The development of soft skills at the Association of Early Childhood Educators and Education Personnel in Batam City District can be fulfilled through a Multimedia learning model based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The training for developing multimedia learning media based on Information and Communication Technology aims to provide skills in making interesting multimedia learning media in a relatively easy way. The method applied in this activity is the Method of Presentation, Demonstration and Practice. Presentation method is used for software introduction using Microsoft Powerpoint 2016. Demonstration method regarding program operation and Practice Method, namely making learning media directly by participants according to their respective subjects by utilizing these programs. The results of this study are: First, the training provides several materials related to efforts to improve the quality of learning by providing knowledge about the use of the Powerpoint Program to create interactive games as an attractive and interactive ICT-based multimedia learning media, Second, the material presented is acceptable, digestible, and well understood by the participants, Third, the activity went smoothly, on time and as expected.

The material provided in this training is divided into 3 groups, namely Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, and Microsoft Paint groups. The briefing material given to the Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 group was the introduction of spreadsheets, starting from worksheets, to the use of functions and formulas to solve problems. Activities are carried out based on the division of the ability/skill level of each teacher. Teachers who have been proficient are grouped separately from teachers who are still new to computers so that coaching is more intensive. Teachers who are still laymen are guided and accompanied by instructors starting from the procedure for turning on the computer, opening files, saving files, using the mouse, basic typing, introduction to computer parts to the procedure for turning off the computer. The introduction to the spread sheet material begins with explaining worksheets, menu functions, and how to create borders, introducing cell alignment, and introducing Microsoft Excel formulas and functions to solve a particular problem/case. So far we have known more or less about Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Office XP, Microsoft Office 2003, Microsoft Office 2007, and the latest we know is Microsoft Office 2010.

Information and communication technology is growing rapidly. Information technology enters various fields ranging from the world of offices to medicine, business, the arts, culture, and many other fields, including education. In the world of education, there are many ways to take advantage of information technology, from making learning media to the learning process to presenting the material in the learning itself. All can rely on information technology; all that remains is to choose which technology is suitable to use. New problems arise when teachers cannot utilize the media. They continue to rely on traditional and outdated learning media. So it is certain that the material produced is less interesting and seems boring. In addition, today's students focus more on what they see. If you provide a special attraction, it will automatically impress them. In this training, the target is PAUD teachers. They will be given training on how to use the internet as a learning resource for their students. Many internet sites can be used as learning media. The material that will be delivered can be in the form of getting to know letters, knowing numbers, getting to know animals, getting to know plants, and much more. If you have to present material on the internet, of course you can't display it right away because it will take time. This is due to the advertisements that appear and other disturbances that must be transferred to the display media, such as Microsoft PowerPoint. Methods like these must be mastered by a teacher. The target of this training itself is to be able to use the internet as a learning medium and also use it for various other needs. This service activity was successfully carried out, and the results can be seen in the increased skills of the trainees in utilizing the internet as a learning medium. With this skill, it will certainly have an impact on the quality of learning and the material provided. The material provided becomes more varied and not boring.

Pengembangan soft skills pada Perhimpunan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Anak Usia Dini di Kecamatan Batam Kota dapat dipenuhi melalui model pembelajaran Multimedia berbasis Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi (TIK). Pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran multimedia berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi bertujuan untuk memberikan ketrampilan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran multimedia yang menarik dengan cara yang relatif mudah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Metode Presentasi, Demonstrasi dan Praktik. Metode Presentasi digunakan untuk pengenalan software menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint 365. Metode Demonstrasi mengenai pengoperasian program dan Metode Praktik yaitu pembuatan media pembelajaran secara langsung oleh peserta sesuai dengan mata pelajaran masing-masing dengan pemanfaatan program-program tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, Pelatihan memberikan beberapa materi yang terkait dengan upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan pemberikan pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan Program Powerpoint untuk membuat game interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran multimedia berbasis TIK yang atraktif dan interaktif, Kedua, Materi yang disajikan dapat diterima, dicerna, dan dipahami peserta dengan baik, Ketiga, Kegiatan berlangsung lancar, tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan

