<![CDATA[The system of social stratification in marriage customs provisions in latently Muna society can generate conflicts between social layers that require completion. This study aims at how the role of traditional leaders as mediators to resolve conflicts in the process of marriage in Muna society in Sulawesi southeast. This research was conducted in Muna Regency, which is in Lawa and Wadaga sub-districts. This type of research, namely the juridical sociological research. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. Data were obtained through interviews and documentation study. The data were analyzed ie qualitatively and presented descriptively. The results showed that the Indigenous Leaders to function as a mediator, facilitator, negotiator, and arbitrator. Practice Indigenous Leaders generally use this together approach, especially in the private and public conflict resolution. Settlement reached by the parties in conflict is the settlement amicably by mediation in order to seek the best solution, it is necessary for the role of Indigenous Leaders acting as mediators with the consideration that they are people who know in depth about the philosophy of Muna customary law, has the authority, charisma, honored, respected, and obeyed his words.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTAlmost all of the primigravidae’s mothers (the first time for mother pregnancy) felt uncomfortable because of fisiological and anatomical changing which occured for their body, like hormonal changing, shaped of the body, even psicological emosional condition. Aim of this study is to know knowledge grade and attitude of primigravidae’s mothers for fisiological changing which occured during pregnancy. This study was used descriptive quantitative design with cross sectional approachment. This study has been done in Puskesmas Rejosari Region in Pekanbaru. Samples for this study was 50 persons with total sampling interpretation technique. Result for this study showed the knowledge grade of primigravidae’s mothers for fisiological changing with good categorized was 27 (54%) respondents, mid categorized was 18 (36%) respondents and bad categorized was 5 (10%) respondents. Meanwhile for results for attitude of primigravidae’s mothers for fisiological changing had positive categorized was 39 (78%) respondents, neutral was 11 (22%) respondents and negative was 0 (0%) respondents. From this study showed that the knowledge grade of primigravidae’s mothers about fisiological changing in Puskesmas Rejosari region at Pekanbaru was good that was 27 (54%) and primigravidae’s mothers about fisiological changing was positive that was 39 (78%).Key Words : knowledge, attitude, primigravidae, fisiological changing]]>

<![CDATA[This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with the technique of determining informants by purposive sampling. The technique of data collection is done by collecting primary data (interviews and observations) and collecting secondary data (literature studies and documentation). While the data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the current waste management strategy at the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service is quite maximal in overcoming waste generation. This can be seen from the strategic planning carried out by the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service in the implementation of being able to increase the waste reduction target in carrying out its vision and mission of realizing Kendari which is clean and beautiful. While for operational planning at the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service, it is still not optimal, it is faced with a related obstacle, namely the lack of technical staff available in their respective fields. This lack of a workforce can result in increasing volumes of waste every day because the population is not proportional to the number of employees, especially workers who handle the waste.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membentuk kesadaran hukum masyarakat dalam mencegah penyebaran hoax terkait vaksin covid-19 melalui media sosial. Solusi permasalahan yang ditawarkan dilakukan beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut: 1) Mengadakan sosialisasi atau penyuluhan kepada masyarakat di Kelurahan Nambo mengenai pencegahan hoax vaksin covid-19 dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sehingga dapat membentuk kesadaran hukum masyarakat, dan 2) Berpartisipasi langsung dalam pencegahan hoax vaksin covid-19 dengan cara sosialisasi kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa peserta KKN Tematik Universitas Halu Oleo terkait pentingnya vaksin covid-19 dan juga dibuat dalam bentuk poster agar membantu dalam mengedukasi masyarakat akan pentingnya vaksin covid-19 sehingga terhindar dari penyebaran hoax vaksin covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Nambo Kecamatan Nambo Kota Kendari dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta KKN Tematik telah melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang membantu masyarakat dalam menyelesaian persoalan penanganan dan pencegahan hoax vaksin covid-19 dengan melakukan sosialisasi atau penyuluhan secara langsung kepada masyarakat dengan tetap menerapan protokol kesehatan serta membuat poster terkait hoax seputar vaksin covid-19 yang disampaikan dengan cara memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana edukasi sehingga terhindar dari penyebaran hoax vaksin covid-19 antara lain: a) Sosialisasi kebijakan pemerintah tentang vaksinasi Covid-19, b) Sosialisasi mengenai Pentingnya Vaksin Covid-19, c) Sosialisasi Pencegahan hoax seputar vaksin covid-19, d) Sosialisasi cerdas dalam menggunakan media sosial, e) Sosialisasi Mengenai Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan, f) Sosialisasi Tentang 3T (Testing, Tracing, Treatment), g) Sosialisasi Gerakan Menggunakan Masker, h) Sosialisasi Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), dan i) Sosialisasi Penerapan mengenai Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM).]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan pemahaman masyarakat melalui media sosial sebagai sarana edukasi dalam upaya meminimalisir dampak covid-19 di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Program kerja yang dilaksanakan oleh peserta KKN Tematik adalah sebagai berikut: 1) sosialisasi atau penyuluhan kepada masyarakat mengenai pencegahan Covid-19 seperti penerapan social distancing atau physical distancing dan penerapan new normal serta cara menggunakan masker dalam bentuk poster dan 2) membagikan masker, hand sanitizer serta sterilisasi fasilitas umum dan fasilitas sosial kepada masyarakat bekerjasama dengan Palang Merah Indonesia di Kota Kendari. Semua program tersebut disampaikan dengan cara memanfaatkan media sosial instagram sebagai sarana edukasi dalam upaya meminimalisir dampak covid-19. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa tingkat pemahaman dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam upaya mencegah dan meminimalisir dampak covid-19 di Sulawesi Tenggara baik dan kegiatan pengabdian penanggulangan covid-19 ini sangat membantu dan memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat Sulawesi Tenggara dalam mencegah penyebaran covid-19.]]>

