Abstract

The research is aimed to determine and analyze: 1) the development of local revenue sources; 2) the capacity of local revenue acceptance; 3) the capacity of local revenue in financing of Palu City; 4) Financial capacity of local Palu government based on regulation of the ministry of Domestic Affairs no. 21, 2007; 5) the leve of fiscal decentralization in financing the expenditure of Palu City; 6) fiscal capacity of Palu government; 7) the capacity of the local revenue to repay local debats. This study is descriptive. Data is collected through interview, literature review, and analysis of Palu government’s financial document. The results show that: 1) the development of local revenue sources indicates that other legitimate of local revenue has the highest growth and contribution of 226.08% and 40.92%; 2) the capacity of local revenue is classified ‘deficient’; 3) the capacity of local revenue is financing expenditure is categorized ‘unable to pay the expenditure’; 4) financial capacity of local Palu government based on the regulation of The Ministry of Domestic Affairs no. 21, 2007 is categorized in ‘low’ and medium’ financial groups; 5) the leve of fiscal decentralization in financing the expenditure of Palu City is still unable to finance the local expenditure; 6) fiscal capacity of Palu government in 2011-2013 budget year in categorized ‘low’ and ‘medium’ in 2014-2015; 7) DSCR ratio shows the capacity of Palu Government to repay local debts.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the quality of Ampera brown sugar products affects consumer purchasing decisions in the pagimana subdistrict. The number of respondents in this study was 50 respondents. The analyses used in this study are simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and t-test. Results using a simple linear analysis of Y = 1.302 +0.717X give the meaning that what if the quality of the product or independent variable (free) has a value of 0 (zero) or none. So the variable value of the purchase decision is 1,302. The analysis results using the t-test can be found that the quality of the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The contribution or contribution of product quality of 0.371 or 37.1% while other variables influence the remaining 63%, and the result of the correlation relationship of 0.609 or 60.9% belongs to the strong category, so there can be a strong relationship between product quality and Ampera brown sugar purchase decisions in Pagimana Subdistrict.

Abstract

The problem of marketing agricultural commodities is an interesting thing to study. Where the efficient marketing of agricultural products is a pre-condition for the smooth and balanced development of the agricultural sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of marketing channels and marketing margins in Basabungan Village, Pagimana District. This research was conducted in Basabungan Village, Pagimana District. The research was carried out for 6 months, from January to June 2019. The data used were primary data and secondary data using observation methods and direct interviews with farmers. Based on the research results, the marketing channels are as follows: Channel I: Farmers → collectors → small retailers → large retailers → final consumers. Channel II: Farmer's → small retailers' → large retailers → end consumers. Meanwhile, the marketing margin is as follows: At the farmer level by utilizing the services of collectors, the marketing margin is Rp. 842.14. By selling directly to small retailers, they get a marketing margin of Rp. 2,095.07, At the collector level, the marketing margin is Rp. 1,429.28, At the level of small retailers, the marketing margin is Rp. 2,442.87, At the wholesaler level, the wholesaler gets a marketing margin of Rp. 1142.89

Abstract

The work environment is an important factor that can affect employee performance. The existing work environment will provide different perceptions of employees in their performance. The problem is whether the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Water Company Banggai Regency. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 39 employees of the Regional Water Company Banggai Regency. The results of this study were obtained using simple linear regression analysis with the formula y = a + bx, this equation shows a positive and unidirectional relationship. Calculation of the correlation coefficient shows that the Work Environment (X) and Employee Performance (Y) have a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination (r2) with the variable (x) work environment has an influence on the variable (y) employee performance, while the rest is caused by other factors outside this study. Hypothesis testing shows the calculated T value, this proves that there is a significant effect between the work environment variable (X) on the employee performance variable (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove the influence of Good Corporate Governance, Profitability, Price Earnings Ratio, Operating Expenses and Operating Income on Corporate Social Responsibility partially and simultaneously. The type of research data used is descriptive quantitative data. While the data source used is secondary data obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and obtained 40 companies with 200 research samples. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis with four predictors and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics version 24. The conclusion of this study shows that the good corporate governance variable partially has a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility. Profitability partially has a negative and significant effect on corporate social responsibility, price earnings ratio, partially has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, operating expenses and operating income partially does not affect corporate social responsibility. While good corporate governance, profitability, price earning ratio, operating expenses and operating income simultaneously affect corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Analisis Perkembangan Potensi Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan Sebagai Daerah Otonomi”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan potensi PAD Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan dari sektor pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan realisasi anggaran (LRA) tahun anggaran 2018-2021 pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan yang diperoleh melalui https://banggaikep.go.id/portal/. Metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan pendekatan analisis tipologi klassen dan analisis proyeksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan PAD Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan dari analisis tipologi klassen dan analisis proyeksi tidak ada perbedaan yaitu secara umum perkembangan potensi PAD Banggai Kepulauan menunjukkan perkembangan yang terbatas, dari 9 jenis pajak daerah dan 15 jenis retribusi daerah yang dipungut yaitu pajak hotel dan retribusi pelayanan kesehatan yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur modal pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Dari tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa kebijakan manajemen dalam menetapkan struktur modal pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk dari tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2019 cenderung menggunakan modal sendiri dibandingkan menggunakan hutang jangka panjang. Struktur modal optimal pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk terjadi pada tahun 2018 pada komposisi hutang jangka panjang sebesar 16,30% dan komposisi modal sendiri sebesar 83,96%sehingga pada komposisi tersebut dapat meminimalkan biaya modal rata–rata tertimbang (weighted average cost of capital) sebesar 83,23% dan dapat memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan sebesar 55.988.369 jutaan rupiah dengan earning per share sebesar 399 jutaan rupiah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT Astra International Tbk using the Profitability ratio, the data analysis techniques in this study are the Return On Asset (ROA) Ratio and the Return On Equity (ROE) Ratio, the data used is quantitative data and the data source in this study is secondary data obtained based on financial records for the last five years 2019-2023 at PT Astra International Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study which were tested partially showed that return on assets had a fluctuating ratio each year, but the value of the return on assets ratio did not exceed the set industry value so that financial performance was declared unhealthy. The return on equity produced has the same value as the return on assets ratio, which is fluctuating and the industry value does not exceed the return on equity ratio value so that the financial performance of PT Astra International Tbk is not good.
