Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of health protocol correlation on purchasing decisions at Kiko Coffee Shop. The method of analysis in this study is simple regression analysis. The population in this study were all consumers of Kiko Coffee Shop. While the number of samples is 200 people. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling, where respondents meet directly with researchers, then fill out a google form. Health protocols have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kiko Coffee Shop because many consumers agree that Kiko Coffee Shop carries out health protocols so that consumers avoid the risk of being exposed to the Covid-19 virus. It is hoped that the Kiko Coffee Shop manager will continue to provide good service and continue to comply with the health protocol regulations that have been implemented so that consumers in general still feel comfortable and more satisfied when eating at Kiko Coffee Shop. Abstract

Dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan antar hotel di Jakarta, Horison Hotel Ciledug memperhatikan minat beli pelanggan untuk mempertahankan hunian kamar mereka. Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat beli pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas (Kualitas Layanan dan Harga)terhadap variabel terikat (Niat Membeli). 100 kuesioner digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dan Analisis Regresi digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan Niat Membeli.

Abstract

Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun merupakan satu-satunya museum yang sudah beroperasi di Sumedang sejak tahun 1950. Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun berfungsi sebagai wadah pelestarian peninggalan Kerajaan Sumedang Larang sehingga memiliki potensi sebagai tujuan wisata pusaka. Namun, ketertarikan pengunjung untuk berkunjung dan menikmati museum masih kurang. Potensi daya tarik pusaka yang dimiliki Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun haruslah diikuti dengan manajemen pengelolaan yang baik juga agar komponen daya tarik yang sudah ada tidak sia-sia dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai penunjang pariwisata. Tujuan penulisan artikel penelitian ini untuk mengetahui komponen daya tarik wisata Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun serta bagaimana penerapan manajemen pengelolaan Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun yang berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan wisata pusaka di Sumedang. Peneliti menggunakan konsep komponen daya tarik wisata 4A yang meliputi attraction, accessibilities, amenities, dan ancillary dan penerapan manajemen pengelolaan museum menggunakan konsep POAC yang meliputi planning, organizing, actuating, dan controlling.  Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi literature menemukan bahwa Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun dikepalai dan dikelola oleh Yayasan Nazir Pangeran Wakaf Sumedang, memiliki potensi besar sebagai daya tarik wisata pusaka di Sumedang. Diperlukan adanya peningkatan dan pengembangan terhadap komponen daya tarik dan pengelolaan museum. Keywords : Pengelolaan Prabu Geusan Ulun, Sumedang, Wisata Pusaka

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to know find out the influence CSR from PT.East Hope Agriculture towards the welfare of the villagers Bimo, pakuniran subdistrict, probolinggo district. Simultaneously and partially where the independentvariables are CSR Goal, CSI, CRP while the dependent variable is the welfare ofthe villager.case study of this study on the community of Pakuniran village, Pakuniransub-district, probolinggo district, where this type of research is casual associativeand the data used is using a questionnaire distributed as many as 277 respondentsusing a Likert scale. Data collection method uses purposive sampling method. Theanalytical tool used is multiple linear regression. the results of this study indicatethat corporate social responsibility goals, corporate social issues, corporaterelations programs simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on Thewelfare of people's lives analysis.KEY WORDS : Corporate Social Responsibility Goal, Corporate Social Issue,Corporate Relation Program and Community Welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada masa pandemic covid 19 di pusat kuliner Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan deskriptif korelasi. Penelitian dilakukan di pusat kuliner Bekasi (Islamic Center, Jalan R.A Kartini dan Mall Sumarecon Bekasi). Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang di di pusat kuliner Bekasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan indikator sistem pelayanan sesuai standar protokol kesehatan mean tertinggi 4,3400, yaitu prosedur pelayanan. Dan tertinggi kedua adalah 4.3300 sarana dan prasarana. Ini menandakan prosedur pelayanan, sarana dan prasarana sudah memadai. Hasil mean terendah adalah 4,1900 kompetensi petugas pemberi pelayanan. Dan terendah kedua adalah 4,2300 waktu penyelesaian. Ini menandakan tidak kompetensinya petugas pemberi layanan yang sesuai dengan standar protokol kesehatan menyebabkan waktu penyelesaian yang lebih lama. Pada indikator kepuasan pelanggan tertinggi adalah 4,4000, yaitu memberi masukan. Hasil mean terendah adalah 4.0600 merekomendasikan produk. Ini menandakan terdapat pelanggan yang komplain dan akan memberi masukan atau saran agar keinginan mereka dapat tercapai yaitu peningkatan kompetensi dari petugas dan waktu penyelesaian yang lebih cepat. Jika belum ada perbaikan yang dilakukan maka pelanggan tidak mau merekomendasikan tempat tersebut. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pelayanan, Covid 19, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee involvement and corporate culture on company performance. The research method uses multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees at the Horison Hotel Bandar Lampung. While the sample amounted to 100 respondents. The results of the study partially involve employee involvement and company culture have a significant effect on company performance. Employee involvement at Hotel Horison Bandar Lampung has a positive impact on company performance through high commitment, dedication and enthusiasm in their duties, which increases motivation, productivity, guest service, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Corporate culture has a significant influence on the performance of Hotel Horison Bandar Lampung. A strong and clear culture creates stronger identification between employees and company goals, encourages motivation and dedication, and promotes active participation, innovation and collaboration. All of this has a positive impact on the quality of service and the overall guest experience. Hotel Horison Bandar Lampung is expected to create open and effective communication channels between management and employees and focus on developing a positive, inclusive and collaborative corporate culture to enhance employee engagement and overall team spirit. Abstract

Traditional markets in Jakarta, such as Tanah Abang Market, Jatinegara Market, and Senen Market, have great potential as sustainable tourist destinations. However, these markets face various challenges related to infrastructure, cleanliness, and suboptimal management. This study aims to analyze the potential of traditional markets as tourist destinations and identify factors that influence their attractiveness and management. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with traders, visitors, and market managers, as well as field observations of the physical and social conditions of the market. The results of the study indicate that the main attraction of traditional markets lies in the authentic local atmosphere, social interaction between traders and buyers, and the diversity of cultural products. However, inadequate infrastructure, poor cleanliness, and an uncoordinated management system reduce visitor comfort. In conclusion, traditional markets have great potential as tourist destinations, but require infrastructure improvements, more professional management, and training for traders to improve services. The suggestion of this study is the need for more inclusive policies and a balanced approach between modernization and preservation of local culture so that traditional markets can develop as sustainable tourist destinations.
