Abstract

A microstrip antenna is an antenna consisting of very thin radiation elements (conductors) placed in a ground plane, where the patch and ground plane are separated by a substrate. Microstrip antennas have many beneficial properties such as low cost, ease of modeling and fabrication and are able to provide better performance. This is very suitable for data communication devices via wireless LAN that continue to increase. Wireless LAN technology recommended by IEEE 802.11. in this study the antenna that will be designed is a microstrip patch square antenna with E-Shaped technique. The type of substrate used is FR4-Epoxy. The application used to design microstrip antennas is Ansoft HFSS 13.0. The antenna is designed to work at a 2.4 GHz frequency, with a patch dimension of 29 mm. from the simulation results obtained a gain value of 5.53 dB. While the VSWR value is obtained at 1.2. Return loss value is obtained at -20.80 dB. In the field measurement results, WirelessMon software is used, where the signal amplification without using an antenna at a distance of> 50 m of the amplified signal is not detected, while using the antenna signal gain is -83 dBm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan tanaman jagung setelah pemberian pupuk Urea, SP-36 dan KCl. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Juni 2015 di rumah kaca dan Laboratorium Ilmu Tanaman Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan kombinasi pemupukan yang terdiri atas :kontrol (tidak dipupuk), tanpa N (PK), tanpa P (NK), tanpa K (NP), dan lengkap (NPK). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Pengamatan tanaman dilakukan pada umur 8 mst yang meliputi tinggi tanaman, klorofil, panjang akar, luas akar, volume akar, berat kering akardan bobot kering total tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk Urea (N) dan Kalium (K2O5) dapat meningkatkan panjang akar dan luas akar jagung sebesar 152, 32 % dan 116,12% terhadap tanaman tanpa diberi pupuk (kontrol). Tinggi tanaman meningkat sebesar 6,43% setelah diberi pupuk NK terhadap tanaman kontrol.

Abstract

Salinitas adalah satu dari berbagai masalah pertanian yang cukup serius. Salinitas bisa mengakibatkan berkurangnya hasil dan produktivitas pertanian. Perlakuan cekaman garam pada tanaman A. mangium Willd. memberikan respon anatomis diantaranya adalah penurunan nilai indeks stomata, panjang dan lebar stomata, kadar klorofil serta kenaikan jumlah trakea. Respon anatomis mengindikasikan adanya adaptasi terhadap cekaman garam. Dari permasalahan salinitas, maka perlu jelih dalam memilih tanaman pangan. Banyak juga tanaman pertanian yang mampu toleran pada lahan yang berada padacekaman garam cukup tinggi sehingga produktivitas lahan tetap dapat ditingkatkan. Pada makalah ini menunjukkan genotip kedelai yang tergolong toleran terhadap konsentrasi garam NaCl menurut nilai indeks sensitivitas berdasarkan panjang akar adalah genotip Argomulyo. Diperoleh 8 varietas padi yang tahan terhadap cekaman salinitas mulai dari moderat toleran sampai sangat toleran yang dapat dipindahkan untuk ditanam di lapangan yaitu varietas Ciherang, IR 64, Lambur, Batanghari, Banyuasin, IR 42, Inpari 10 dan Margasari.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) play a crucial role in service delivery. Improving HR quality builds public trust in the government, making HR a critical factor in an organization's success. Kerti Bali Sejahtera Corporate University (KBS CorpU) is a system currently being developed by the BKPSDM Bali Team to enhance the Professional Index (PI) and Competency of Civil Servants (ASN) and Non-Civil Servants (Non-ASN) in Bali Province. This application is targeted to be operational in 2024 to demonstrate its effectiveness in enhancing Civil Servant competency. However, there is currently no efficiency data on the Competency Development (CD) process to review the performance of PI and ASN competencies, which contradicts Article 55 of Law No. 5 of 2014. This study aims to simplify the current business process (as-is) and improve the recommended business process (to-be) to analyze the efficiency of the to-be CD process, determining the readiness and success of this application in improving ASN performance in Bali. The Business Process Improvement (BPI) method is used to identify time analysis on the as-is and to-be CD processes through value chain analysis, process decomposition, and PICK chart. Time efficiency is calculated using the Efficiency Improvement Value (NPE) formula. The results show that the to-be CD process provides time efficiency with a business strategy improvement of 52.13%, activity reduction of 45%, and document reduction of 100%. This proves the readiness and success of the KBS CorpU application in the coming year, enabling it to improve the PI and competency of ASN/Non-ASN in Bali Province, in accordance with Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning Civil Servants.
