Abstract

E-learning technologies at educational institutions like University of Raharja are essential in enabling flexible and accessible education in this period of significant digital revolution. This study examines how Information Technology Support (ITS) affects user satisfaction, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to reuse concerning e-learning systems efficacy. Unlike prior Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) based studies, this research emphasizes the specific role of ITS dimensions, such as infrastructure and technical training, in non Western educational contexts. This provides unique insights for improving e-learning systems in higher education. This study assesses the reactions of 500 users of University of Raharja e-learning system using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the PLS technique. Results indicate that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are greatly increased by strong ITS, which in turn has a beneficial effect on User Satisfaction and Intention to Reuse. This study aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) by enhancing the accessibility and quality of education through e-learning systems, SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by emphasizing the importance of robust IT infrastructure and technical training, and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) by addressing the digital divide in non Western educational settings. Additionally, ITSs SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by encouraging collaboration between educational institutions, technology providers, and policymakers to optimize e-learning outcomes. According to the study findings, ITS must be strengthened to maximize e-learning system performance, raise user happiness, and promote continuous usage.

Abstract

In the digital era, Big Data Analytics has emerged as a crucial tool for optimizing marketing strategies. This research explores the integration of Big Data into marketing, aiming to identify effective analytical techniques and their impact on marketing outcomes. The study utilized secondary data from various sources, including sales transactions, social media interactions, customer demographics, and web analytics. The analysis process involved data cleaning, integration, predictive modeling, clustering, sentiment analysis, and data visualization. The findings reveal that promotional campaigns and seasonal discounts significantly boost sales, with customer segmentation identifying three key groups: discount hunters, loyal customers, and occasional shoppers. Sentiment analysis shows positive customer feedback, though logistics-related issues warrant improvement. These results underscore the importance of targeted and personalized marketing strategies driven by data insights. The research contributes to marketing theories by providing empirical evidence on the effectiveness of Big Data Analytics in enhancing marketing strategies. Further research is recommended to explore its applicability across different industries, incorporate more diverse data sources, and utilize advanced analytical techniques to refine marketing strategies.

Abstract

The growing global emphasis on sustainable energy, combined with the relatively slow adoption of solar technology in Indonesia, underscores the necessity of understanding consumer purchasing behavior toward renewable energy products. This study aims to identify and analyze the determinants influencing consumer purchasing behavior toward solar panels in Indonesia using the SmartPLS approach. Data were collected through an online survey targeting individuals who are interested in or have previously purchased solar panels. The SmartPLS method was employed to examine the relationships among key variables, including perceptions of sustainability and environmental benefits, knowledge and information regarding solar panels, economic factors such as price and promotional strategies, and consumer demographic characteristics. The analysis revealed that sustainability perception, knowledge, and economic considerations significantly influence consumers purchase intentions. Furthermore, demographic variables such as age, income, and education were found to shape consumer attitudes and purchasing behavior. These findings offer valuable insights into the behavioral dynamics underlying solar panel adoption in Indonesia and provide practical implications for policymakers and industry stakeholders in designing effective marketing strategies and policy frameworks to accelerate renewable energy adoption nationwide.
