Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of pricing on consumer purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of packaging on consumer purchasing decisions and to jointly determine the effect of pricing and packaging on consumer purchasing decisions. B in Serang City. This study uses quantitative research methods, data collection using research instruments, quantitative/statistical data analysis with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The population in this study are consumers or visitors to Mr. Shop. B in Serang City who had made a purchase at Mr. Shop. B in Serang City. Based on the results of testing hypothesis 1, it shows that pricing has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. B in Serang City, in this case, if the price fixing increases, the consumer's purchasing decisions will increase. The results of testing hypothesis 2 show that packaging has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. B in Serang City, in this case, if the packaging increases, the consumer's purchasing decisions will increase. The results of the submission of hypothesis 3 show that pricing and packaging have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of sales promotion on consumer purchasing decisions and to determine the effect of store atmosphere and sales promotion on consumer purchasing decisions of Ramayana Department Store in Serang City. This study uses quantitative research methods, quantitative research methods can be interpreted as research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/ statistics with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The population in this study are consumers or visitors of Ramayana Serang who have made purchases at Ramayana Serang City. The results of testing hypothesis 1 show that the atmosphere of the store has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the Ramayana Department Store in Serang City, in this case if the atmosphere of the store increases, the decision will increase. The results of testing hypothesis 2 show that sales promotions have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Ramayana Department Stores in Serang City. In this case, if sales promotions increase, the decisions will increase. The results of the submission of hypothesis 3 show that the store atmosphere and sales promotions have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the Ramayana Department Store in Serang City, this is if the store atmosphere and sales promotions increase, consumer purchasing decisions will increase. Abstract

Organizational structures that are more complex and innovative are starting to develop, especially in large companies but bring new challenges in their implementation. This study examines the implications of organizational structure changes on employee career opportunities and organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ is in the department of Human Resource Development (HRD) with a total population of 97 people, while the sample used is saturated. The method used is PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS software tool. As a result, organizational structure changes negatively affect organizational citizenship behavior but positively affect career opportunities. While career opportunities have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, on the other hand, career opportunities can indirectly affect organizational structure changes and organizational citizenship behavior in a positive and significant way.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development on employee performance, to determine the effect of work performance on employee performance and to determine the effect of career development and career development together on employee performance at Sinar Utama Manufacture Company Serang. This research uses a quantitative approach. As for the population in this study were 43 employees of Sinar Utama Manufacture Company Serang. while the sample with the sample technique was saturated so that the sample taken was entirely from the population with a sample of 43 employees. The results of this study in the first hypothesis have a significant effect between career development on employee performance at Sinar Utama Manufacture Company Serang. in the t test, obtained results tcount> ttable (4.220> 2.017) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0 , 05) so that the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Zero Hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The Second Hypothesis there is a significant influence between work performance on employee performance at Sinar Utama Manufacture Company Serang. in the t test, the results obtained tcount> ttable (2.142> 2.017) with a significance level of 0.04 (0.04 <0.05) so The Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Zero Hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Third Hypothesis there is an influence between career development and work performance on employee performance at Sinar Utama Manufacture Company Serang. with a decision of Fcount> Ftable (14,394> 3,232) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) so that the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Zero Hypothesis (H0) is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of the financial performance of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Ratio (DER) on the value of the company projected through Price to Book Value (PBV) especially in the consumer goods industry; (2) identifying the effects of macroeconomic factors such as GDP, inflation, SBI, and the exchange rate on the value of companies in the consumer goods industry. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with panel data from 2014 to 2018. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Return on Asset (ROA) not significantly, Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Ratio variables (DER) significantly influence the value of shares (PBV). 2) Variable GDP, SBI Inflation and Exchange Rate significantly influence firm value (PBV). Companies in the Indonesian capital market especially in the consumer goods industry sector must more attention to their financial performance and macroeconomics condition because through the variables that have been tested in this study aimed a significant result on the value of the company.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Ekonomi Makro Yang Mempengaruhi Investasi Pada Sektor Pertanian Di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian studi pustaka. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian memiliki peran yang sangat penting dan berpengaruh signifikan bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Selain itu juga dengan menginvestasi pada jangka panjang atau pendek suku bunga akan mempengaruhi investasi asing di Indonesia. Peningkatan ekonomi di Indonesia tergantung pada tingkat pengangguran karena tingkat pengangguran dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Jumlah persaingan perusahaan saat ini meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan ekonomi, terutama untuk perusahaan yang menawarkan produk sebanding seperti produk oli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk oli Enduro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 konsumen yang berdomisili di Kota Serang. Teknik analis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengolahan data uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas data, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi uji t dan uji F dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik uji f, maka diperoleh nilai fhitung 48,530 > ftabel 3,09 dengan Tingkat signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, sehingga dapat dikatakan Citra merek dan Kualitas produk berpengaruh secara simultan atau Bersama-sama terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien determinsasi R² sebesar 0,500, Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh sebesar 50% terhadap variabel Keputusan pembelian, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Pertamina perlu memperkuat citra Enduro sebagai produk lokal berkualitas tinggi melalui kampanye pemasaran intensif, menjaga kualitas produk secara konsisten, dan meningkatkan ketersediaan produk di berbagai saluran distribusi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen, mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, serta menarik pembeli baru. The level of business competition is currently increasing in line with economic development, especially among companies offering comparable products such as oil. This study aims to examine the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions of Enduro oil products. A quantitative approach was employed, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 consumers residing in Serang City. The data analysis techniques used in this research include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the F-test, the calculated F-value is 48.530, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.09, with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. This indicates that brand image and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.500, which means that brand image and product quality together influence 50% of the purchasing decision variable, while the remaining 50% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Pertamina needs to strengthen Enduro’s image as a high-quality local product through intensive marketing campaigns, consistently maintain product quality, and improve product availability across various distribution channels to increase consumer awareness, retain customer loyalty, and attract new buyers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of changes in fiscal policy on consumer behavior from a macroeconomic perspective. The type of research is literature review, data collection with documentation, data analysis with CLR. Fiscal policies implemented by the government have a significant impact on consumer behavior in society. Changes in fiscal policy, such as changes in tax rates or public spending, can affect levels of household consumption, investment, and savings, as well as cause shifts in the allocation of economic resources. Factors such as disposable income, inflation expectations, and monetary policy also play an important role in determining consumer reactions to fiscal policy. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of the transmission mechanisms of fiscal policy and consumer responses to them is crucial for policy makers in planning effective and sustainable economic strategies

Abstract

This study examines community-based poverty management with a focus on local empowerment as a strategy to address economic challenges in communities. Through a participatory and collaborative approach, this study explores how local community empowerment can optimize local resources, increase economic capacity, and mitigate poverty. This study identifies best practices, challenges faced, and impacts of community-based programs in creating sustainable and locally relevant solutions. The results of the study are expected to provide new insights for policy makers, practitioners, and communities in designing and implementing poverty management strategies that are more effective and adaptive to changing economic dynamics
