Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a potentially hazardous condition and a health concern in various tropical countries. To accurately and swiftly detect this disease, various diagnostic methods have been developed. The incidence of DHF can fluctuate from year to year, influenced by factors such as weather changes, vector control efforts, and socio-economic aspects. In Indonesia, there have been significant outbreaks of DHF in certain years. In this study, the Author conducted a comparison between the Bayesian Theorem method and the Certainty Factor (CF) method to diagnose DHF symptoms. The Bayesian Theorem calculates the probability of the disease based on symptoms, while the Certainty Factor employs a confidence level to link symptoms with the disease. Symptom data from previous DHF patients were collected, and both methods were utilized to diagnose these cases. The analysis results indicate that both methods have their respective strengths and limitations in terms of accuracy and speed. The Bayesian Theorem is accurate when complete symptom data is available, while the Certainty Factor is useful when data is incomplete or uncertainty exists. Both methods can be used concurrently based on context. This research illustrates the application of statistical analysis and data-driven approaches to enhance DHF diagnosis, also stimulating the development of advanced combined methods in the future. This study provides insights into the use of probabilistic approaches and confidence-based logic in DHF diagnostic development. Both methods can be applied interchangeably or in conjunction, depending on data and case characteristics. The results of applying the Bayesian Theorem and Certainty Factor show that the Bayesian Theorem yields 57.29%, while the Certainty Factor achieves 94.47% accuracy in diagnosing DHF.

Abstract

This research was developed with a multimedia development stage consisting of 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. Analysis of system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. In the development of this 3D game using the Unity Engine as software designed for the creation and development of video games assisted by typing some coding programs. The test method uses Black-Box testing and Beta Testing. Testing and Distribution (Distribution). Analysis of system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. In developing this 3D game using the Unity Engine as software designed for the creation and development of video games assisted by typing some coding programs. The test method uses Black-Box testing and Beta Testing. Testing and Distribution . Analysis of system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. Abstract

Abstrak - Website ini dirancang untuk memfasilitasi proses pengumpulan, pengelolaan, dan analisis data terkait aktivitas kewirausahaan mahasiswa di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Integrasi dan sistematisasi data bertujuan untuk mempermudah pemantauan perkembangan kewirausahaan mahasiswa serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis guna memperkuat kegiatan tersebut. Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur utama berupa pendataan artikel serta berita inovasi di STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, registrasi kewirausahaan mahasiswa, serta pengumpulan data profil individu dan usaha yang dijalankan. Mahasiswa dapat mendaftarkan diri sebagai wirausaha serta menginformasikan detail bisnis yang tengah mereka kelola. Informasi yang diperoleh dari aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk memantau perkembangan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan peluang baru, serta merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan kesuksesan bisnis mahasiswa dan efektivitas penyampaian informasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan desain antarmuka pengguna yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan User Centered Design (UCD), sebuah metode yang bertujuan merancang sistem yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan pengguna, sekaligus memastikan bahwa pengembangan sistem dilakukan sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penerapan UCD menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan meningkatkan kegunaan (usability) sistem. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) yang menghasilkan rata-rata skor sebesar 84,2, menempatkan sistem pada kategori Grade B (Excellent), Adjective Rating: Excellent, Acceptable, dan Promoter pada kategori Net Promoter Score.Kata kunci: User Centered Desain; Pendataan; Inovasi; Kewirausahaan; User Interface;  Perancangan; Desain User Interface. Abstract - This website is designed to facilitate the process of collecting, managing, and analyzing data related to student entrepreneurial activities in the university environment. Data integration and systematization aim to facilitate monitoring of student entrepreneurship developments and support strategic decision-making to strengthen these activities. This application has main features in the form of recording articles and innovation news at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, student entrepreneurship registration, and collecting individual profile data and businesses being run. Students can register themselves as entrepreneurs and provide details of the businesses they are managing. Information obtained from this application can be used to monitor developments, identify new needs and opportunities, and design strategies to improve student business success and the effectiveness of information delivery. Therefore, an effective user interface design is needed. This study uses the User Centered Design (UCD) approach, a method that aims to design a system that is oriented towards user needs, while ensuring that system development is carried out in accordance with the objectives of the study. The results of the application of UCD show that this approach is able to meet user needs and improve the usability of the system. The evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) which produced an average score of 84.2, placing the system in the Grade B (Excellent) category, Adjective Rating: Excellent, Acceptable, and Promoter in the Net Promoter Score category.Keywords: User Centered Design; Data Collection; Innovation; Entrepreneurship; User Interface; User Interface; Design.

Abstract

Abstrak - STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi berbasis teknologi di Samarinda memiliki potensi yang cukup besar untuk mengadopsi teknologi web dalam strategi promosi kampus. Dengan memanfaatkan filter XR berbasis web, baik perguruan tinggi maupun mahasiswa dapat saling berbagi filter interaktif di media sosial sebagai sarana promosi yang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pendekatan promosi dengan menggunakan teknologi realitas campuran melalui web, sehingga dapat diakses tanpa perlu mengunduh aplikasi khusus. Beberapa tema filter dirancang untuk merefleksikan berbagai fase kehidupan kampus. Proses pengembangan mengikuti Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari enam tahap, yaitu konsep, desain, pengumpulan materi, perakitan, pengujian, dan distribusi. Data akan dikumpulkan selama fase pengujian melalui kuesioner beta yang disebarkan kepada 10 responden di STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Hasil evaluasi diharapkan dapat menunjukkan kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan filter promosi kampus.Kata kunci: Filter XR; MDLC; Website Abstract - STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, as a technology-based higher education institution in Samarinda, holds significant potential to adopt Web technology for campus promotion strategies. By utilizing Web-based XR filters, both the institution and its students can share interactive filters on social media as an engaging promotional tool. This study aims to implement a promotional approach using mixed reality technology through the Web, allowing access without the need to download a dedicated application. Several filter themes are designed to reflect various phases of campus life. The development process follows the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. Data will be collected during the testing phase through a beta questionnaire distributed to 10 respondents at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. The evaluation results are expected to indicate user satisfaction in using the campus promotional filters.Keywords: XR Filter; MDLC; Website.
