Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemerolehan bahasa berbeda dengan pembelajaran bahasa. Pemerolehan bahasa adalah proses dari anak yang belajar menguasai bahasa ibunya, sedangkan pembelajaran bahasa adalah proses formal yang dilalui seseorang dalam memahami bahasa seperti belajar bahasa di kelas. Pada umumnya anak-anak di Indonesia mendapat pendidikan formal setelah berumur 6 tahun dan pada saat itu pula proses pembelajaran bahasa dimulai. Rentang waktu antara umur 0 sampai 5 tahun anak-anak lebih banyak berhubungan dengan keluarga dan lingkungannya serta proses pemerolehan bahasa terjadi pada rentang waktu itu. Pada proses pembelajaran bahasa si anak telah mengenal bahasa kedua setelah mengenal bahasa pertamanya. Penelitian tentang pemerolehan makna kata pada anak-anak khususnya di usia 5 tahun adalah kajian yang sangat menarik bagi peneliti. Hal ini disebakan oleh ketertarikan peneliti terhadap ilmu psikolinguistik dan perkembangan bahasa anak-anak sejak lahir hingga dewasa. Walaupun seorang anak tidak pernah diajarkan secara formal untuk memaknai suatu kata, tetapi dalam proses perkembangannya pengetahuan itu didapatkan secara empiris. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan pemerolehan semantik anak usia 5 tahun, dan mendeskripsikan tahap pemerolehan semantik anak usia 5 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metodologi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini antara lain: teknik dasar yaitu teknik sadap, teknik simak libat cakap atau teknik SLC, dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini antara lain: (1) mendengarkan hasil rekaman tuturan anak usia 5 tahun, (2) mentranskripsikan bahasa lisan (rekaman) ke dalam bahasa tulis, (3) menggarisbawahi data dan memberi pengkodean berdasarkan jenis pemerolehan bahasa, (4) mengklasifikasikan data ke dalam format tabel yang terdapat pada instrumen penelitian, (5) menganalisis data, dan (6) memberikan kesimpulan dari hasil analisis. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pemerolehan semantik terdiri dari 2 yaitu Overextension (penggelembungan makna) dan Underextension (penciutan makna). Beberapa tahap pemerolehan semantik pada anak usia 5 tahun yaitu tahap penyempitan makna, tahap generalisasi berlebihan, tahap medan semantik, dan tahap generalisasi. Dari pembahasan pada bab sebelumnya peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa anak usia 5 tahun (Chantika) mengalami proses semantik yang disebut overextension atau penggelembungan makna. Selain overextension anak usia 5 tahun juga mengalami proses semantik yang disebut underextension atau penciutan makna. Underextension terjadi terhadap hewan, namun karena perbedaan suara yang didengarnya anak menganggap bahwa hewan tersebut berbeda. Kata Kunci: Pemerolehan semantik, tahap pemerolehan semantik, dan tinjauan psikolinguistik.

Abstract

In education, one of the evidences of success in the learning process is with the achievement of the test results obtained. The national exam is evaluation system of national primary and secondary education standards and quality equality inter-regional education level conducted by the Center for Educational Assessment, Ministry of National Education in Indonesia based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2003 states that in the context of controlling the quality of education nationally, an evaluation is carried out as a form of accountability of education providers to parties who interested. Indonesian subjects are important for all students because position as the national language. Indonesian subjects have been studied starting from elementary school students up to the college level. However, this subject is still a scourge which is scary because in the evaluation it is considered that there are many trapping questions. other than that The text-based 2013 curriculum requires students to be able to understand the text before they answer the exam questions. students also have difficulty reading quickly thus spending a lot of time to solve the problem of the form of the text in exams, especially for middle school students. Guidance is needed for students in answering UN questions in order to get satisfactory results.The activities carried out in this service are making try out questions National Examination, then the implementation of the National Examination pretest, and discussion of questions the. In the discussion students are given guidance in answering exam questions National which has been prepared in advance. The implementation of the pretest the average score of students is 65 while after the guidance was carried out in the form of discussion of the UN questions so that the average score of students increased. There appears to be a significant change in student scores. They are also very enthusiastic in discussing the existing problems. They are also fighting for answer the questions discussed together.

