Abstract

Several problems are found in the field of students 'low understanding of social entrepreneurship, lack of students' skills in social entrepreneurship and low motivation to become entrepreneurial. This research was conducted at Darma Agung University which is engaged in education where the vision of Darma Agung University is to become a leading and character-based university entrepreneurship in 2035, therefore it must be supported by students' understanding of entrepreneurship learning with social entrepreneurship specifications. The goal is to create young entrepreneurs through social entrepreneurship courses among students. With the growth of entrepreneurs among students, it means not only growing the economy but also aiming at increasing the ability of local communities to utilize the resources owned by Indonesia in general, and the areas where they live in particular. Apart from being capable young entrepreneurs, of course this nation also needs entrepreneurs who have empathy or have social skills. Entrepreneurs can also move in the social field. In addition to being a young generation who is financially successful, the nation's young generation is also expected to have social concern for the surrounding environment. This study using path analysis method (path analysis) is a method to determine the effect of each variable to be studied. In this study there are 2 independent variables, namely interest and ability, then the dependent variable is social entrepreneurship learning and the intermediate variable is the millineal entrepreneur. From the results of data processing the effect of interest, the ability to learn social entrepreneurship is 74.4% while the remaining 25.6% is influenced by other factors that are not researched. Meanwhile, the influence of interest, ability and social entrepreneurship learning on millineal entrepreneur is 23.3%, while the remaining 76.7% is influenced by other factors that are not examined.

Abstract

Hasil Uji t untuk variabel Kualitas Produk (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y), variabel Promosi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) dan variabel Desain Produk (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hasil Uji F secara keseluruhan variabel Kualitas Produk (X1), Promosi (X2) dan Desain Produk (X3) terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian motor Yamaha Mio (Y) berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi diperoleh Adjusted R Square = 0.835 atau 83,5% dipengaruh dari keseluruhan variabel penelitian.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to see if “The Career-Influence Development and Conflict Effect The Work Productivity in Financial Management Revenue and Expenditure Asset of Karo Regency." The sample in this study is 41 people ". Data collection techniques using questionnaires. From the results of the linear regression multiple test that a partial value is known to be count x1 (7.780 > T.table = 1.682 meaning there is a career-development influence on work productivity. Count x2 (3.462) > T.table = 1,682 meaning there is the impact of conflict on work productivity. There are simultaneously significant effects of career development and conflict on career development. This is proved that partial testing (test-f) is known by Fcount > Ftable and sig-p value 0.05. Adjusted R square value: 0.782 means that the overall impact of career development and conflict of the work productivity is 78.2%. The most influential variable in occupational productivity is career development of 67%. The conclusion of this research is that there is a career-development effect on work productivity, there is a conflict on work productivity, and there is a career-development and conflict on work productivity

