Abstract

Sustaining life means a person is trying to save his life so that he can continue his daily life. Defense is not only in eating, drinking, exercising, maintaining a healthy body, and getting enough sleep but also in surviving in a state of urgency. Circumstances force a person to do anything in the hope of preserving their life. This study aims to find out in-depth the study of Force majeure, which has the meaning of a condition where a particular place can experience urges that cannot be prevented due to natural factors. Due to force majeure, such as goods, forced circumstances can still be forgiven due to natural factors. However, it is different from humans in terms of human rights if it is related to the Criminal Code (having a general character) and the Human Rights Law (having a unique character), following the Lex specialis derogat Legi generali principle. It is the rule of law that tends to be specific, which can contradict the general law. Premeditated murder is a crime against life regulated in Article 340 of the Indonesian Criminal Code. Premeditated murder is an act that stands alone with ordinary murder as regulated in Article 338 of the Indonesian Criminal Code. The provisions contained in the act of premeditated murder are a repetition of the act of murder in Article 338 of the Criminal Code. One more element is added, "with a prior plan." The approach used in reviewing this research is the approach through the law (statute approach) and conceptual approach. This research is legal (juridical normative) by understanding various sources. The primary is based on legislation, the secondary is based on book and journal studies, and the last is tertiary, based on dictionaries to find foreign languages that are difficult to understand.

Abstract

Tanjung Umah's traditional fish market in the Riau Islands is no longer attractive to the public because the fish are not neatly arranged and the market conditions look less clean. The lack of interest in traditional fish markets has led to a decline in local community income in the Tanjung Umah village. Therefore, this social community empowerment activity program aims to revive (revitalize) the traditional fish market so that it is again in demand by the community and change the negative perceptions of the traditional fish market through the design of an apron that gives identity to the traditional fish market of the Tanjung Umah fishing village in Riau Islands while maintaining the sellers to avoid fish waste so that it looks clean and hygienic. Through the use of this apron, the traditional fish market of Tanjung Umah fishing village can look tidier, in uniform, and attractive so that it can return to life and be of interest to the community.

Abstract

Kerja praktik merupakan kegiatan mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis di lapangan berdasarkan dasar keilmuan yang telah dipelajari. Tujuan mengambil kerja praktik di kantor hukum LAW OFFICES ANDRIS and PARTNERS yaitu melanjutkan cita-cita sebagai seorang pengacara dan membantu bayak orang, hal ini berkaitan dengan kegiatan program UIB bernama Perjanjian Kerja Sama dibidang Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berisikan penyuluhan, pembuatan merek, sampai magang. Pada saat kerja praktik masih terdapat kesalahan pertukaran fungsi surat kuasa umum dan surat kuasa khusus, serta pemakaian istilah perbuatan melawan hukum dan wanprestasi masih terjadi, sehingga menarik untuk dikaji lebih lanjut terkait Pendampingan Pembuatan Dokumen Utama dalam Persiapan Persidangan yang menitik beratkan mendampingi pemberi kuasa dalam menghadapi permasalahan perbuatan melawan hukum. Peran teori hukum sangat penting agar berkesinambungan dengan metode pelaksana yang terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan sampai pada tahap penilaian dan pelaporan. Hasil pelaksanaan pada saat artikel ini dibuat sudah mencapai pengadilan yaitu pada tahap pembacaan alat bukti, sehingga sangat direkomendasikan melaukan kerja praktik karena berkaitan dengan kegiatan program UIB yaitu untuk mahasiswa atau mahasiswi meneruskan teori hukum yang disajikan pada saat kuliah dan diprakatrikan.
