Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja petugas dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Satpol PP Kecamatan Pademangan, yang digunakan sebagai tempat objek penelitian.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey dan analisis explanatory/sebab akibat. Untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungan antara variable independen  yaitu kepemimpinan visioner (X1) dan Kinerja petugas (X2) dengan variable dependen yaitu Komitmen organisasi (Y). Bahan penelitian diambil dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner responden dari jumlah populasi 58 anggota dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat toleransi 10% (0,10).Kepemimpinan visioner   berpengaruh   langsung   terhadap kinerja petugas, hal ini  berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian  dimana diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,866. Sedangkan nilai ttabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (= 5%) dengan degree of freedom (df) = 57  adalah 1,68. Dengan demikian, jika dibandingkan antara nilai thitung (4,866) dan nilai ttabel (1,68), maka nilai thitung lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel, sehingga  hipotesis yang diambil  adalah  Ho  : ditolak  dan  H1   : diterima, Pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja petugas adalah 32,94 %Komitmen organisasi     berpengaruh    langsung   terhadap kinerja petugas, hal ini  berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian  dimana diperoleh nilai  t hitung sebesar 2,939. Sedangkan nilai ttabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%.(= 5%) dengan degree of freedom (df) = 57  adalah 1,68. Dengan demikian, jika dibandingkan antara nilai thitung (2,939) dan nilai ttabel (1,68), maka nilai thitung lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel, sehingga  hipotesis yang diambil  adalah  Ho  : ditolak  dan  H2   : diterima, Pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja petugas adalah 11,97 %  Kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Satpol PP Kecamatan Pademangan.

Abstract

PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) is a company engaged in Banking Services and has a variety of products and services such as; Savings Products, Credit Cards, Credit Facilities, Banking Transaction Services, Cash Management Services, Bancassurance, Bank Guarantees, Export Import Facilities, Foreign Exchange Facilities and Electronic Banking. BCA experienced fluctuations in Return On Assets (ROA), Asset Structure Variables, and Capital Structure Variables (DER) in Quarters 1, 2,3, and 4. From 2014 to 2021, Variable Size increased in succession from 2014 to 2021. Research Objectives : Analyzing the effect of Profitability (Return On Assets) on Capital Structure (DER), Asset Structure on Capital Structure, Company Size (Size) on Capital Structure (DER), and Profitability (Return On Assets (ROA), Asset Structure and Company Size ( Size) jointly affects Capital Structure (DER). Novelty (Novelty): Based on several previous studies, several factors whose results are inconsistent so need to be reviewed. The author chooses Profitability (ROA), Asset Structure, and Company Size as independent variables , which affects Capital Structure as the dependent variable Research Methods: The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and uses an SPSS 23 software for windows Conclusion: BCA can generate sufficient profit to finance its operations, and does not need to increase the amount of debt so as to prioritize internal funding through retained earnings and maintain a low debt ratio. In addition, companies must balance the benefits of using debt and the costs incurred to achieve an optimal capital structure.Keywords— Asset Structure, Company Size, Capital Structure, andReturn On Assets

Abstract

Empowerment of Natural Resources in the education environment provides positive values for the environment and provides its own economic contribution for institution. Environmental factors also have added value for students in carrying out the teaching and learning process so that researchers will find out whether the education model by integrating on empowering aspects of natural resources will provide creativity to students and also how integrated education patterns in natural resource empowerment aspects will produce results of academic and non-academic achievements. In addition, the results of this study can provide inspiration for prospective educators to find out about education models that integrate into Natural Resources at school locations and for education can be used as role models of education in the future. Therefore researchers will conduct research with a qualitative research method approach. The use of data collection tools in the form of interview guide sheets, observation sheets, documentation, and questionnaires. The interview model is carried out with open and structured interview techniques. Interview guides that have been arranged, but if there are questions that are developing but are still relevant to aspects of the research will be adjusted to the answers of the subjects or respondents. The   distribution   of   questiionnairs about   students’s   satisfaction   with the results of the antpes education that show more   than   70%   of   them   are   happy   and motivated to learn many things and obey the rules tht have been announced . This natural resource    which is one of the sources    of income    in Modern    Islamic    Boarding     School teaches the students   the balance of life   and is implemented   with daily   activities    that are always guided by making very significant result in the academic achievement   and the non academic achievement .

Abstract

Hospitals as public service institutions are required to provide services that are available, continuous, acceptable, easily accessible, affordable, and of quality. Hospital image and service quality as a liaison and guardian of relationships with customers to maintain patient satisfaction. This study is to analyze the influence of hospital image and service quality simultaneously on inpatient satisfaction at Tangerang City Hospital. The research method uses a quantitative cross-sectional approach with a saturated technique sample (84 respondents). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the interval analysis method. The results show that there is a significant influence between hospital image and service quality on patient satisfaction (T sig test = 0.000 <0.05; F sig test = 0.000). The conclusion and suggestion of the researcher is that the variables of hospital image and service quality together can provide a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction at Tangerang City Hospital and management support, technical services both medical and non-medical, communication staff, and infrastructure facilities to strengthen patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Huswatun Hasanah, Nursing care given to patients is assessed as nurse performance. Achievement of good performance is supported by high motivation, competence possessed by nurses, and reduced workload that is the responsibility of nurses. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, competence and workload on the performance of nurses at RSUD Jatisampurna.Method: This study uses a quantitative research type with a cross- sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample with a total of 35 nurses. The instrument in the study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the analysis used multiple linear regression. Research with N = 35 through the T Test showed that t count > t table or 46.839 > 2.032 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that Competence (X1) has a significant effect on the performance of nurses Through the T Test, it shows that t count > t table or 44.424 > 2.032 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that motivation (X2) has a significant effect on on the performance of nurses. Through the T Test, it shows that t count > t table or 14.375 > 2.032 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that workload (X3) has a significant effect on on the performance of nurses. Through the F Test with f count > f table or 1.29.074014 > 4.12 with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05, this means that simultaneously there is an Competence, motivation and workload jointly influence the performance of nurses. Competence influences nurses performance, Competence influences nurses performance, motivation influences nurses performance, and workload influences nurses performance. Competence, motivation and workload jointly influence the performance of nurses.
