sari Village. The sample in this study is the ornamental plants in Bangun Sari Village. The population of crop farmers consists of 315 farmers. Samples taken as much as 10% of the total population of 32 farmers. Then the sample taken in this study is consumers from32 ornamental plat farmers who are buying at the study site, determined purposively, namely 1 consumer from sample farmers. Based on the Uji F results simultaneously the price of ornamental plants, income and tastes significantly influence the demand for ornamental plants in Bangun Sari Village. Based on the results of the Uji t that partially the price of ornamental plats and consumer tastes significantly influence the demand for ornamental plants and income don’t significantly influence the demand for ornamental plants in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency.

This study aimed to determine the grain marketing channels in Desa Serdang, Kecamatan Beringin, Deli Serdang and to determine the efficiency of grain marketing in Serdang Beringin Subdistrict, Deli Serdang regency. Farmers sampling was conducted using proportionate stratified random sampling 53 farmers. While traders Sampel taken by the census method that was as much as three merchants and traders to take as much refinery in three traders with purposive sampling method. Beringin the total number of samples in this study was 59 samples. The results showed that there were two channels of grain marketing research location that was, the first channel starts from farmers to traders refinery in District Beringin. The second channel starts from farmers, collectors next to the refinery merchant Beringin Subdistrict. The marketing margin was Rp. 4.500 contained in the channel I and the channel more efficient contained in the channel II with the value of an efficiency of 12,61%.

This study aims to determine what are the analysis of the factors that influence the income of laying duck farmers. The Purpose of this Research: (1) To find out what factors influence the income of laying ducks. (2) To find out how much the income of laying duck farmers. This research was conducted in September 2019 until November 2019. The sampling method was saturated or saturated, in this study the sample used was 32 laying duck breeders. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 21 tools. Results of this study: (1) the results of the study that the Fcount value is 399,130 and the significance value is 0,000 less than 0.05 or Fcount 399,130 greater than Ftable 2,73. For the t test, venture capital partially has significant effect on the income of laying ducks, the business experience partially has a significant effect on the income of laying ducks, the number of livestock partially has a significant effect on the income of laying ducks, cattle fairs partially has a significant effect on the income of laying ducks, . (2) total cost of receiving is Rp. 391.550.000 with an average of 12.235.937, the total production cost is Rp.300.432.500 with an average of 9.388.515, and the total cost of income is Rp.319.380.000 with an average of 9.980.625.

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the business whether the brick business is feasible to run, the brick-making business using clay and red earth as raw material with diesel fuel for dompleng machines and oil palm bunches and firewood as fuel, knowing the amount of income. , knowing the level of business feasibility in the village of Tanjung Mulia. This research was conducted from October 2020. The determination of the research location was determined purposively because considering the time and reach of the researchers, a sample of 62 brick craftsmen were determined by the census method, the data used were primary data and secondary data. The research method used to determine the availability of inputs (raw materials, capital, labor) and to determine income using income analysis, to analyze business feasibility using the R / C ratio and BEP. The results of the study show that inputs (raw materials, capital, labor) are sufficiently available in the research area. The income from the brick making business is Rp. 18,769,903, - / month. Obtained Net Revenew Cost Ratio (Net R / C Ratio) the value of R / C Ratio is greater than one (R / C 1 or 1.18 1), Break Even Point (BEP) the break even point of the price is at Rp. 310 / pieces of bricks and the breakeven point of production is at 349,998 pieces / month. Based on these results, the brick business in Tanjung Mulia Village, Pagar Merbau District is feasible to run.

The aim in this study were (i) determine the base region commodity crops in Deli Serdang, (ii) determine differences in the level of competitiveness of commodity crops in Deli Serdang, (iii) determine specialty crops in the district of Deli Serdang, (iv) knowing localization (deployment) crops in Deli Serdang, (v) to determine the trend of food crops in Deli Serdang. The analytical method used is: (a) analysis of location quotient (LQ), (b) Shift Share analysis, (c) the analysis of the coefficient of specialization, (d) analysis of localization, (e) the analysis of the trend. Characteristics deployment commodity crops in Deli Serdang regency does not lead to the principle of specialization and localization. Patterns of production on food crops in Deli Serdang district tends to spread in many regions or districts and no commodity specialization in each district. Results of factor analysis trend commodity crops such as rice, cassava, and maize has a high production level each year, but the commodity sweet potato and peanut production is likely to decline.

This thesis purpose to analyze expression total of time working wife inside and outside fishery sector, the factor’s influence time working expression fisherman’s wife inside fishery sector, the factor’s influence time working expression fisherman’s wife outside fishery sector in the Belawan Bahagia district Medan Belawan subdistrict. Method data analysis that used is multiple linear regression analysis. Riset effect showed that the fisherman's wife working hours outside the fisheries sector is greater than devote time work in with the fisherman's wife in the fisheries sector. The factors that influence the working hours in the fisherman's wife in the fisheries sector in the activities peeled shrimp significant are age, number of burden, pay quantity, long working experience. Shellfish peeling activities significant are age, number of burden, pay quantity, long working experience, long education. Shrimp Selling activities significant are age, number of burden, pay quantity, long working experience, long education. Fish drying activities significant are age, number of burden, pay quantity, long working experience, long education. The factors that influence the fisherman's wife working hours outside the fisheries sector significant washing activities are age, number of burden, pay quantity.

This study aims to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the marketing of cassava chip home industry and to determine the marketing strategy of cassava chip home industry stamp rabbit chips in Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used was Snowball Sampling. Research samples were 33 samples. Based on the research, one producer was found, then two traders from the producer, then five retailers took from the collecting trader, and twenty- five consumers who bought from the retailer of cassava stamp rabbit chips. Data collection methods use primary and secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis with the SWOT analysis method by identifying internal. Avoid referrals and unusual evaluation (IFE) and identifying external factor evaluation (EFE), followed by searching for the right strategy through the IE matrix and the SWOT matrix. The results of this study indicate that rabbit stamp cassava chips in Tanjung Morawa Subdistrict Deli Serdang Regency which is running a progressive strategy signifies a strong effort and opportunity to be developed. By taking an SO strategy from the results of the questionnaire, it can be obtained by maintaining and maintaining the superiority of the product can increase the demand for cassava chips rabbit stamp is getting higher, and utilizing a strategic location and the possibility of increasing collection traders, making it easier for the process to market the product to retailers abbreviations. This study aims to determine: analyze business income settled rice mill and roving rice mill, analyze business income comparison settled rice mill and roving rice mill. Sampling method for rice milling business census method. Based on this study set as many 13 rice milling business is the respondent. Data analysis method used is Uji Mann-Whitney with software tools SPSS 21. The results of the study showed the average income rice milling business settled for Rp 5.649.821 per 26 day as for the average income roving rice mill Rp 6.355.760 per 26 day, and for income differences uji Mann-Whitney U is 0,398. Where with results uji Mann-Whitney 0,398 there is no difference in income in permanent rice milling business and roving rice milling.
