Abstract

This research aimed to analyze student needs in social studies classroom in purpose to design learning model using local potential in Banjarmasin area. This research used qualitative approach. Data collected through literature analysis, observation, and interviews through focus group discussion and focused on 7th grade materials. Data analyzed with qualitative method. The result showed that those are seven basic competences on 7th grade that can be developed for social studies learning with the using of local potential. Learning process can be applied through direct and indirect methods, interactive learning, independent learning, field observation, and discussion. It required supplement books based on local potential, the increasing of MGMP’s empowerment for social studies teachers, teachers’ training on learning planning, process, and evaluation based on local potential, and the developing of learning media through film documentary with local potential contents. In term of curriculum changing, to increase teachers’ competence in assessment it required training about authentic assessment, classroom assessment, character based assessment, and competence based assessment. It is necessary to create local potential roadmap as guidance for social studies learning material in Banjarmasin as the implementation of local excellence and character education for social studies learning.

Abstract

Marketing strategies are an important factor for successful bussines today, where marketing strategies are the way to achieve business goals. Marketing strategy is the primary approach used by business units in achieving goals that include decisions regarding segmenting, targeting, and positioning. This research aims to analyze (1) The application of segmentation, targeting, and positioning was used by tapai Gambut sellers to improve their business. (2) Marketing activities of tapai Gambut sellers as a subject matter of Marketing Basics on STP Marketing materials at SMKN 3 Banjarmasin. This research used qualitative approaches and descriptive research. The subjects of the study were tapai Gambut sellers in Pematang Panjang Village of Banjar Regency of South Kalimantan. The source of the data was primary data. The data was obtained by using observations, interviews and documentation. The obtained data was analyzed by using Milles and Huberman's models. Based on the results of research was obtained: (1) Tapai Gambut Entrepreneurs of Pematang Village has implemented STP marketing (segmenting, targeting and positioning) strategies that are able to increase sales profits of tapai products. (2) Marketing strategies on the economic activities of Tapai Gambut sellers in Pematang Village can be used as a source of additional teaching material in the school, especially in the subjects of The Basics of Education on Basic Competence 3.7 Describing the basics of marketing in SMKN 3 Banjarmasin class XKeywords: Segmentation, targeting, positioning, teaching material, marketing

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of curriculum attendance (CA) and extracurricular activities (EA) on entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) and entrepreneurial intentions (EI) in Indonesian students. This research is elaborated using the quantitative method with SEM-PLS to find out the studied phenomena. Decision questionnaires from questionnaires that have been used in previous studies. The questionnaire was responded to by 733 students who had studied entrepreneurship education during COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that the presence of the curriculum attendance and extracurricular activities had a positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions. Extracurricular activities and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions. However, the presence of the curriculum has no impact on entrepreneurial intentions. This is the first step for universities and students to realize that the presence of the curriculum needs to be reconstructed in order to have an impact on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

These ancient mosques, both located in Samarinda and Tenggarong, are relics of the Islamic community in the past where the location around the mosque besides being a center for worship and development of Islamic religion. The existence of ancient relics in the form of old mosques which have cultural and religious values ​​should ideally be preserved to develop Islamic symbols. Apart from that, it can be a place for religious tourism education in East Borneo. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential for historical entrepreneurship in the cities of Samarinda and Tenggarong, as well as to analyze the need for historical entrepreneurship programs in universities in Samarinda and Tenggarong. The research approach uses a qualitative approach. Research using historical methods. Data collection was carried out by observation and interview techniques. The results of the research show that cultural heritage that has historical value can become the religious center of the surrounding community and pave the way to become a center of economic activity that produces an entrepreneurial community. The research findings show that the strategic location of historical places can make the surrounding community more creative in maximizing economic potential in entrepreneurship. The implications of further research are expected to be used to develop entrepreneurship programs in universities based on local wisdom in East Borneo.