Abstract

Pengendalian internal merupakan tindakan pengamanan untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan, pencurian, maupun tindakan penyimpangan lainnya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah penerapan pengendalian internal atas persediaan barang dagang di PT. Apotek Kimia Farma telah sesuai dengan standart operasional prosedur perusahaan sacara teoritis dan praktis“. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai aplikasi dari pengendalian intern persediaan barang dagang yang diterapkan oleh PT. Apotek Kimia Farma Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian pengendalian internal persediaan PT. Kimia Farma Medan sesuai dengan lima komponen pengendalian internal menurut COSO Framework. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian internal atas persediaan barang dagang di PT. Kimia Farma masuk dalam kategori sangat efektif. Agar pengendalian internal atas persediaan barang lebih efektif sebaiknya perusahaan lebih komitmen terhadap etika yang ada dan melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang sudah ditentukan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Medan Bus Transport (Trans Metro Deli). Populasi berjumlah 185 orang dengan sampel 65 orang menggunakan metode pengamatan, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Jenis model regresi yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dimana Y = 50,885 + 0,368X1 + 0,054X2, kemudian data diproses menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0. Uji-t nilai signifikan variabel keselamatan kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) 0,005 < 0,05. Nilai thitung 2.931 > ttabel 1,999. Sedangkan nilai signifikan variabel kesehatan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) 0,238 > 0,05 dan nilai thitung 1,191 < ttabel 1,999, artinya variabel kesehatan kerja (X2) secara signifikan parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap Y maka butuh sampel yang lebih besar untuk membuktikan hubungan antara variabel. Hasil uji-F di dapat nilai Fhitung 4,284 > Ftabel 3,15 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,018 < 0,05. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai adjusted R square adalah 0,093, artinya variabel keselamatan kerja (X1) dan variabel X2 secara bersama-sama hanya memiliki pengaruh 9,3% terhadap variabel Y. Sedangkan 90,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah likuiditas profitabilitas. Varibel dependen adalah harga saham. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur testil dan garmen yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2018 sampai 2021 sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis linear berganda yang telah diperoleh hasil yaitu: Y = 3.464 + 0.775 X1 + 1.553 X2. Dalam mengolah data dengan menggunakan aplikasi Statistical Product dan Service Solution versi 22. Dengan menggunakan uji t (Coeffcients) dan uji f (Anova). Hasil dalam uji t variabel likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 12.795 ≥ ttabel 2.01954 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Sedangkan untuk uji t variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai nilai thitung sebesar 4.885 ≥ ttabel 2,01954 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Hasil dalam uji f variabel likuiditas dan profitabilitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai fhitung sebesar 81.911 ≥ ftabel 3,23 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Hasil dalam koefisien determinasi nilai (R) dalam model regresi linear berganda diperoleh sebesar 89.4%. Artinya bahwa korelasi atau hubungan variabel likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham memiliki hubungaan sangat kuat. Nilai Adjusted R merupakan koefisien korelasi dengan nilai 79 % Artinya hubungan variabel likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham memiliki hubungan kuat dan sisanya 21 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain

Abstract

This study aims at finding the effect of work motivation and Management Information Systems (SIM) on employee performance at BPJS (Social Security Organizing Agency) Medan Branch Employment. Quantitative research is used in this study. The population of this research is all employees of BPJS (Social Security Organizing Agency) Medan Branch Employment with a sample of 60 employees. The analytical method used in this study is the normality test, the multiple regression analysis test and the hypothesis test. T test results of work motivation variable tcount > ttable (4.683> 2.010) and sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that work motivation variable is partially significant and positive to support employee performance. On the value of management information system variables count > t table (4,727 > 2,010) and sig value> 0,05 (0,000 > 0,05), so it can be concluded that the Management Information System variable partially has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance. In the F test results Obtained F value of 77.754 > F table 2.79 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 because the regression model variable Work Motivation (X1) and Management Information Systems (X2) together related to Employee Performance variables (Y). Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination can be seen in the value of R Square of 0.722 or 72.2% of employee performance variables of 27.8% needed by other factors outside this research variables such as work variables, personal factors, leadership style.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between the fiscal performance of local governments and the rate of economic expansion in the North Sumatra region in the period 2020 to 2022. Economic growth is seen as a central parameter in measuring the economic progress of a region, while the effectiveness of regional financial management is believed to have a significant influence on these dynamics. This study explores a number of financial metrics including the fiscal autonomy index, the level of decentralization, budget efficiency measures, and the proportion of spending alignment, all of which are examined in the context of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) as a benchmark for economic development. From the data collected, Medan City shows variability in its economic growth after the COVID-19 pandemic, with growth reaching 4.71% in 2022, after previously experiencing a sharp decline in 2020. This research investigates whether these indicators have the ability to accelerate the regional economy, both individually and collectively. By utilizing a literature review approach and a construction concept that is based on the theoretical basis of regional finance, it is hoped that the findings of this study can reveal the essence of the vital role of fiscal performance in strengthening economic growth and improving the standard of living of local communities. The intended implication of this study is to offer a policy strategy direction to improve regional fiscal governance in an effort to grow the economy more progressively.
