Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the behaviour of the State Civil Apparatus in providing services and describing the Implementation of Excellent Services at the One-stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Kendari City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, a description of the results of interview observations and documentation studies, so as to be able to describe various matters relating to the Behavior of State Civil Apparatuses in Providing Excellent Service. The results showed that the behaviour of the State Civil Apparatus in providing Prime services in terms of the dimensions of receiving, responding, respecting and being responsible for providing services to service users had gone quite well, but the implementation was not optimal because there were still found several employees who had not shown behaviour and good treatment to the community. Implementation of excellent service in terms of dimensions of service procedures, service costs, completion time, service products, facilities, infrastructure, competency of service providers as a whole is good

Abstract

Local weaving is the identity and wealth inherent in some area. Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, is known to have regional weaving with diverse and interesting qualities and motifs. There are many previous Muna weaving motifs such as dhalima, samasili, panino toghe, bhotu, bhia-bhia, ledha, finda ngkonini, mango-manggopa, lante-lante, kambheano bhanggai, tibha-tibha, kaholeno ghunteli, kambhampu, bharalu, kasokasopa. To balance the development of the fashion industry, through the creative ideas of weavers, Muna's weaving motifs undergo commodification called a series of motifs. The visual of the first Muna weaving and Muna weaving produced by commodification and also the symbolic meaning of Muna woven motifs as a result of commodification became a problem in this study. Located in Masalili Village, Muna Regency, researchers conducted observations and direct interviews with research informants. By using the qualitative descriptive analysis of Milles and Huberman's interactive model, it was found that from the visuals of Muna's weaving motifs, after experiencing commodification, the latest motifs have been produced. Whether it's a combination of samasili and butterfly motifs, samasili and kites and other types of motifs. The development of the commodification motif has its own symbolic meaning. It describes the regional identity, cultural preservation, openness with progress, diversity, and describes the value of local wisdom in integrating outside cultural elements into the development of the Muna weaving motif.     Keywords: commodification; symbolic meaning; local wisdom; Muna weaving.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah diadopsi di berbagai bidang tidak terkecuali dunia pendidikan dalam bentuk e-learning. Universitas Halu Oleo (UHO) mendorong terlaksananya sistem pembelajaran berbasis online. Berbagai kegiatan pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis (bimtek) e-learning dilakukan namun tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Kondisi ini terjadi dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu serta tidak adanya pendampingan pasca pelatihan dan bimtek. Dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kemitraan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, kegiatan ini bermitra dengan perwakilan dosen dari setiap jurusan/program studi lingkup Fisip UHO. Kurangnya minat dan kemampuan dalam menggunakan kelas virtual baik dari segi pengelolaan dan desain tampilan kelas virtual hingga pengisian konten menjadi masalah prioritas yang dialami mitra. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan perubahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan web blog yang terkoneksi dengan blog dosen UHO di lecture.uho.ac.id. Dosen yang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian ini telah memanfaatkan kelas virtual blog dosen dalam beberapa mata kuliah baik sebagai sarana berbagi materi maupun tugas kuliah. Melalui pengabdian ini, telah ada sembilan web blog yang bisa menjadi blog dosen percontohan dari jurusan/Prodi lingkup Fisip dan bisa digunakan untuk menunjang akreditasi. Tidak hanya itu, tim pengabdian juga menyediakan ruang komunikasi bagi mitra dan tim untuk memastikan kelas virtual terus aktif dan produktif sebagai bentuk kegiatan pendampingan melalui grup WhatsApp.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of clove farming in Balohang Village, Lede District, Pulau Taliabu Regency, North Maluku Province. The number of informants used in this study is 15 people. To answer the problems in this study, a qualitative descriptive analysis was used. The results showed that, Clove Farm Management in Balohang Village, Lede Subdistrict, Pulau Taliabu Regency, North Maluku Province, had not demonstrated the proper implementation of management functions. This is indicated by the fact that work has not been carried out sequentially and continuously which has been grouped into four jobs called management functions which include Planning, Organizing, Implementing, Supervising. This is more due to the lack of understanding of farmers and clove entrepreneurs in Balohang Village, Lede District, Pulau Taliabu Regency, North Maluku Province, so that it is still carried out traditionally.ABSTRAK                Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen usahatani cengkeh di Desa Balohang Kecamatan Lede Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu Provinsi Maluku Utara. Jumlah informan yang dunakan dalam penelitian iniyakni sebanyak 15 orang. Untuk menjawap permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, maka digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, Manajemen Usahatani Cengkeh di Desa Balohang, Kecamatan Lede Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu Provinsi Maluku Utara, belum menunjukkan adanya penerapan fungsi manajemen dengan baik. Hal ini ditandai dengan belum terlaksananya pekerjaan-pekerjaan secara berurutan dan kontinyu yang telah dikelompokkan kedalam empat pekerjaan yang disebut fungsi-fungsi manajemen  yang di dalamnya mencakup Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan, Pengawasan. Hal ini lebih disebabkan oleh minimnya pemahamann petani dan pengusaha cengkeh di Desa Balohang Kecamatan Lede Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu Provinsi Maluku Utara, sehingga masih dilakukan secara tradisinal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the service quality in increasing consumer satisfaction at the Yamaha Outlet PT. Hasrat Abadi North Konawe Regency. The informants in this study were employees of Yamaha Outlet PT. Hasrat Abadi North Konawe Regency, as many as 3 people consisting of staff, sales and technicians, as well as 5 consumers. This type of research used in this paper is a type of descriptive research, using a qualitative approach. Data collection uses: observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the Yamaha Outlet PT. The desire of Abadi North Konawe Regency in providing services has been maximized based on tangibles (direct evidence), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, so as to increase consumer satisfaction.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kaulitas pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen pada Outlet Yamaha PT. Hasrat Abadi Kabupaten Konawe Utara. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Outlet Yamaha PT. Hasrat Abadi Kabupaten Konawe Utara, sebanyak 3 orang yang terdiri dari staf, sales dan tekhnisi, serta 5 orang konsumen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Outlet Yamaha PT. Hasrat Abadi Kabupaten Konawe Utara dalam memberikan pelayanan telah maksimal berdasarkan dimensi tangibles (bukti langsung), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), dan empathy (empati), sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

This look at ambitions to take a look at the effect of duty, organizational culture and management ethics on worker paintings motivation and on employee overall performance at Halu Oleo-Kendari University. This studies uses a correlation test approach this is useful for explaining whether there may be a relationship between variables. In In this study, the sample consisted of 30 workforce individuals at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. Respondents have been decided on using a random sampling technique. Correlation take a look at with a couple of regression evaluation method is used to check the speculation. Before us checking out the hypotheses, element evaluation and classical assumption assessments were accomplished to check the validity and reliability of the instrument and the fine of the information. The studies results show that organizational subculture and ethical management has a effective effect on the work motivation of the staff individuals of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and their overall performance. Whereas responsibility only undoubtedly affects performance and now not on worker motivation on the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences.
