Abstract

Salah satu kunci untuk mengatasi masalah pada mutu pembelajaran ialah dengan melakukan perubahan terhadap kurikulum. Tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor guru, siswa dan sistem pengelolaan kurikulum yang baik. Oleh karena itu manajemen kurikulum merdeka hadir untuk memberikan paradigma baru dalam dunia pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum merdeka yang ada di SMK Negeri 1 Gending sehingga bisa menciptakan sistem pembelajaran yang baik untuk meningkatkan mutu dalam pembelajaran. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum merdeka dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Gending di laksanakan dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler dan pembelajaran P5 (Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila) siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan kreatif karena mereka diberikan kebebasan dalam menentukan gaya belajar yang mereka inginkan. Sehingga hal tersebut mampu meningkatkan kualitas dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Schools are an indispensable part of modern human life, especially since many jobs are determined by diploma ownership, based on that, schools can not only provide education well, but are required to improve quality management in school management to produce graduates who can compete both in the world of work and competition to enter the university level. This research will answer the management strategy to the leadership model in improving the quality of schools to innovate. The research method used is using a qualitative approach, with the type of field research by involving researchers as a whole with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis. The results of research at Madrasah Aliyah Walisongo Gending in the implementation of education quality management, illustrated several relevant aspects: Certainty of Education Management Guidelines; Comprehensive Planning Strategies; Management of Institutions and Educators; Supervision; Evaluation; and Continuous Improvement; The Role of the Principal. From this conclusion, it appears that the management of education quality at Madrasah Aliyah Walisongo Gending has worked well in many aspects. However, there are still some areas that require further attention and improvement to enhance the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Pengembangan kurikulum akan memberikan dampak bagi tujuan pendidikan atau pelatihan. Supaya memperoleh kepuasan dalam menyelenggarakan suatu program pelatihan, pengelola harus memiliki kemampuan untuk mengatur semua keperluan yang dibutuhkan dalam menunjang keberhasilan program, salah satunya adalah pengembangan kurikulum. Jika pengembangan kurikulum dilaksanakan dengan baik, keberhasilan program akan meningkat prestasinya. Baik prestasi akademik maupun non akademik. Jember menunjukkan bahwa dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran dan kursus yang diberikan kepada peserta didik maka kurikulum hendaknya memberikan dampak yang positif dan adaptif dengan kebutuhan serta sesuai dengan kompetensi para peserta yang didukung oleh instruktur yang kompeten di bidang menjahit sehingga hal itu dapat mempermudah pemahaman peserta didik dan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas peserta dan berdampak baik bagi Lembaga kursus tersebut

Abstract

This article discusses the development of career adaptability through human resource innovation at MA Bahrul Ulum Besuk. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, the research subjects consist of the Principal and several Deputy Heads. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation, observation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The focus of this research is that researchers want to describe Career Adaptability Development through Human Resource Innovation at MA Bahrul Ulum Besuk. This research data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. In the next stage, researchers checked the validity of the data by extending participation, diligent observation and triangulation. To get more accurate and accountable results, researchers conducted interviews with the Principal, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Deputy Head of Curriculum and Teachers at MA Bahrul Ulum Besuk. The research results show that Career Adaptability Development through Human Resources innovation at MA Bahrul Ulum Besuk can be successfully carried out through human resource innovation by focusing on the dimensions of concern, control, curiosity and confidence. The implementation of a holistic career development program has proven its effectiveness in building self-confidence and readiness to face career changes. Regular monitoring of student skills and achievements provides a clear picture of the development of skills relevant to the world of work, enabling the identification of individual potential and the provision of constructive feedback. In addition, career resource centers are an important platform in providing the information, training and support needed to develop career adaptability. Overall, human resource innovation in the form of career programs, skills and achievement monitoring, and the role of career resource centers make a positive contribution in shaping individual career adaptability, creating a solid foundation for successful navigation in a dynamic world of work.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the role of inclusive learning in shaping students' perspective-taking abilities through social interactions and pedagogical practices in the classroom. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study to gain a deeper understanding of the contextual learning process. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through systematic data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that students' perspective-taking abilities are formed through two main interrelated mechanisms. First, structured social interactions, such as heterogeneous group discussions, collaborative work, and reflective dialogue, encourage students to understand, compare, and reflect on others' perspectives more deeply. Second, teachers' pedagogical practices, such as the use of reflective questions, facilitating open discussions, participatory approaches, and empathy modeling, act as guides and strengthen these processes. These findings confirm that inclusive learning functions not only as a space for social integration but also as a transformational process that sustainably shapes students' socio-cognitive abilities. This study makes both theoretical and practical contributions by emphasizing the importance of quality interactions and pedagogical strategies in developing the ability to understand others' perspectives in a more reflective, adaptive, and contextual manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi kurikulum berbasis cinta di MA Nurul Qur’an Salam, Magelang yang digagas oleh Kemenag pada tahun 2025. Berangkat dari kesadaran tersebut, Kementrian Agama Republik Indonesia pada tahun 2025 meluncurkan Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta (KBC) sebagai paradigma baru Pendidikan Islam. KBC menempatkan nilai kasih sayang (Rahmah), empati, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab sebagai ruh yang mengaliri seluruh proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengimplementasian kurikulum berbasis cinta yang dilakukan di MA Nurul Qur’an. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, data-data dikupulkan melalui observasi dan literatur terkait, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif. Setidaknya terdapat dua rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini: 1) Bagaimana implementasi kurikulum berbasis cinta di MA Nurul Qur’an? 2) Apa saja tantangan dalam pengimplementasian kurikulum berbasis cinta di MA Nurul Qur’an?. Penelitian ini menunujukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta (KBC) di MA Nurul Qur’an Salam bukanlah proses yang sederhana dan searah, melainkan melibatkan interaksi antara dimensi perencanaan, pemaknaan konseptual, praktik pedagogis, serta mekanisme supervise.

Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages educational institutions, including madrasas, to utilize digital platforms in building their brand image. This study aims to examine the role of digital media in building the brand image of Islamic-based madrasas, focusing on two madrasas that implement digital tahfidz and social media as branding strategies. The study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and observations of the use of platforms such as YouTube and social media. The findings show that digital media is effective in introducing and strengthening the brand image of madrasas, increasing visibility, and attracting public interest. The support of madrasah policies and the use of technology by managers play an important role in the success of this digital branding. Overall, the results of this study indicate that the use of digital platforms can build a positive image of madrasas, expand audience reach, and increase the attractiveness of madrasas in the era of digital transformation. The contribution of this study is to provide an understanding of the importance of digital branding strategies for madrasas in improving their brand image.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of teacher digital literacy in enhancing learning quality in primary schools, particularly in contexts with limited access to technology. Education in remote areas faces persistent structural challenges, including limited digital devices, unstable internet connectivity, and varying teacher readiness. Teacher digital literacy, encompassing the ability to select, adapt, and integrate technology into pedagogical practices, is critical for fostering inclusive and effective learning. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving observations, interviews, desk reviews, and interview guides to capture teachers’ experiences, strategies, and challenges in implementing digital literacy. Findings indicate that digitally literate teachers enhance learning processes through platforms such as Google Classroom and Zoom, strengthen communication and collaboration with students, and leverage objective evaluation data to design adaptive instructional strategies. Additionally, the use of digital learning resources fosters student motivation, autonomy, and engagement. The study recommends teacher professional development programs that emphasize the integration of pedagogy and technology, alongside infrastructure improvements to support sustainable educational transformation.