Dalam perkembangannya, UMKM mengalami kendala yang datang dari internal dan eksternal. Kendala internal adalah (1) 60-70% UMKM belum mendapatkan akses pembiayaan perbankan; (2) Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknologi produksi terbaru; (3) Pemasaran produk masih cara sederhana; (4) Mayoritas belum memiliki badan hukum; (5) Mayoritas belum memiliki sistem administrasi keuangan dan manajemen yang baik. Sedangkan kendala dari eksternal adalah (1) Koordinasi antar stakeholder belum padu; (2) Kebanyakan UMKM menggunakan teknologi yang masih sederhana; (3) Keterbatasan akses terhadap bahan baku. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut, UMKM perlu melakukan inovasi terhadap produk/jasa yang ditawarkan. Inovasi tentu melibatkan teknologi atau disebut dengan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) Menguraikan strategi UMKM menggunakan Teknologi Smartphone dalam menjalankan usaha secara inovatif; (2) Menerapkan strategi menjalankan usaha secara inovatif pada Usaha Mikro. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis SWOT. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Jumlah usaha yang dijadikan sumber data (informan) adalah sebanyak 11 (sebelas) usaha mikro pada sektor kuliner. Sumber data lainnya menggunakan hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu dan pengamatan pada media sosial. Strategi yang dirumuskan diterapkan pada 1 (satu) usaha yang bersedia untuk dibimbing dalam menghasilkan inovasi produk. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah (1) Strategi usaha mikro dan kecil menjadi inovatif adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi media sosial: Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube untuk mencari informasi tentang produk-produk inovatif, serta memanfaatkan layanan on demand service (GoFood/Grab Food) untuk memasarkan/menjual produk; (2) Strategi usaha mikro dan kecil menjadi inovatif telah diterapkan pada 1 (satu) usaha dan telah menghasilkan 2 (dua) menu baru.

One of the benefits of information technology in developing SMEs for entrepreneurs is to accelerate business processes, where the use of information technology is done because technology is able to overcome the problem of distance and time needed in a business process. Where in the implementation of its work is still simple in the form of application manuals and assisted by Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for documents. This resulted in the supply chain management process being ineffective and inefficient. As a solution to the problem, the author makes an application and integrated supply chain system based on the car in the M Sembako case study. The research method used is a system development approach which consists of a feasibility study and system design. The results obtained from research in the form of supply chain information systems using Android-based Programming on SMEs in Batam where this system can be more easily implemented and more easily understood by users so that it can produce information that is fast, precise and accurate.

Information technology that can be used in this recruitment process is the recruitment of employees for web-based companies, smartphones and so on. e-Recruitment is a system that assists in the recruitment process of employees when selecting employees for recruitment at companies or at certain agencies. With an integrated employee recruitment system it will also make it easier for admins to control applicants who meet criteria and those who do not meet the criteria. Information technology-based e-recruitment can also be implemented for small companies to large companies. A website is a collection of pages that contain information stored on the internet that can be accessed or viewed via the internet network on devices that can access the internet itself such as computers. MySQL is one type of database server that is very popular, this is because MySQL uses SQL as the base language for accessing its database. MySQL is Open Source, this software is equipped with source code (code used to create MySQL), its executable form or code that can be run directly in the operating system UML (Unified Modeling Language) is a language for specification, visualization, building and documentation of an OO (Object-Oriented) based software system.

The implementation of community service activities that will be carried out in the form of soft skill education development for vocational students at SMK Putera Jaya Batam in Batam City. Soft skill s education is very useful for vocational school graduates who will enter the world of work, with this ability it will make it easier for graduates to adapt to the work environment. Besides that, the soft skill competencies possessed by vocational school graduates will help in training a good work ethic and the ability to solve problems with any method and supported by a good leadership spirit, making it easier for graduates to work in a team. There are several soft skill s that need to be mastered by vocational school graduates including creative thinking skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, intrapersonal skills, communication skills, leadership skills. From some of these abilities, an activity is made that is able to optimize the implementation of information technology-based soft skill s in academic education in vocational schools through community service activities by applying design thinking methods, leadership training and implementing simple applications commonly used by the community, with the hope that this activity is able to provide an overview of how to implement soft skill s in the world of work, and students also know the importance of soft skill s in the world of work so as to increase the interest of students to continue to explore and master soft skill s education as an answer to future challenges as quality vocational graduates

Along with the decline in the covid pandemic in the city of Batam, the government has reopened the tourism faucet to the Batam area. The growth of tourist visits from month to month has increased. However, when compared to the level of tourist arrivals to Batam in the year before the Covid pandemic, it was very much different. Even though the government has improved tourism supporting infrastructure, service levels, better security conditions, the growth of visits has not met expectations. There is one aspect that needs to be developed, namely the aspect of information technology as a communication mouthpiece, travel guide and as an assistant in tourism travel. Information technology is able to solve existing problems in tourism activities in Batam City. For this reason, it is necessary to develop an integrated tourism portal between visitors, tour service providers consisting of the government, the private sector as tourism business managers in the city of Batam and other interested parties. The development of tourism portals is still individual in nature which is still not effective for visitors, because every visitor who needs information and tourism services must open various websites. For this reason, it is necessary to have an interactive web portal that is integrated from various aspects of needs and is expected to become a communicator from stakeholders in the Batam city tourism sector, and is also able to provide precise information on various types of activities in Batam City.
