Abstract

trade business on Sarua Subur is a distributor of bottled  drinking  water  (AMDK), Or drink packaging in Madura. trade business on Sarua Subur has three branches, among other branches bangkalan, sumenep, Pamekkasan. trade business branch bangkalan will distribute to every store in accordance with the request of the store.During this trade business Sarua Subur branch Bangkalan Could not meet the demand a shop as much as 106(one hundred and six) The incident delay the fulfillment of customer orders every year. hence business trade Sarua Subur branch Bangkalan Need an inventory of goods which is sufficient to meet the needs of the customers In order to estimate how the number of supplies for the future trade at a venture Sarua Subur branch bangkalan It takes a system of merchandise, inventory information by applying a engineering build the system inventory information merchandise by using the method Triple eksponensial Smoothig (winters).The lateness of the problem and the fulfillment of the needs of merchandise can be taken in conclusion, that a system can be predicted an inventory of goods merchandise to UD Sarua Subur Because the system could predict supplies in the future, and also be used to memeperkirakan how the number of supplies for the moment to supply of goods in a warehouse more stable.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan  pendampingan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan murattal Al-Quran kepada santri yang belajar membaca Al-Quran Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Jabal Rahmah Semen Padang merupakan sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan Informal yang berada di Kelurahan Indarung, Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan, Kota Padang. Merupakan tempat belajar bagi anak-anak setingkat Sekolah Dasar yang ingin belajar membaca Al-Qur’an. Namun beberapa masalah yang menjadi persoalan dalam hal membaca Al-Qur’an yaitu masih kurangnya pengetahuan santri mengenai ilmu murattal dalam membaca Al-Qur’an ini serta penerapan murattal dalam membaca Al-Qur’an secara baik dan benar. santri yang belajar membaca Al-Quran hanya menerapkan pelafalan huruf hijaiyah tanpa menerapkan murattal. Perlunya dilakukan pembelajaran secara berlanjut kepada peserta didik tersebut, untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai murattal Al-Quran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR). Dalam prosesnya metode ini melalui tiga tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini adalah metode pembelajaran tatap muka secara talaqqi, metode talaqqi merupakan metode belajar Al-Qur’an yang mensyaratkan perjumpaan secara lansung antara peserta didik dengan guru yang memberikan pengajaran murattal ini. Hasil pengabdian ini ialah santri mengenal murattal dan peningkatan kemampuan santri membaca Al-Qur’an menggunakan irama sesuai dengan kaedah murattal. Sehingga santri yang belajar murattal juga bisa mengikuti perlombaan seperti Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran.

Abstract

Contracts are fundamental in commercial activities, including cooperation between businesses and manufacturers in ordering goods. This study aims to examine the system of agreements for ordering goods between Distro Mens Surfing Banda Aceh and garment manufacturers, analyze the implementation of these agreements, and assess their compatibility with the concept of Bai Istisna’ contracts according to commercial fiqh. This study uses a qualitative method with a normative empirical approach, through interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that goods ordering agreements are made verbally and digitally. Still, the production of goods often does not meet the agreed specifications regarding color, material, and stitching quality. Other findings indicate that this condition causes losses for the purchaser of the goods due to the absence of a return mechanism, which shows that the principle of khiyar' aibi, namely the buyer's right to cancel the contract or request compensation if the goods received are defective or do not meet the specifications, is not applied. The absence of the application of khiyar' aibi places the purchaser of the goods in a disadvantaged position and causes injustice in the transaction. Conceptually, this transaction has fulfilled the Bai Istisna’ elements in ordering based on specifications and installment payments. Still, it does not fully reflect the principle of balance between rights and responsibilities in Islamic muamalah.
