Abstract

This research is a research using quantitative methods with a sample size of 100 respondents. This study aims to determine the effect of work from home on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture of Enrekang Regency. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, partial test (R2) and coefficient of determination test. The value of the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0.313 so that it can be seen that the effect of work from home on employee performance is 9.8%. In the results of the t test, the variable coefficient value is 0.272 with a significant value of 0.002 (0.002 0.05), and the t arithmetic value is greater than t table (3.262 1.98). The results show that the hypothesis can be accepted because work from home has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee development on work productivity at PT. Bank BTPN Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency. Employee development is one of several factors that can affect the level of work productivity. Development is an additional basic salary that is not expected by employees, but only part of it can be given only having certain achievements or certain skills and do not bother when asked to complete as soon as possible, such as reports or receipts that must be reported. This research was conducted using a simple linear regression analysis tool, R2 test and t test to analyze the close relationship of 1 variable, and the results of the discussion that the value of the variable regression coefficient (X) or employee development is 0.458 so it can be said that the employee development variable (X) positive effect on work productivity by 45.8%. From the results of the regression analysis, the t-count value was 3.524 t-table was 2.042 and the significance value (sig.) was 0.001 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that employee development (X) has a significant effect on work productivity

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Effect of Work Conflict and Work Stress on the Performance of Pt. Office Employees. PLN (persero) The Parent Unit of Sulselbar Region.  The data collection technique used in this study is the data collection method used in this study is to use questionnaires. The sample used in this was as many as 70 respondents.   The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis that is processed using the help of SPSS 26 Software. The results shower that the work conflick variable had a significant effeck on employee performance where the significance value was 0.048 0.05. Likewise, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance where the significance value is 0.007 0.05. And simultaneously work conflict and work stress have a significant effeck on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 0.05 with a coefficient of determination of 32.6%. This explains the percentage of the influence of work conflick and work stress on employee performance by 32.6% while the remaining 64.7% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja pegawai pada kantor samsat kabupaten sidrap. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif karena data penelitian merupakan angka-angka yang diolah menggunakan alikasi spss 20. Dengan populasi 45 dan sampel berjumlah 31 responden teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi linear sederhana dengan variabel motivasi (X) dan kinerja pegawai (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dari hasil regresi linier sederhana yang diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SPSS, maka diperoleh persamaannya adalah Y= 6,592 + 0,664X, dimana  bilangan konstanta mempunyai nilai sebesar 6,592 (positif) menyatakan bahwa jika tidak adanya motivasi kerja (X) maka produktivitas kerja (Y) adalah 0,664, artinya produktivitas kerja pegawai masih tetap walaupun motivasi kerja terhadap Y bernilai nol. Jika ada penurunan terhadap motivasi kerja maka akan menurunkan tingkat produktivitas kerja pegawai. Sehngga dapat dijelaskan bahwa motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada kantor samsat Kabupaten Sidrap.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of accounting records based on entity, micro, small and medium financial accounting standards for small and medium enterprises in Baraka District, Enrekang Regency, using a descriptive analysis method (Descriptive Analysis Method). Descriptive analysis method is a method that provides an overview of small and medium enterprises in Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. The results of the study show that all research objects in Baraka District, namely small and medium enterprises, can already be said to be mostly using accounting recording methods, so that it can be said that these businesses have not fully implemented accounting records as required. This is due to limited human resources and inadequate accounting skills or knowledge.

