Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has a negative impact on various sectors, including the stock market where many people are hesitant to invest in stocks, especially in Indonesia. This condition is due to anxiety and the inability to control random influences in the field of buying and selling shares. However, investors can still get benefits in investing in stocks if every decision is made by using the best model to predict the future trend and determine their optimized portfolio. Therefore, this study aims to compare several models that can forecast the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). The results confirmed that the Prophet model is the best. These results are confirmed by observing the MAE, MAPE, MASE, SMAPE, RMSE, and R- squared.

Abstract

Information technology has many benefits in everyday life. However, the use of information technology in agriculture in Indonesia still very lacking. This community service aim is to introduce the use of information technology in agriculture to students. This education is carried out in the form of seminar which was held on 15 March 2022 at SMK Lentera Harapan. It is hoped that students will get better information about the use of information technology in agriculture. We hope agriculture in Indonesia can grow using technology

Abstract

Komputer merupakan salah satu media elektronik yang memegang peranan sangat penting serta dapat membantu dalam pekerjaan sehingga menjadi lebih cepat. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan teknologi yang dapat membantu pada Frontliner Property. HTML, MySQL dan PWA merupakan teknologi yang dapat berguna untuk meningkatkan sistem pemasaran properti di Frontliner Property. Metode Waterfall diperlukan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis PWA yang diinginkan oleh pemilik Frontliner Property dan pengguna. Tahapan yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan perancangan antarmuka pada Frontliner Property. Adanya aplikasi properti berbasis PWA di Frontliner Property dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan sistem perhitungan simulasi cicilan KPR. Pada pengembangan kedepannya, pemilik aplikasi properti perlu menambahkan fitur-fitur seperti penambahan pembayaran secara digital dan virtual reality untuk melihat detail dalam pada properti.

Abstract

In community service (PKM) previously, the development of a content management system (CMS) hasbeen done for the website of the Bina Berdaya Bangsa Foundation (YBBB). The CMS that was built wasadapted to the needs of YBBB. At that time the development used a prototyping model, not yet at theimplementation phase. This is due to the time constraints of the previous PKM. Therefore, this PKM is a itscontinuation, with a focus on system implementation. In the testing phase, the CMS features are tested. In thesystem implementation phase, the activities consist of data migration, database and website installation tohosting, trial, manual writing, CMS demo, and handover process to YBBB. The Matana University PKMteam is ready to maintain the sustainability of the CMS for the YBBB website so as to improve YBBBservices.

Abstract

Mango plants consist of many types. This study tries to use leaf imagery to determine the type of mango plant. In this study, one of the object recognition methods in Deep Learning was used, namely YOLO (You Only Look Once) version 4. The types of mango used were manalagi, apple, golek and sweet and fragrant. The study used 457 pieces of data for model training and yielded an accuracy of around 95 percent.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Matana ini didukung oleh dana hibah menggunakan bantuan pendanaan program penelitian kebijakan merdeka belajar kampus merdeka dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis hasil penelitian dan purwarupa perguruan tinggi swasta Dirjen Dikti Ristek tahun anggaran 2021. Penelitian hidroponik di Universitas Matana masih awal. PKM bertempat di desa Benteng Mamullu Tana Toraja Sulawesi Selatan. Di desa ini kebutuhan sayur – sayuran cukup tinggi, struktur tanah khs (unik), daerah pegunungan yang terdiri dari persawahan dan sedikit perkebunan, sebagian besar adalah petani / buruh tani, dan termasuk daerah pariwisata "negri di atas awan". Metode pelaksanaan dalam PKM ini, sebagai berikut persiapan PKM, observasi lapangan, instalasi sistem hidroponik, uji coba sistem hidroponik, serah terima dan pembuatan laporan akhir. Sistem hidroponik sebagai pilot projek di desa Benteng Mamullu berhasil dibangun, bahan – bahan dan pelatihan telah diberikan. Dengan demikian, penelitian sederhana hidroponik di Universitas Matana berdampak bagi masyarakat desa Benteng Mamullu Tanah Toraja untuk mendapatkan alternatif dalam bercocok tanam sayuran, metode hidroponik, sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sayuran secara lebih mandiri. Lebih lanjut, sistem hidroponik dikembangkan ke arah pertanian 4.0, yaitu sistem hidroponik otomatis dan cerdas.

Abstract

In digital field, the need for programmers is increasing, but quality resources in the field of programming are still lacking. Many schools, in this case, high schools, have not taught programming in the school curriculum. This training is given to attract students' interest in learning programming. The chosen method is to teach how to make front-end views of web pages. This method was chosen because web programming is easier to learn and participants can see the results displayed live. From the activities that have been carried out, the participants were very enthusiastic about participating and asked for further training. It can be concluded that this training succeeded in attracting the interest of participants, namely high school students, to learn programming, specifically web programming.

Abstract

Healthy plants will provide good results for farmers. As in humans, plants can also be affected by diseases that can result in death or crop failure. This study uses the object recognition method, namely YOLO (You Only Look Once) version 4 to determine whether a plant is categorized as sick or healthy. The data used in this research is secondary data. The results obtained were in line with expectations, namely being able to distinguish between healthy and diseased leaves.

Abstract

Learning is the result of an interactive process that takes place between educators and students in a learning environment. For students, a learning tool is needed to help them prepare and improve the various types of material that will be studied directly at school. One form of learning facility is tutoring or usually abbreviated as tutoring. Tutoring is an effort provided by guidance teachers in dealing with and solving learning problems experienced by students. Tanry Education Center is a tutoring institution that offers various levels of education, from kindergarten to high school/vocational school. However, Tanry Education Center has so far still used conventional methods in conducting test, so students have to wait a few days to get their exam results due to time constraints and there are times when students cannot know the correct answer to the given questions. To overcome this problem, research was carried out with the aim of developing and building an online exam system application. The purpose of this application is to assist users in measuring the level of understanding of students' material in Tanry Education Center using a Web-based platform. This research will use the Prototype development methodology and be implemented using the PHP programming language utilizing the CodeIgniter 4 framework. A black box approach will be used to carry out application testing, with a focus on evaluating software functionality.

Abstract

This study aims to design and build an inventory application that can support buying and selling activities at the Kreasitex Jakarta company. Ms. Margaretha Christie served as a resource person in this study to provide information regarding research needs as a deputy director of the company. The waterfall design method is used in this study and uses the javascript and golang programming languages. The functionality testing method is used to test the application. The result of this research is the development of an inventory application that simplifies the buying and selling process and helps record the stock of goods. This inventory system is also useful in managing goods purchased by customers. This application supports the development of the company wit h its good functionality. Overall, this study concludes that this inventory application supports the activities of buying and selling, storing, recording, and managing stock of goods. With the inventory application, the sales process becomes more practical and efficient.