Abstract

Background of this research was student’s communication activity during learning process in classroom that used inapposite Indonesian language based on enhanced spelling (Ejaan Yang Disempurnakan). The using of Indonesian language by Computer Informatics Management program student class of 2015 was still under expectation. It could be seen from conversation that happened in some classes; a lot of them were still doubtful and not confident in using Indonesian language whereas, Indonesian language has been learned since elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP), senior high school (SMA), and also in college. Aim of this research was to describe the effect of right and good Indonesian language use in student’s conversation in Computer Informatics Management program class of 2015 Economic Faculty University of Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin Solok 2015-2016 school year. This research used qualitative method with descriptive approach by using some techniques: observing technique, listening technique and recording. In analyzing data, the writer listened to the recording of student’s conversation utterance that was uttered by student of Computer Informatics Management program class of 2015. After the data collected, researcher classified and analyzed the result, and it would be displayed descriptively as a form of research presentation. Based on the result and discussion that had been conducted, the conclusions were as well; first they were as many as 41 non standard data, 5 slang words and 1 foreign language that were found from object research, second, lexical meaning was also found as many as 29 data.

Abstract

The background of the research is about the analysis of speech act characters in Cinta 2 Kodi Novel (Pragmatic Study) because in the novel a lot of dialogue can be included into directive speech act category. The purpose of this research is to describe the analysis of directive speech act of characters in Cinta 2 Kodi Novel by Asma Nadia which is requestives speech act, question speech act, requirement speech act, probobitives speech act, permissive speech act, and advisories speech act. This research is a qualitative research. In the research, it is found 104 data about the analyze of directive speech act in Cinta 2 Kodi novel, which is 11 requestives speech act, 39 question speech act, 27 requirement speech act, 1 probobitives speech act, 3 permissives speech act, and 23 advisories speech act. From the result of the research, it is clear that the most prominent speech act used is question speech act. This is caused by the question speech act is always occurs in every communication between the speaker and the speaker partner. Every interaction in communicating always requires an answer or explanation. That what makes question speech act is always prominent in every conversation. The result of this research also proved that every communication between 2 people (speaker and speaker partner) will success if thw speaker partner understand what the speaker try to deliver.

Abstract

The background of this research is to explore and examine more deeply related to syntax acquisition in children aged 5 years by focusing attention on the development of syntax acquisition and sentence structure when children are at their pride. This study aims to describe the acquisition of syntax for 5 year old children in Kenagarian Koto Baru, Kubung District, Solok Regency (Psycholinguistic Study). This type of research is qualitative using descriptive method. The research subject was a girl named Hidayatul Hafidzah (HH) when she was 5 years old. The data for this study were obtained from data sources in the form of conversational texts produced by preschool-aged children. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, documentation and audiovisual techniques which contained utterances in each speech event. The data analysis technique used in this study is in the form of sentences conveyed by children based on their functions in HH's daily speech. The steps taken by researchers in managing data are reducing data, identifying data, classifying data, analyzing data, and concluding the data obtained. Data were analyzed based on the forms and functions that exist in the language of children aged 5 years. Based on research findings obtained in the field found 65 data. Language elements included in the scope of syntax are (a) phrases, (b) clauses divided into two parts, namely independent clauses and dependent clauses and (c) sentences divided into three parts, namely declarative sentences, imperative sentences, and interrogative sentences. So, the most frequently found syntax acquisition sentences. This is because it is evident from the utterances found by Hidayatul Hafidzah (HH) that are realized in the form of multiwords.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penggunaan kaidah kebahasaan pada teks fabel siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Kota Solok Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada temuan, bentuk, dan fungsi penggunaan ejaan bahasa Indonesia tentang ketepatan dan ketidaktepatan pemakaian huruf dan tanda baca pada kalimat dalam teks fabel siswa. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis penggunaan kaidah kebahasaan pada teks fabel siswa yaitu pemakaian huruf dan tanda baca ditinjau dari segi ketepatan dan ketidaktepatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu metode dengan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data dan kesimpulan. Langkah-langkah pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu: peneliti meminta hasil kerja siswa kepada guru bidang studi bahasa Indonesia. Sedangkan langkah-langkah dalam analisis data (1) Peneliti membaca teks fabel siswa, (2) Peneliti menggarisbawahi dan memberi pengkodean sesuai dengan instrumen penelitian, (3) Menginvetarisasikan data dalam tabel penelitian format 1, (4) Mengklasifikasikan data dalam tabel instrumen penelitian format 2, (5) Menganalisis data. Dalam temuan penelitian, ditemukan data mengenai analisis kaidah kebahasaan dari segi ketepatan dan ketidaktepatan berjumlah 396 data. Dari segi ketepatan sebanyak 301 data dan segi ketidaktepatan 95 data. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan kaidah kebahasaan yang paling menonjol digunakan adalah dari segi ketepatan. Hal ini disebabkan karena pemakaian kaidah kebahasaan selalu terjadi dalam setiap tulisan pada teks fabel. Sedangkan ada juga yang lebih dominan terjadi pada segi ketidaktepatan kaidah kebahasaan yaitu pada pemakaian huruf kapital yang seharusnya menggunakan huruf kecil.
