Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partnership model between Trade Unions and Management in the face of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The total sample used was 100 employees in the field of vehicle assembly. The processed data produced there is a "Very Strong" influence between Employee Readiness on the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The results of the analysis obtained the results of the partial t test, the t value of 37.640 t table 1.660 which means that the readiness of employees has a very strong influence on the Industrial Revolution variable. While the correlation results show a value of 0.967, which indicates that there is a very strong influence between employee readiness for the Industrial Revolution. This is because trade unions from labor and workers' associations play a very important role in bridging communication relations with company management so that what is desired of workers / workers is to adapt to the development of the industrial revolution itself. Where workers must improve their competence in facing changes in the field of digital technology by formulating work programs that are aligned in encouraging productivity of company performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja petugas dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Satpol PP Kecamatan Pademangan, yang digunakan sebagai tempat objek penelitian.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey dan analisis explanatory/sebab akibat. Untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungan antara variable independen  yaitu kepemimpinan visioner (X1) dan Kinerja petugas (X2) dengan variable dependen yaitu Komitmen organisasi (Y). Bahan penelitian diambil dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner responden dari jumlah populasi 58 anggota dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat toleransi 10% (0,10).Kepemimpinan visioner   berpengaruh   langsung   terhadap kinerja petugas, hal ini  berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian  dimana diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,866. Sedangkan nilai ttabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (= 5%) dengan degree of freedom (df) = 57  adalah 1,68. Dengan demikian, jika dibandingkan antara nilai thitung (4,866) dan nilai ttabel (1,68), maka nilai thitung lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel, sehingga  hipotesis yang diambil  adalah  Ho  : ditolak  dan  H1   : diterima, Pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja petugas adalah 32,94 %Komitmen organisasi     berpengaruh    langsung   terhadap kinerja petugas, hal ini  berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian  dimana diperoleh nilai  t hitung sebesar 2,939. Sedangkan nilai ttabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%.(= 5%) dengan degree of freedom (df) = 57  adalah 1,68. Dengan demikian, jika dibandingkan antara nilai thitung (2,939) dan nilai ttabel (1,68), maka nilai thitung lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel, sehingga  hipotesis yang diambil  adalah  Ho  : ditolak  dan  H2   : diterima, Pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja petugas adalah 11,97 %  Kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Satpol PP Kecamatan Pademangan.

Abstract

Employee performance problems are closely related to the company's achievements, because employees are one of the main factors for the company in achieving the goals that have been set. The company's inability to improve the performance of its employees is an obstacle that must be faced by every company, including Windofa Apparel. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the SWOT analysis method. Collecting data through literature and field studies with interview and observation techniques.“The results obtained are that the company's internal strengths and weaknesses are in an average internal position, while the company's external opportunities and threats are in a high external position. The position of the Windofa Apparel company is in cell II, namely in the growth strategy position which requires the company to choose a strategy that concentrates through horizontal integration. The strategy that can be used by Windofa Apparel in order to improve the performance of its employees is the SO (Strengths–Opportunities) strategy, actions that can be taken in the SO strategy include collaborating with other businesses, conducting performance development through company workshops for employees, and maximizing product promotions for both customers. new or old.Keywords: SWOT Analysis, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how brand awareness and green marketing strategies affect customer interest in purchasing bottled mineral water goods. This study uses a quantitative methodology and is a correlational investigation. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in the analytical method. The outcomes of the partial, simultaneous, and coefficient of determination tests can be used to infer the outcomes of the data analysis. The conclusion is green marketing has little impact on customers' interest in purchasing bottled water. Brand awareness significantly influences customers' desire in purchasing bottled water. In order to reach the conclusion that green marketing and brand awareness simultaneously influence consumers' purchase intentions, the significance values for green marketing and brand awareness on purchase intention are 0.000 and the calculated f value is 35.4
