Abstract

Cervical cancer is a type of cancer that occurs in the cervix which is characterized by the presence of massive tissue cells that grow continuously and are not limited to the cervix and more than 90% are caused by HPV infection. Cervical cancer is in second place at 10.69% after breast cancer at 19.18%. Various efforts have been made to minimize cervical cancer but are inversely proportional to the effects on the body. On the other hand, Indonesia is rich in flora diversity, one of which is the bidara plant (Ziziphus mauritiana) which can produce fruit and has the potential as an anticancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction of the active compound Ziziphus mauritiana on HER2 as an anticancer computationally. The research was conducted using online web databases including the PubChem web, PDB, and software including PyRx, AutoDock, PyMOL, and Discovery Studio 2021. The results of the study were the interaction of the active compound Ziziphus mauritiana against HER2 with PDB code: 6TFZ as a computational anticancer, namely clindamycin with the value of biding affinity is -7.6 kcal/mol; levetiracetam and nonanoic acid with a binding affinity value of -4.8 kcal/mol were rated lower as cervical anticancer compared to trastuzumab with a binding affinity value of -8.8 kcal/mol. Abstract

Abstrak Bahan ajar berupa lembar kegiatan peserta didik (LKPD) yang telah dikembangkan untuk materi keanekaragaman hayati, namun belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan di saat pandemi Covid-19 sehingga perlunya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar untuk pembelajaran daring. Selain itu, seiring bertambahnya waktu keanekaragaman hayati mengalami penurunan. Kesadaran terhadap pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati dapat ditumbuhkan melalui materi keanekaragaman hayati dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital serta melatihkan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kegiatan peserta didik elektronik (e-LKPD) materi keanekaragaman hayati untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas X yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (define, design, develop, and disseminate), tanpa tahap disseminate. Validitas e-LKPD ditinjau berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli media. Kepraktisan e-LKPD ditinjau berdasarkan respons guru (n = 5) dan respons peserta didik (n = 20). Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-LKPD yang dikembangkan sangat valid dengan memperoleh skor validasi 93,75%. Pengembangan terhadap e-LKPD pada materi keanekaragaman hayati dinilai sangat praktis berdasarkan respons guru sebesar 99% dan respons peserta didik sebesar 98%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, e-LKPD yang dikembangkan sangat valid dan praktis untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar materi keanekaragaman hayati dan untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. In addition, as time as go on biodiversity has decreased. Awareness of biodiversity conservation can be grown through biodiversity materials by utilizing digital technology and training indicators of critical thinking skills. This research aimed to develop electronical worksheet (e-LKPD) for biodiversity materials, which is valid and practical to train critical thinking skills for grade10th. This developmental research refered to the 4D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate), without dissemination stage. The validity of e-LKPD was reviewed based on the validation of material experts and media experts. The practicality of e-LKPD was reviewed based on teacher responses (n=5) and student responses (n=20). Data analyzed with descriptive-quantitatively. The results showed that the e-LKPD was very valid with a score 93.75%. Development of e-LKPD in biodiversity material very practical based on teacher responses score 99% and student responses 98%. Based on the result, the e-LKPD could be stated as very valid and practical to be used as teaching material on biodiversity and to train students’ critical thinking skills.
