Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the attitude of hyperactive children through the method of role-playing in the classroom. Children with hyperactivity disorder are very annoying to their friends in class. This hyperactive child's behaviour is complicated to regulate, primarily when learning occurs. This hyperactive child often causes trouble, disturbs his friends, paces in class, rarely does assignments, is spoiled, and screams as he likes. The method used is qualitative research with observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation. The subjects studied were several students who behaved hyperactively in a class with many 20 students from group B. This research took place at RA Masyitoh VII Pandean, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The research begins with the planning stage, implementation of research in the field, and research reports. This study indicates that the behaviour of hyperactive students often annoys other friends, do not want to be regulated, often go back and forth in class, usually leave class when learning begins, rarely do assignments, and are spoiled. Teach children to learn while playing in class. Because playing is a child's world, every child is happy to do this activity. One of the play activities that children often do is role-playing.

Abstract

The policy of centralization based on local wisdom has an important role in improving the quality of education in accordance with local cultures, especially in educational institutions and boarding schools so that quality can be further improved, the focus of this study is to examine the policy of centralization based on local wisdom as a medium to improve the quality of education in Nurul Jadid islamic boarding school. This research is a qualitative phenomenological research by taking observational data, sampling, in depth interviews and literature view. According to the theory of the quality of educational institutions juran is to make improvements in improving the quality of education. The results of the study explained that the centralization policy was caused by three factors of leadership in the running of the centralized system:  (1) authoritative, the regulatory dimensions are very strong in the decision making process, (2) democratic, equally contributing in making decisions, (3) laissez fraire, namely releasing in making decisions. So that the centralization policy applied greatly determines the level of success in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the literacy behavior in development to own tradition for students as a form of shifting thinking about the meaning of studying at Nurul Jadid University. The method used is the type of field research approach (field research) with a descriptive interpretative approach with observation and interview data collection techniques. The analysis technique uses content analysis. The results of the study show that through raising students' critical awareness and responsibility to be able to understand the meaning of lectures and dedication to agencies school, community and family, so that it can become a bastion of students not to behave in literacy such as Copy Paste, Over Presenting (flashy appearance); Libidinal Bazaar (quasi-project activities); laziness Study; laziness to study; just sit, come, and go home; Reluctant to go to college; Rarely do assignments; Misuse of lecture hours; prioritize UKM (Student Activity Unit) rather than going to college, besides also, through the concept of critical awareness by Paulo Freire, education from various literatures, and awareness of student responsibilities such as 1). moral responsibility, 2). social responsibility, 3). academic responsibility, 4). political responsibility. and can act as an Agent of Change, Social Control, Guardian of Value, and Iron Stock. Can give an indication to students to be serious in attending lectures. Similarly, empirically students can be responsible for playing a role in the order of life. So that's when the literacy behavior in a student's soul will be pushed aside and the creation of intellectuals and civilized people.ABSTRAK:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku literasi dalam perkembangannya menjadi tradisi tersendiri bagi mahasiswa sebagai bentuk pergeseran pemikiran terhadap arti menuntut ilmu di Universitas Nurul Jadid. Metode yang digunakan jenis pendekatan  field research(penelitian lapangan dengan  jenis pendekatan deskriptif interpretatif dengan teknik pengambilan data observasi dan wawancara. Teknik Analisisnya menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui membangkitkan kesadaran kritis mahasiswa dan tanggung jawab  untuk dapat memahami makna kuliah dan pengabdian terhadap instansi sekolah, masyarakat dan keluarga. sehingga dapat menjadi benteng mahasiswa untuk tidak berperilaku literasi seperti kebiasaan Copy paste, Over Presenting ( berpenampilan mencolok); Libidinal Bazaar (kegiatan proyek semu); laziness Study (kemalasan belajar); Hanya duduk, datang, dan pulang; Enggan masuk kuliah;  Jarang mengerjakan tugas;   Penyalahgunaan jam kuliah; prioritaskan UKM (Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa) daripada masuk kuliah. selain itu pula, melalui konsep kesadaran kritis oleh paulo freire, pendidikan dari berbagai literatur, dan kesadaran tanggung jawab mahasiswa seperti 1). tanggung jawab moral, 2). tanggung jawab sosial, 3). tanggung jawab akademik, 4). tanggung jawab politik. serta dapat berperan sebagai Agent of Change, Social Control, Guardian of Value, dan Iron Stock. Dapat memberikan indikasi terhadap mahasiswa untuk serius dalam mengikuti perkuliahan. Begitu pula secara empiris mahasiswa dapat bertanggung jawab berperan dalam tatanan kehidupan. Sehingga pada saat itulah perilaku literasi dalam jiwa mahasiswa akan dapat tertepis dan terciptanya manusia yang berintelektual dan berkeadaban.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari pendampingan belajar oleh orang tua terhadap perkembangan membaca anak. Sebab kurangnya kesadaran orang tua terhadap pentingnya pendampingan oleh orang tua terhadap perkembangan anak. Terdapat sebagian orang tua yang hanya mengandalkan guru di sekolah dalam membantu perkembangan anak. Peneliti mengadakan penelitian di lembaga pendidikan anak tepatnya di RA Miftahul Hasanah Desa Gondosuli Kecamatan Pakuniran Kabupaten Probolinggo. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara terhadap wali murid dan guru serta dokumentasi hasil kerja siswa dengan menggunakan penelitian studi kasus dengan bentuk studi kasus instrumen tunggal yang berfokus pada satu isu yang nantinya akan menghasilkan hasil akhir berupa sebuah gambaran terperinci dari sebuah kasus tersebut yang berupa data-data tertulis atau pernyataan secara lisan dari pelaku yang sedang diamati.. Penelitian ini melibatkan wali murid dan siswa dari kelompok B RA Miftahul Hasanah yang berjumlah 25 orang siswa 25 wali murid dan 4 guru di RA Miftahul Hasanah. Dan hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya bentuk pendampingan belajar diantaranya mendampingi sekaligus pengajar, fasilitator dan motivator. Anak yang sering mendapatkan pendampingan orang tua mendapatkan tingkat perkembangan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The research aims to help the basic problems of students in determining their choice of majors in Extracurriculars by using Multiple Intelligence-based selection. The research was conducted at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in the Jalaluddin Ar-rumi area using a qualitative approach with field research. Data obtained from interviews and observations. Data analysis was preceded by interviews with the Head of Santri Resources & Management, chairman of the Association for Organization Rumi (AFORMI), and the students. The results of the study show that the selection of students based on Multiple Intelligence (MI) is very helpful in determining the extracurricular class of the dormitory, it is even very helpful in procuring activities so that the administrators are able to carry out procurement according to the needs of the talents & interests of the students. The stages of the selection implementation consist of conducting questionnaire tests, giving briefings, and delivering material on Multiple Intelligence. The use of Multiple Choice questions was maintained because the administrators considered that the use of these questions was still effective for students. The Multiple Intelligence-based student selection model is very important to develop because Multiple Intelligence emphasizes the individual intelligence of students, which is considered suitable for the current approach to students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine children's language development through 3-dimensional flashcard media at TK PGRI 1 Banyuglugur, Situbondo Regency. The subject of this observation was group B students, consisting of 20 children consisting of 10 boys and 10 girls. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research.The data collection technique is by interview, observation and documentation.In this study, developing aspects of language development due to the low level of children's ability to recognize letters and vocabulary made researchers make 3-dimensional flashcard learning media.3 dimensional flashcard satisfactory result.That way learning using 3-dimensional flashcard media is successful and children's language development increases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of an merdeka curriculum: quality improvement efforts in educational institutions. This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Jember with a qualitative approach through case study research. Data were obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Informants in the study were the principal, deputy head of curriculum, teachers, and students. In the process of analyzing data, the researcher collects data, reduces data, presents data, and concludes findings. The results of the study show the success of the implementation of the merdeka curriculum in improving the quality of schools through the learning process carried out, namely by preparations including the need to get information about the merdeka curriculum by preparing teachers how they understand what the merdeka curriculum means; teachers take part in online and offline workshops held by the government and the education office besides that the school also conducts its workshops merdekaly by bringing in resource persons related to the merdeka curriculum so that it becomes an excellent contribution to the sustainability and improvement of the quality of education and achieves educational goals that require students to enrich literacy to get to the future era of globalization.

