Abstract

The goal and target of tourism development in 2020 is increasing image, competitiveness, and contribution of tourism in support of community welfare improvement as well as quality economic growth.This research uses the type of field research. The results of this study indicate that: PPPA Raudhatul Jannah made Halal Tourism program in improving the people's economy by providing services of tourism program by providing shelter and providing souvenirs in the form of learning Qur'an to be Tahfidz and Studying the Qur'an The increase of tourist visit provides opportunities and challenges to the tourism to develop halal tourism. Training on the development of halal tourism make boarding school as the heart of the economy by making the craft of sport tools in the form of bows and children are also some other equipment involving the surrounding community

Abstract

The strength of character to be entrepreneurs, the strength of the motivation to start and own a business, entrepreneurial perception, the seriousness of the effort to seek opportunities and take advantage of business opportunities and perseverance run Synchronize employment policies, business and academia showed peranstrategis in building an entrepreneurial culture both in shaping new entrepreneurs, as well as for survival both businesses large and small to create the nation’s economic added value. In addition, the study empirismenunjukkan that entrepreneurship program has a positive effect on the development of entrepreneurial attributes of individual, self-reliance, raise awareness of entrepreneurship a career option and instill a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship. Opportunities offered competency-based model of entrepreneurial learning and experience (competence base and experience entrepreneursship learning - CBE2L) are implemented systematically, challenges and implications for policy makers, employers and types usahadibahas in relation to relevant theoretical perspectives. Key implications CBE2L models. is to encourage learning program with policy and institutional commitment of resources, teachers who have the knowledge and experience of entrepreneurship and disseminate issues of education dalammemperkuat involvement entrepreneurial culture among students. The meaning of diversification and diferensification product is to make a product with kinds of variety subject and other subyek (tourism object). Fasility or service so it look all product have her own specialization the is sport, cultural, and adventure so it make more kinds of interesting product. The diversification and deferensification product is useful to increase service and sales tour package in travel agent, because that can make change at tour package more variety and more interest. Yogyakarta which has a unique culture and nature and also relics of historical and religious relics can be a point of interest for domestic and foreign tourists. With diversity is quite a lot of power. This research is why Alternative Tour Packages will be an attraction if in a pack in such a way that becomes a diverse and interesting tour packages. With qualitative descriptive research methods found in addition to the main destinations Parangtritis Beach which was first famous. With the packaging method of alternative tour packages and promotions will make the new destinations become the main and complementary destination support power for a visit in Yogyakarta. Can be condluded that Parangtritis which became the main destination for tourists domestic is a region that has the potential to be developed, this area there is destination 1.Nature 2.Religi 3.History 4.Culture but not packaged into a package of alternative tourism. Abstract

Analisa komponen biaya yang digunakan oleh perusahaan bus pariwisata guna penentuan tarif dan harga sewa bus pariwisata dilakukan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta terdiri dari 5 perusahaan bus pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memastikan komponen biaya yang terdiri dari biaya sewa langsung (direct cost), biaya tidak langsung (indirect cost) dan penentuan tarif dan harga sewa bus pariwisata. Akhirnya penelitian ini mendapatkan komponen biaya sebagai dasar penentuan tarif dan harga terdiri dari: 1. Biaya langsung (direct cost), 2. Biaya tidak langsung (indirect cost), 3. Dasar Penentuan Tarif dan Harga Sewa.

Abstract

This research investigates the coastal spatial planning of Bantul Regency, which is known for its features in geographical, cultural and socio-economic aspects. Bantul Regency faces a number of challenges, including serious coastal erosion, climate change, and the preservation of local cultural values. This research aims to identify holistic solutions that can combine coastal erosion mitigation, adaptation to climate change, and cultural heritage preservation in coastal area management. This research involves collecting geospatial data, abrasion susceptibility analysis, interviews with local stakeholders, and the use of geographic information systems (GIS). The research results show that handling coastal abrasion can be integrated with broader adaptation strategies to climate change. In addition, community involvement in decision making and implementation of coastal spatial planning policies has helped maintain the sustainability of the local environment and culture. The implication of this research is the development of sustainable coastal spatial plans that take into account physical, social and cultural aspects. The results of this research can be a guide for local governments, environmental management institutions and other stakeholders in maintaining the sustainability of the coastal areas of Bantul Regency and similar areas throughout the world that face similar challenges.

Abstract

The public's main complaint about public services provided by government officials is that they often do not comply with established procedures, even though there are minimum service standards. This problem highlights the challenges in government implementation. This research discusses efforts to reconstruct government bureaucracy and public services in the context of moving towards Yogyakarta's privileges. This research method is normative juridical by exploring the legal norms that regulate the government sector and public services in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Research involves identifying relevant legal sources, which include laws, government regulations, and constitutional documents which are then related to bureaucracy and public services. Next, an in-depth analysis of the content of these legal norms was carried out, with a focus on compliance and conformity with the concept of Yogyakarta exceptionalism. This research also carries out comparisons between various legal norms, looking for any inconsistencies that may exist. The research results revealed several key findings. First, it was found that several legal norms needed to be revised or updated to better support the unique vision of Yogyakarta, especially in relation to reform in the bureaucracy and improvements to public services. Second, this research builds a good basis for understanding potential conflicts or obstacles that may arise in the implementation of bureaucratic reconstruction and public services in Yogyakarta. Based on these findings, this research provides recommendations to the government and relevant stakeholders to take concrete steps to support efforts towards making Yogyakarta unique. These recommendations involve policy updates, increased coordination between government agencies, and improved communication with the public. This article makes an important contribution in the context of understanding law and policy related to the reconstruction of bureaucracy and public services in Yogyakarta, as well as its relevance to the vision of Yogyakarta's special features.

Abstract

This study explores Memayu Hayuning Bawana, a traditional Javanese philosophy that emphasizes harmony, sustainability, and ethical responsibility, as a guiding framework for cultural-based tourism development in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), Indonesia. In the face of increasing globalization and cultural commodification, this research investigates how local philosophical wisdom can serve as an alternative paradigm to mainstream tourism strategies that often neglect cultural authenticity and ecological integrity.nUsing a qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected through literature reviews and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including tourism village managers, cultural practitioners, and policy authorities in Yogyakarta. Thematic analysis was employed to interpret the integration of Memayu Hayuning Bawana within three dimensions: cultural preservation, environmental sustainability, and community empowerment.nFindings indicate that applying this philosophy helps revitalize traditional practices such as batik-making and gamelan performances, supports ecotourism initiatives based on ecological balance, and fosters inclusive tourism models through community-based enterprises. However, challenges such as the commodification of culture, unequal benefit distribution, and superficial environmental efforts highlight the need for balanced and inclusive governance.