<![CDATA[The dissolution rate is an important characteristic to consider when designing a pharmaceutical dosage form, particularly for oral medications. Ibuprofen is an oral medication with a low dissolution rate. The common solution to this problem is to increase the dose to improve drug absorption and effectiveness in order to achieve therapeutic concentration. Some methods to increase dissolution rates have been explored, such as salt formation, prodrug formation, particle size reduction, crystal modification, micellar solubilization, complex formation, solid dispersion, and self-emulsifying. This review focuses on a strategy for increasing ibuprofen dissolution rate by reducing the particle size of the drug. Reduced particle size could improve ibuprofen solubility, allowing it to be absorbed more easily and achieve the desired therapeutic effect.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of good government governance and the performance of village apparatus on the accountability of managing village funds, using descriptive quantitative analysis, using multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS. The results of the study show while the performance of village apparatus has a positive effect on the accountability of managing village funds, it can be seen in the results of the partial test (t test) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, and where this shows a positive direction which can be seen in the calculated t value of 5.596 greater than the t-table of 1.998. And two independent variables simultaneously (together) have a positive effect on village fund management accountability, which can be seen from the significance value of the simultaneous test (f test) where the significance value is 0.00> 0.05, or Fcount is greater than ftable. Where the positive direction shows that the Fcount value is 32.248 while the ftable is 3.15. While the level of influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable can be seen from the adjusted R Square value of 0.298 or 29.8%. This indicates that the accountability variable for village fund management can be influenced by good government governance variables and village apparatus performance variables by 29.8%, while the remaining 70.2% is explained by other variables not present in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Village regulations have a function as one of the formal foundations for the implementation of village government and a means of dealing with legal problems in society, but not all elements of village government understand the preparation procedures and material substance that can be contained in village regulations. It is not uncommon for village communities to not know their role in the process of drafting village regulations. The aim of this activity is to increase the community's knowledge and understanding of the systematic preparation and substance of Village Regulation material, improve the quality of drafting village regulations in accordance with the mechanisms and principles for the formation of statutory regulations, and increase community legal awareness regarding the urgency of the existence of Village Regulations for the benefit and improvement of welfare. villagers. Preparation for activities starts from determining the location to identifying legal problems in the community and then preparing outreach materials. The activity was carried out using a lecture method to the participants which was then followed by questions and answers. The activity was carried out by the community service team from the university involving students. The results of the activity were that it was very important for village government officials to involve the community to understand the systematics and substance of drafting village regulations. The preparation of good village regulations with understanding from all parties is one of the benchmarks for the smooth implementation of village government.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of holding this activity is to provide an enlightened understanding to the public regarding methodical variants in resolving legal disputes. This Community Service Activity is carried out through several stages which are described as follows: (1) Preparation Stage, including: Location survey, Stabilization and determination of location and targets , Preparation of materials/activity materials, (2) Implementation stage, carried out by: (a) Identification of legal problems to be able to find out the legal problems faced by partners, (b) Legal counseling or socialization is carried out in the form of interactive dialogue or question and answer first. preceded by a presentation or delivery of material from the resource person which is intended as an introduction to the discussion. The methods used during the process of community service activities include: (a) the lecture method chosen to provide direct explanations about the extension material, (b) the question and answer method which allows the community to gain as much knowledge as possible about the extension material. The results achieved in community service activities are socialization (legal counseling) regarding forms of dispute resolution in the community, especially using non-litigation methods. The public's interest in the material presented indicates that instruments to strengthen understanding of dispute resolution are really needed in people's daily lives. On the other hand, changes in societal paradigms in terms of dispute resolution will encourage the realization of complete legal order, both formal and material law so that a comprehensive legal development agenda can be realized.]]>

<![CDATA[Kabupaten Bantaeng terdapat salah satu Kelurahan yaitu Kelurahan Campaga yang terletak di Kecamatan Tompobulu. Masyarakat Campaga umumnya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani. Umumnya masyavakat tani menggunakan pupuk kimia untuk tanaman di lahan pertanian. Dari permasalah penggunaan pupuk kimia tersebut, terciptalah program kerja dengan memanfaatkan limbah sekitar atau menggunakan rebung dan buah maja sebagai bahan dasar untuk pembuatan pupuk organik cair (MOL). Tujuan dari program kerja ini adalah memberi edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang MOL dan cara pembuatan MOL dengan memanfaatkan limbah sekitar seperti rebung dan buah maja. Adapun manfaat dari program kerja ini adalah Kelompok tani yang hadir dapat mendapat pengetahuan mengenai MOL dan cara pembuatan MOL dengan memanfaatkan limbah sekitar seperti rebung dan buah maja yang mudah didapatkan di lingkungan sekitar. Waktu pelaksanaan progaram kerja ini adalah hari kamis, pada tanggal 21 Juli 2022 di Kelurahan Campaga, Kecamatan Tompobulu, Kabupaten Bantaeng. Proses pelaksanaan sosialisasi dimulai dengan pemaparan materi tentang pengertian MOL, dampak pupuk kimia, manfaat MOL, dan juga bahan dasar yang bisa digunakan dalam pembuatan MOL yang salah satunya adalah menggunang rebung dan buah maja. khalayak sasaran sosialisasi MOL adalah kelompok tani dan masyakat Campaga. Program kerja ini melalui dua tahap yaitu pemaparan materi kemudian praktik bagaimana cara pembuatan MOL dari rebung dan buah maja. Hasil dari program kerja ini adalah produk MOL yang akan diaplikasikan pada lahan pertanian masyarakat di kelurahan Campaga.]]>
