Abstract

Kampung Arar merupakan sentra produksi rumput laut di Kabupaten Sorong, akan tetapi produktivitas rumput laut yang dihasilkan masih rendah oleh karena itu kami melakukan pengabdian dengan judul meningkatkan produktivitas Rumput Laut Melalui Pendampingan Pelatihan Budidaya di Kampung Arar Distrik Mayamuk Kabupaten Sorong bertujuan untuk mendampingi dan warga kampung Arar khususnya petani rumput laut agar mampu meningkat produktivitas rumput laut melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan budidaya rumput laut jenis Eucheuma cottoni. Program ini bekerjasama dengan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kampung, Tenaga Ahli Pendamping Desa (TAPED) dan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BumDes) Arar Mandiri. Kegiatan ini telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan, luaran yang berhasil dicapai adalah pendampingan dan pelatihan budidaya rumput laut dan pendampingan panen rumput laut.

Abstract

Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Melalui Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dalam Pengembangan Aneka Produk Olahan Rumput Laut di Kampung Arar Distrik Mayamuk kabupaten Sorong bertujuan untuk melatih dan mendampingi kaum perempuan kampung Arar untuk mengembangkan aneka produk olahan rumput laut seperti kerupuk, permen jelly dan tepung rumput laut. Hal ini perlu dilaksanakan karena selama ini rumput laut hasil produksi kampung Arar hanya dijual dalam bentuk basah dan kering yang harganya relative rendah dan belum memiliki nilai tambah. Program ini bekerjasama dengan Pihak Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kampung dan BUMDes Arar Mandiri. Kegiatan ini telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dengan luaran berhasil dicapai diantaranya Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Pembuatan kerupuk rumput laut, pelatihan dan pendapingan pembuatan permen jelly rumput laut, pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan tepung rumput laut, pelatihan pengemasan aneka produk olahan rumput laut.

Abstract

Al. Jauhar group is located in Warmon Kokoda, Aimas District, Sorong Regency, West Papua. This group has 31 goats. The maintenance system carried out by this group is the cut and curry system. Goat farmers do not know how to provide good feed for their goats. The breeders still provide makeshift feed without paying attention to the nutritional needs of the goats. This causes the productivity of goats is not optimal. They are also unfamiliar with the provision of suitable feed with a specific average daily gain (ADG) target and feed formulations to improve the quality of goat feed. Another problem faced by Al. Jauhar is goat waste. Manure waste is left unmanaged, causing the cage to smell like ammonia. To overcome partner problems, the programs offered are in the form of training in providing compatible feed, solid waste treatment, and processing of goat livestock liquid waste. Implementing the community partnership program uses a participatory approach and action involving the community and government officials. The results achieved in this activity are increasing residents' knowledge in the provision of a suitable feed, processing solid waste, and processing goat livestock liquid waste.

Abstract

The legalizing of the work act sparked deep-rooted controversy in society, even since it was first proposed by the President. This situation is highly reasonable, especially with new society conditions emerging from the covid-19 pandemic, misunderstandings are natural and disagreements are easy. The copyright law was hasty as it revised dozens of existing laws. Omnibus law appeared on President Joko Widodo's proposal on his inaugural address to the people's assembly on October 20, 2019. The President proposed omnibus law to have overlapping regulations eliminated. The government has also expressed hope with the growing number of pollutive Omnibus Laws in the public and has also attracted foreign investors to invest in Indonesia. Omnibus law has generated controversy in society as it overcomes most of the previous legislation with the new one. This new act. Omnibus law provided an easier passage, as regulations and permits impeded increased construction.

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of the regulatory revolution in the sharia economy through the integration of digital technology to optimize the application of sharia principles. The background of this research departs from the rapid digital transformation, which requires adaptation and reform within the framework of sharia economic regulations to remain relevant and responsive to the challenges of the times. Using a qualitative approach that combines normative-doctrinal analysis and empirical case studies, this study aims to explore how current regulatory developments, the role of digital technology, as well as legal innovation challenges and opportunities arise in the implementation of sharia principles. The results of the study show that the integration of digital technology not only increases efficiency and transparency in the application of sharia principles, but also raises new problems related to the adaptation of conventional legal frameworks. Therefore, cross-sector collaboration and adaptive regulatory reform are needed to optimize the potential of the sharia economy in the digital era.