Abstract

Problems of communication and interaction between preschoolers, unwittingly have an important role in having a high ability to respect culture and language. Children's development is not only influenced by the quantity of time spent with parents, but parents must pay attention and understand the parenting style used when interacting with children. The purpose of this study was to determine the parenting style of parents in shaping the cultural and language adaptations of early childhood. This study used a qualitative approach with a type of field research. The data collection techniques used were observation guidelines and interviews with the principal, homeroom teacher for classes A1 and B1, and two parents at Ummi Sundari Sidomukti Kindergarten, Kraksaan. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman Interactive Model with data reduction activities, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Co-Parenting management in shaping the adaptation of Ummi Sundari Sidomukti Kindergarten children to culture and language was pursued by 2 educational concepts namely guided by local and national languages and internalization of tolerance. This research demonstrated parenting styles in managing positive values in children's affective and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu bidang dari manajemen umum yang meliputi segi-segi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu sumber daya yang ada dalam organisasi memegang peranan penting dalam keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Berhasil atau tidaknya tergantung pada kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah proses kegiatan pemimpin yang bermaksud mempekerjakan pegawai yang memberi prestasi cukup dan hasil kepada sumber daya yang ada pada pada sekolah. Beberapa usaha meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah yaitu dengan Meningkatkan sumber daya yang fokus penelitiannya adalah guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai penambah wawasan terkait upaya peningkatan mutu sekolah melalui manajemen sumber daya manusia. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa hal dalam penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam upaya peningkatan mutu sekolah di SMP Bhakti Pertiwi.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah merupakan seorang pemimpin di suatu institusi pendidikan yang sangat besar berpengaruh pengaruhnya. Pengaruh tersebut merupakan kunci suksesnya suatu lembaga ada pada kedudukan seorang pemimpin sekolah. Dan dampak besarnya dapat dilihat dari kualitas sekolah maupun guru. Guru yang berkompeten dapat dilihat dari cara bagaimana kepala sekolah memimpin. Implementasi dari tindakan kepala sekolah yang baik upaya mengembangkan profesionalitas guru dan sekolah yang unggul. Menariknya kepala madrasah SMP Bhakti Pertiwi mempunyai cara tersendiri mengembangkan profesional guru, yaitu diukur dengan mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan sekolah secara mandiri. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan data yang bersumber dari artikel jurnal. Subjek penelitian ini kepala sekolah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah SMP Bhakti Pertiwi sudah menerapkan perannya yang berupa kegiatan-kegiatan yang diaplikasikan oleh kepala sekolah training (pelatihan), morning meeting, monitoring, supervisi, dan evaluasi kepada guru. Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SMP Bhakti Pertiwi tersebut sangat memotivasi guru, menambah pengalaman guru, memberikan teladan kepada guru, meningkatkan wawasan guru. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah Bhakti Pertiwi sudah mengimplementasikan banyak kegiatan dan keteladanan kepada guru agar mengembangkan profesionalitasnya.
