Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh karier, motivasi, konflik pekerjaan dan keluarga terhadap kepuasaan kerja pegawai wanita di Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Makassar, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasaan kerja pegawai wanita di Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Makasssar, dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 57 orang pegawai wanita di lingkup Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Makassar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karier, motivasi, konflik pekerjaan dan keluarga secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai wanita pada Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Makassar. Karier adalah variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi maupun perusahaan akan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, Salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh perusahaan yaitu dengan pemberian kompensasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Patrako Motor Abadi Cabang Luwuk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan sehingga menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi kuesioner dan wawancara. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 20 Responden yang menjadi karyawan pada Patrako Motor Abadi cabang Luwuk. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier sederhana dalam persamaan yaitu Y = a + bX + e, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Hasil analisis data uji t secara parsial signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Patrako Motor Abadi Cabang Luwuk. Dengan melihat pedoman interprestasi koefisien korelasi hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Koefisien determinasi bebas ( X ) terhadap variabel terikat ( Y ) sebesar 94,5% dan sisanya 5,5% kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Patrako Motor Abadi Cabang Luwuk.

Abstract

Human resources or good employees will certainly experience setbacks, so motivation is needed to increase work productivity. After giving motivation, there must be output produced to achieve the target, with this encouragement, which will make employees more productive at work. This study aimed to determine the effect of work motivation on employee productivity at the Tataba Health Center, Buko District. The type of research used in this study is a quantified qualitative research type, so it uses Likert. Data collection techniques include a questionnaire with the withdrawal technique of Simple Random Sampling. The research sample used was 26 people who became employees at the Tataba Health Center, Buko District. The analytical tool used is simple linear regression in the equation, Y = a + bX, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t-test (statistical test). The partial t-test data analysis results have a significant effect on work motivation on employee productivity at the Tataba Health Center, Buko District.

Abstract

The company's activity in utilizing its working capital is quite good because it can create high net sales every year. The increase in the company's net sales jumped in 2019. The increase is not so significant on the working capital side, which means the ability to manage working capital in generating sales is very good. The trend of the development of company profits is declining due to less effective and efficient management of the company's working capital even though the net sales generated increase every year. The contradiction of net sales results with profit after tax and company interest is inversely proportional because, if observed in the company's financial statements, there is an increase in the company's expenditure burden that is large enough to reduce the net profit obtained by the company.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of consumer behavior factors consisting of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors on consumer decisions in choosing Batualambung Waterfall tourist attractions. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using 80 samples taken using the accidental sampling technique. Based on the study results, consumer behavior factors consist of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors in decisions in choosing Batualambung Waterfall tourist attractions. The multiple linear regression equation is obtained Y = 0.261 + 0.178X1 + 0.936 X2 + 0.576X3 + 0.403X4. and have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously. Meanwhile, the close relationship between the variables of consumer behavior factors consisting of culture, social, personal, and psychology on the decision variables for the place is in the robust category, as well as the contribution or contribution of the independent variables of consumer behavior factors consisting of cultural, social, personal, and psychology on the decision variable to choose a place (Y) is 70.4%. The remaining 29.6% is caused by other factors not examined in this study, such as service quality and marketing mix.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the appropriate and competitive marketing strategy used by MSMEs in the Banjarwangi sub-district. The analysis tool used is SWOT with EFAS/IFAS analysis techniques to determine useful access opportunities for company self-development and IFAS/SAP analysis to determine the strategic advantages possessed by the company. The research was conducted using a survey method in the Banjarwangi sub-district. The SMEs studied were working in the food sector. The results of this study are that the potential strengths and weaknesses of MSMEs in Banjarwangi District are very good to be emulated by MSME actors in any region. The strategy for MSME actors in Banjarwangi District is based on their potential, namely the Growth Strategy (Quadrant I), the marketing strategy of MSMEs in Banjarwangi District. by increasing the number of product variations offered, expanding market share, making prices affordable, providing special discounts on certain purchase quantities, especially for regular customers.

Abstract

The work environment is an important factor that can affect employee performance. The existing work environment will provide different perceptions of employees in their performance. The problem is whether the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Water Company Banggai Regency. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 39 employees of the Regional Water Company Banggai Regency. The results of this study were obtained using simple linear regression analysis with the formula y = a + bx, this equation shows a positive and unidirectional relationship. Calculation of the correlation coefficient shows that the Work Environment (X) and Employee Performance (Y) have a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination (r2) with the variable (x) work environment has an influence on the variable (y) employee performance, while the rest is caused by other factors outside this study. Hypothesis testing shows the calculated T value, this proves that there is a significant effect between the work environment variable (X) on the employee performance variable (Y).
