Abstract

Abstract–Karya Husada Cooperative provide services and product sales . In the process of recording frequent errors , lack of accurate statements are made as well as the delay in the search for the required data . So in this study the authors provide a more accurate financial information with tools Zahir . Zahir is one of the local accounting software that is quite popular among businessmen homeland because of easy implementation , is flexible so that business people can use according to their business needs . The aim of this study how to use the program for processing the application Zahir sales data on Karya Husada cooperative. With the computerized system is expected that the sales system on the Karya Husada cooperative more effective , efficient and conducive than the previous system  Intisari—Koperasi Karya Husada bergerak di bidang jasa dan perdagangan. Dalam proses pencatatan sering terjadi kesalahan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat serta keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Maka pada penelitian ini penulis menyediakan suatu informasi keuangan yang lebih akurat dengan alat bantu Zahir. Zahir merupakan salah satu software akuntansi lokal yang cukup terkenal di kalangan pengusaha tanah air karena mudah penerapannya, fleksibel sehingga para pelaku usaha dapat menggunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan usahanya. penelitian ini bertujuan bagaimana cara menggunakan program aplikasi zahir untuk pengolahan data penjualan pada koperasi Karya Husada.Dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi diharapkan agar sistem penjualan pada koperasi Karya Husada berjalan lebih efektif, efisien dan kondusif dibandingkan sistem yang terdahulu.  Kata kunci : Informasi akuntansi, Penjualan pada koperasi, Sistem Informasi,

Abstract

The paradigm shift in midwifery services and the global situation towards the increasing demand for complementary practice requires midwives to have comprehensive knowledge of complementary therapies to integrate complementary and conventional midwifery services. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to midwives' knowledge of complementary therapies as an effort to provide holistic care for reproductive health services in the Cirebon Region. This research is a correlative analytical research, cross sectional approach. The respondents were midwives in the Cirebon Region. The sample size was 216 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling. The data was analyzed with a chi-square test. The research instrument uses questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that there was significant assosiation between education, complementary training history, and information sources with complementary related knowledge, each with a p value of 0.000. There was no significant assosiation between the age of midwives, and the periode of working of midwives with complementary related knowledge with p values of 0.75 and 0.50 respectively. Midwives are expected to improve knowledge and skills based on evidence-based practice related to complementary therapies actively through available information sources, in an effort to provide excellent service to reproductive health holistically.

Abstract

Teknologi kini semakin berkembang pesat dengan bertambahnya kegunaan internet untuk melaksanakan transaksi jual beli melalui marketplace. Shopee menduduki peringkat kedua marketplace dengan jumlah kunjungan bulanan sebanyak 117 juta. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh gamification dan perceived enjoyment terhadap repurchase intention pada pengguna aplikasi mobile shopee. Populasi penelitian merupakan mahasiswa aktif FEB Universitas Negeri Surabaya dengan jumlah 97 responden. Penelitian kuantitatif dipilih dapalam penelitian ini dengan metode nonprobability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gamification dan perceived enjoyment terhadap repurchase intention pada pengguna mobile aplikasi shopee mahasiswa FEB Unesa.

Abstract

Maternal and infant mortality rates in Indonesia remain high, with one contributing factor being the low rate of exclusive breastfeeding. In the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Plered, Cirebon Regency, the exclusive breastfeeding coverage has not yet reached the national target. Oxytocin massage is a natural method that can stimulate the oxytocin hormone to improve breast milk production. This study aims to determine the effect of oxytocin massage on the smoothness of breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. This research used a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-test–post-test design and a quantitative approach. A total of 20 postpartum breastfeeding mothers were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using checklists and questionnaires. The Wilcoxon test with a significance level of 0.05 was used to assess the effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production. The results showed that before the oxytocin massage intervention, most mothers experienced poor milk production (65%). After the massage, the majority of mothers experienced smooth milk production (95%). The Wilcoxon test showed a significant result with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating that oxytocin massage significantly affects the smoothness of breast milk production. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that oxytocin massage is effective in improving breast milk production. Therefore, midwives are encouraged to actively provide education to breastfeeding mothers regarding the benefits of oxytocin massage. Mothers are also expected to better understand the importance of this method in supporting the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Future researchers are recommended to use larger sample sizes and more varied research designs.