Abstract

Konversi lahan pertanian menghasilkan perubahan sosial ekonomi bagi petani yang melakukan konversi, yang selanjutnya akan berdampak pada tingkat kesejahteraan petani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kondisi ekonomi masyarakat di Kecamatan Pattallassang meningkat jika dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelum dilakukan alih fungsi lahan. Dalam studi ini ditentukan konversi lahan pertanian, mata pencarian, kondisi ekonomi, pendapatan petani, dan dampaknya pada tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kata kunci: Konversi Lahan; Kesejahteraan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal dan tenaga kerja terhadap produksi tempe pada pengrajin tempe di Kecamatan Burau Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Adapun sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 30 pengusaha. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga variabel yaitu modal, tenaga kerja, dan produksi tempe. Pada data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada para pengusaha tempe yang ada di Kecamatan Burau Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Data primer diolah menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produksi tempe pada pengrajin tempe di Kecamatan Burau Kabupaten Luwu Timur dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.543, nilai tersebut lebih besar dari 0.05, serta untuk t-hitung (-0.616) < t-tabel (1.703). Sedangkan, tenaga kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi tempe pada pengrajin tempe di Kecamatan Burau Kabupaten Luwu Timur dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001, nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0.05, serta untuk t-hitung (3.605) > t-tabel (1.703). Adapun berdasarkan hasil uji F, nilai F-hitung sebesar 6.569 > F-tabel sebesar 3.354 yang artinya variabel independen berupa Modal dan Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen Produksi Tempe sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama dari variabel independen yang berupa Modal dan Tenaga Kerja terhadap variabel dependen berupa Produksi Tempe.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) the description of visiting interest, city image and city branding at the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, 2) the influence of city branding and city image together on visiting interest in Bantimurung attractions, Maros Regency, 3) the influence of city branding on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, 4) the influence of city image on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency. The population in this study were all visitors to the Bantimurung tourist attraction who obtained a sample using a purposive random sampling technique, which was carried out first Calculation of the minimum number of samples using the Cochran formula in order to obtain a total sample of 96 people. The data collection technique used was a Likeart scale questionnaire in which the development of instruments for each variable was tested for content validity using the Gregory formula, construct validity testing using Comfirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and instrument reliability testing using the Alpha Conbach formula. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and multiple and partial regression statistics. The results of the study reveal that 1) the description of interest in visiting Bantimurung tourism objects is generally categorized as high, the description of city branding is generally categorized as low and the description of city image is generally categorized as good. 2) there is the influence of city branding and city image together on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, the magnitude of the influence together is 66%. 3) there is a positive and significant influence of city branding on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, and 4) there is a positive and significant influence of city branding on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency.

Abstract

Purpose-A company's internal and external elements might affect employee performance. This study focuses on how motivation, organizational culture, and competence influence employee performance. Design/Methodology/Approach- The study population consisted of all employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII.  Data for this study was collected through questionnaires and 54 respondents were collected. The data analysis of this study was processed using the SPSS 25 statistical tool. Findings-The findings showed that PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII employees' performance is positively impacted by competency and organizational culture. However, motivation shows the opposite effect on PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII employees' performance. These findings suggest that encouraging a positive company culture and increasing staff competency can both enhance employee performance. However, motivation had an insignificant effect on increasing employee performance in this study. Research limitations/implications-For every company, it should be necessary to improve or optimize competence, work culture, and motivation in order to encourage morale which ultimately affects employee performance. This finding shows that improving employee performance can be done in various ways including internal and external aspects of the company. Originality/value-Study of employee performance in service business, especially PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII is still quite limited. Previous research similar to this study in measuring employee performance using different indicators and different objects.

Abstract

Warga Desa Massamaturu banyak menjadi petani tebu untuk memenuhi kebutuhanya, tetapi usaha tani tebu ini masih kurang dari sisi pendapatan , dikarenakan harga gula dipasaran sering mengalami penurunan. Melihat kondisi ini, melalui dana desa warga di berikan fasilitas berupa pasar dan di buatkan kios, di berikan modal usaha agar pendapatan warga di daerah tersebut bisa meningkat namun fasilitas tersebut tidak dimanfaatkan oleh warga desa, usaha yang banyak dijalankan oleh ibu - ibu rumah tangga ini tidak bertahan lama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, pengetahuan ibu – ibu  terkait manajemen keuangan sangat terbatas. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini perlunya  dilakukan sosiasilisasi tentang literasi manajemen keuangan bagi  ibu  rumah  tangga agar mereka  memiliki  kemampuan  dalam  mengelola keuangan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian memperlihatkan bahwa peserta sudah memahami cara memisahkan modal usaha dan keuangan rumah tangga. Kiat memasarkan produk secara online adalah dengan memanfaatkan jejaring media sosial yang dimiliki seperti facebook,intagram dan whatsapp. Karena sejatinya kita telah memiliki akses terhadap dunia digital tinggal memanfaatkan akses yang kita miliki. Agar produk yang kita miliki bisa bersaing dengan produk lain maka produk yang kita miliki harus punya ciri khas sendiri mulai dari rasa, kemasan dan nama. Selain itu dibutuhkan inovasi supaya produk kita bisa bersaing dengan produk lainnya.
